From YouTube: LGBTQIA+ Commission Meeting - 3/17/22
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Oh
good
evening,
everybody,
how
are
you
all
welcome
to
the
march
17
2022
meeting
of
the
lgbtqia
commission
for
the
city
of
pittsburgh?
I'm
one
of
your
co-chair
super
and
I'll
be
facilitating
tonight's
community.
This
is
my
first
time
really
facilitating.
So
please
bear
with
me
if
we
hit
any
bumps
in
the
road
I'm
going
to
pull
up
the
agenda.
A
I
just
did
this
a
minute
ago.
Okay,
I
do
want
to
make
a
note
that
we
sent
out
a
revised
agenda
this
week
because
we
are
going
to
go
into
executive
session
at
the
end
of
the
meeting.
Well,
the
last
half
hour
of
the
meeting
to
meet
with
leanne
davis
from
the
pittsburgh
ethics
hearing
board.
A
So
what's
gonna
happen
is
we'll
end
our
meeting
at
6
30
and
then
the
tech
team
will
move
us
to
a
separate
room
that
will
not
be
recorded.
It
will
not
be
live
streamed,
so
you'll
definitely
get
a
flag
when
it's
time
to
make
that
adjustment,
but
just
to
make
sure
you
have
okay,
you
caught
that
also,
if
you're
not
able
to
stay
for
the
whole
meeting.
This
is
a
critical
information,
the
conflict
of
information,
conflict
of
interest-
and
there
are
things
that
you
have
to
sign.
A
So
please
make
sure
that
you
follow
up
and
get
that
information
and
that
responsibility
is
on
you
to
do
that.
Be
going
back
to
us
and
we'll
share
with
you
what
we
have.
So,
let's
start
with
a
roll
call
billy
you
do
that,
usually
by
looking
at
the.
B
Yes,
so
I
I
see
kathy
I've
nakia
burton
tucker,
I
do
not
believe
is
here
if
you're
here
nikias,
please
speak
up.
Denise
to
simone
is
here
jam
hammond.
I
have
not
seen
him.
B
Okay,
the
I'm
here
sue
kerr
is
here
bruce
krauss.
If
bruce
is
here,
I
haven't
noticed
yet
no
bruce
krauss
britain
malk
is
britain.
Here.
B
A
Thank
you,
billy.
Let's
move
on
to
reading
and
improving
the
minutes
because
we're
staying
trying
to
stay
on
a
tight
schedule,
I'm
going
to
do
my
best
to
help
us
do
that
the
meetings
were
sent
out
to
everyone
from
billy.
A
C
A
Anyone
exposed
or
okay
movement,
except
is
that
right.
Movement
accepted
that
doesn't
sound
right.
We're
going
to
move
on.
B
Okay,
the
so
because
of
the
resignation
of
luca
salerno
from
the
commission
and
also,
therefore,
from
the
co-chair
position
of
the
commission.
We
have
a
vacancy
in
the
officer
position,
so
it's
it's
our
responsibility
to
to
fill
that
to
fill
that
role
from
among
the
commissioners.
B
So
we
have
five
officers
currently
six
officer
positions,
so
this
meeting
is
to
this
notice
here
is
to
inform
you
of
of
the
vacancy
and
to
let
you
know
that
we
will
need
to
go
through
our
selection
process
that
we've
now
done
twice.
So
we
know
how
it
works.
Our
selection
process
for
selecting
a
co-chair
for
the
the
commission.
We
have
three
co-chair
positions
and
one
of
the
three
is
vacant
presently.
B
So
at
the
april
meeting
the
april
regular
meeting
of
the
commission,
we
will
conduct
our
election
process
for
an
officer
only
one,
and
that
would
be
for
a
co-chair
position.
We
will
the
floor,
will
be
open
for
nominations
and
then
also
there
will
be
a
selection
process.
What
we
will
need
in
order
to
do
that
is
again
to
convene
a
nomination
and
election
committee
that
will
conduct
that
process.
