If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
Hi,
well,
I'm
happy
to
be
here
also.
My
name
is
pamela
shone,
I'm
the
chief
operations
officer
at
the
bloomfield
garfield
corporation,
located
in
the
garfield
neighborhood
of
pittsburgh.
We
are
a
community
development
organization,
so
we
help
with
housing
and
land
use
and
we
have
lots
of
youth
programs.
We
have
an
employment
center
green
zone.
You
know
preserving
our
green
spaces
in
the
area,
so
we
kind
of
have
our
finger
dipped
in
everything
around
here.
A
Yeah
and
you
guys
are
a
big
player
and
learner
this
year.
What's
it
looking
like
for
you
guys
what
what's
the
overview.
B
So
we've
been
involved
with
learning
for
an
extremely
long
time
like
I
can't
even
count
back
how
many
years
this
year
we're
going
to
serve
90
young
people
over
the
summer.
We
already
have
around
33
work
sites
secured
and
we're
just
excited
you
know,
stressed
and
all
the
good
stuff
about
just
making
this
a
meaningful
experience
for
everyone.
A
That's
terrific!
So
let's
talk
about
some
of
these
work
sites.
B
B
Youth
will
be
employed
as
youth,
counselors
and
they'll
spend
the
summer
working
with
children
of
various
ages
in
their
youth
and
arts
program.
Our
participants
will
learn
and
assist
the
camp
enrollees
in
learning,
ceramics,
photography,
screen,
printing
digital
design
and
a
whole
lot
of
other
things.
B
Another
work
site
that
we
are
really
excited
about
is
still
town
film
academy,
which
is
located
now
at
wqed.
Youth
who
participate
at
stilltown
learn
the
basics
of
digital
media
arts,
including
storytelling
camera
audio
lighting
and
editing.
They
do
hands-on
work
to
create
short
films
and
video
projects.
My
son
took
part
in
stilltown
in
the
learning
earned
program
last
year
and
he
really
enjoyed
it.
B
This
is
a
multi-year
experience
also.
So
if
a
youth
participant,
you
know
they
participate
this
year,
they
come
back
next
year
for
learning
earn
and
they
want
to
attend
stilltown
again.
They're
able
to
do
that
and
still
town
has
tiered
their
experience.
So
if
you
come
back
a
second
or
third
year,
you
won't
be
learning
the
same
things
there.
B
It's
a
whole
building
block
of
teaching
media
arts,
which
is
really
great
another
great
work
site
we
have
is
tree
pittsburgh,
we've
also
worked
with
them
in
the
past,
and
kids
will
learn
about
forestry
planting
and
the
importance
of
identifying,
preserving
and
protecting
green
spaces.
Those
are
just
a
few.
A
That's
so
exciting,
three
of
33
manchester's,
stilltown
and
tree
pittsburgh,
just
really
wonderful
community
partners.
There
really
exciting
places
for
the
young
people
to
be
as
soon
as
pam
you
mentioned,
you
guys
have
been
working
on
learner
for
several
years.
What
are
some
of
the
elements
that
help
make
it
a
meaningful
experience
for
young
people
as
a
work
site?
What
are
some
of
the
best
practices
that
you've
seen
some
of
these
great
community
partners?
You
know
use
so
that
it's
just
really
great
for
young
people
that
are
there.
B
Yeah,
so
I
think
you
know
we
we're
having
the
support
of
the
work
sites
only
makes
this
program
better
right,
because
it's
all
about
that
work.
Experience
for
the
kids
and
for
most
of
the
youth.
This
is
their
first
work
experience
in
the
job
for
us,
so
for
it
to
be
meaningful
for
everyone.
It's
important
that
there's
clear
communications.
B
You
know
we
set
expectations
early.
We
have
to
have
some
patience
because
they're
you
know
new
in
this
and
planning
ahead
is
going
to
be
really
important
so
that
work
sites
can
create
a
fulfilling
experience
for
the
kids
for
themselves
and
for
their
organization
as
a
whole.
You
know
someday
these
can
be
actual
employees
owners.
B
B
Well,
we
know
you
know
they
can
make
up
to
thirteen
hundred
dollars,
which
is
always
great
to
make
your
own
money
not
have
to
ask
your
parents,
your
friends,
you
know
whoever
and
the
bgc
participates
in
this
program
for
the
benefit
of
the
young
people
and
before
they
even
step
foot
inside
a
work
site.
You
know
they
go
through
a
week-long
training
with
us
almost
like
orientation
at
a
job.
B
So
we
encourage
them
to
use
their
voices
in
positive
ways
to
identify
their
strengths
and
how
you
know
their
strengths
can
guide
their
future
career
plans.
What
it
looks
and
feels
like
to
go
on
job
interviews
and
craft
a
resume
so
we're
already
giving
them
some
tools
before
they
go
to
work.
We
encourage
the
youth
to
to
use
this
six
weeks
to
explore
their
career
interests,
expand
their
minds
and
experiences
and
be
open
to
learning
new
things.
B
Not
only
are
they
gonna
earn
money,
but
they
will
meet
new
people
share,
first-hand
knowledge
and
experience
in
their
field
of
interest.
That's
really
important.
We
try
to
pair
kids
with
work
sites
in
something
that
they're
interested
in
so
they're.
Not
just
you
know,
pushing
papers.
A
Well,
thank
you
so
much
for
your
time.
Ms
pam
excited
to
hear
about
the
great
success
with
learn
and
earn
this
year
and
the
summer
for
you.