B
If,
if
someone
is
interested
in
being
co-chairs,
thinking
about
that
might
be
something
they
would
consider
doing,
then
it
would
be
better
if
they
did
not
volunteer
to
be
part
of
the
nomination
and
election
committee,
so
it
it
seems
to
me
that
you
know
two
or
three
people
can
can
conduct
the
process.
We've
done
it
twice,
and
we've
had
people
that
have
that
have
experience
at
it.
B
But
I
would
I
would
say
that
at
this
point,
what
we
need
to
do
is
select
the
people
who
would
hopefully
we'll
get
two
or
three
volunteers
to
be
the
nomination
and
election
committee
for
the
april
meeting,
so
that
we
can
select
the
co-chair.
A
Just
to
clarify,
we
are
not
filling
the
commission
seat.
We
are
electing
an
officer
to
the
executive
board
to
serve
as
co-chair
they
off
the
vacant
commission
seat
they're
actually
to
have
that
has
to
start
with
the
mayor's
office.
So
we're
essentially
electing
someone
who's
already
here
to
join
christopher
and
I's
co-chairs.
G
A
I
don't
remember
how
we
phrased
this,
so
forgive
me,
but
we
did
want
to
just.
We
don't
want
to
discourage
anyone
from
applying,
but
we
do
want
to
be
mindful
of
part
of
our
mission
to
be
representative
of
the
community.
A
F
Yeah
so
guillermo
shared
that
you
know
he's
in
the
process
of
looking
for
contact
at
the
city
to
get
an
update
on
that
budget
status,
but
has
not
found
someone
yet
so.
F
A
Well,
let
me
just
add
one
thing
I
just
want
to
let
the
subcommittee
members
know
the
reason
we
asked
marcus
to
do.
This
is
because
he's
on
executive
committee
and
because
piano
wasn't
able
to
be
here,
we
sort
of
found
that
out
late
in
the
month.
You
know
once
you're
established.
I
assume
you'll
have
your
own
process
to
report
out
to
us,
so
no
offense
was
meant.
A
F
So
couple
quick
updates
here.
The
first
is:
I
have
a
meeting
set
up
with
someone
from
the
gender
equity
commission
to
talk
about.
You
know
their
social
media
use,
but
also
you
know
who
they're
working
with
at
the
city
currently
to
get
their
page
and
things
updated,
because
I've
had
some
trouble
finding
someone.
So
that
is
the
update
there.
So
hopefully,
once
we're
talking
early
next
week,
so
I'll
have
an
update.
You
know
about
hopefully
getting
our
website
page
up
on
the
city
page
there
in
terms
of
social
media.
F
I'm
also
going
to
talk
with
her
about
you
know,
kind
of
their
practices,
and
things
like
that.
So
I'm
admit
in
scheduling
the
social
media
working
group
meeting,
but
that's
on
my
list
to
do
after
this
meeting
and
so
I'll
send
that
invitation
out.
Based
on
the
comments
that
people
have
left
on
the
document
and
then
another
update
just
sued
recommended
putting
together
google
groups.
So
we
can
track
communications
and
better
keep
track
of
things.
So
I
put
that
together.
So
the
infrastructure
is
there.
G
F
So
I
mean
technically,
we
created
it,
so
I
can't
say
whether
the
city
does
not
technically
own
that
one.
I'm
on
my
list
of
topics
to
talk
with
the
person
from
the
general
equity
commission
is
just
like
how
theirs
like
whether
the
city
actually
owns
theirs
or
if
it's
created
on
their
own.
I
don't
know
the
city
has
not
given
us
any
guidance,
especially
with
the
change
in
administration,
so
to
kind.
A
Well,
we
have
control
of
the
facebook
page,
which
is
all
that
we're
using
right
now,
so
we
can
post
at
any
point
based
on
how
they
handle
the
statements
and
proclamations.
The
city
has
no
input
or
ability
to
I
mean
the
administration
has
no
input
or
ability
to
veto,
or
anything
like
that.
So
as
long
as
we're
not
breaking
the
law,
I
believe
that
we
should
be
able
to
do
whatever
we
want
with
our
content.
As
long
as
we're
not
yeah,
I
guess.
G
Would
we
have
a
moderator
who
would
be
doing
all
the
posting
and
would
have
to
go
through
that
person?
How
would
let's
say
I
wanted
to
share
something
that
was
important
to
the
community?
Not
you
know
something
lighthearted
or
anything,
but
something
very
important.
What?
How
would
that
happen?.
F
So
richard
I'm
putting
together
some
guidelines,
I
think
what
I'll
have
the
commission
do
is
review
them.
Just
I
think
so.
We
all
feel
there's
buy-in
and
it's
fair
across
you
know
different
needs.
I
think
everyone's
so
involved
in
different
ways.
We
don't
want
to
necessarily
prohibit
from
sharing
certain
information,
just
making
sure
it's
not
biased
anyway,
so
I'm
putting
together
those
guidelines
I'll
share
those.
I
think
the
goal
is
to
hopefully
have
those
in
place
before
the
next
board
meeting.
Thank.
A
I
would
encourage
everyone
to
visit
the
page
and
use
the
invite
friends
feature
to
please
invite
your
own
networks
and
individuals
that
you
think
would
be
interested
in
the
commission
page,
the
more
people
that,
like
it,
the
more
likely
they
are
to
see
it
in
their
feet.
So
that
is
a
concrete
way
to
help.
At
this
point
anything
else,
marcus,
no.
F
I
A
A
Okay,
let's
move
on
to
reports
of
special
committees,
gosh
my
eyesight's
really
bad.
We
don't
have
any
that
correct,
philly!
Okay,
that's.
A
Okay,
so
unfinished
business,
and
this
is
something
that
we
had
to
postpone
from
last
month.
So
we
want
to
give
her
as
much
time
as
possible.
Kathy
boyle
wanted
to
address
us
on
the
lgbtq
housing
for
seniors
kathy.
Please
take
it
away.
J
Okay,
thank
you.
The
oakland
pride
senior
housing
is
the
project
that
I
spoke
about
a
couple
months
ago,
being
built
by
presbyterian
senior
care
after
years
of
planning
and
visiting
other
lgbtq
retirement
places
around
the
country,
and
so
they
have
a
plot
of
land
at
the
corner
of
forbes
and
craft
in
oakland.
J
There
are
parking
spaces
that
go
with
a
garage
underneath
the
building,
and
so
I
am
really
hoping
that
you
all
will
give
me
permission
to
send
the
letter
to
the
mayor
that
I
wrote
and
has
been
given
to
you
and
also
background
on
the
project.
So
I
can
tell
you,
as
a
representative
on
the
commission
of
the
lgbtq
senior
community.
G
A
Kathy
is
there
any
other
organizations
that
have
signed
on
like
this?
Well,
we're
not
in
the
organization,
but
any
lgbt
groups.
J
J
J
A
There's
anyone
that
they
want
to
reach
out
to
some
of
us
can
maybe
facilitate
connections
like
shepard
wellness
seems
like
a
good
fit
for
this.
Well,
it
might
even
be
really
nice
to
have
youth
involved.
J
Yeah
well,
there
is
some
talk
at
presbyterian
senior
care
about
having
you
know,
seeing
how
they
can
do
that
with
youth
in
terms
of
programming
and
things
like
that.
We
just
got
to
get
it
built
first.
G
Kathy
well,
this
go
before
city
planning
for
approval.
G
Because
all
of
these
letters
are
are
read
as
support
of
a
project,
so
the
more
letters
it
gives
more
weight
to
the
project.
So
just
happened
with
the
art
commission,
the
same
thing:
you
engage
anybody
in
the
neighborhood
or
neighborhood
organizations
or
whatever,
and
that
just
gives
any
of
these
projects
the
importance
that
it
needs.
J
Okay,
it'd
be
great
if
I
could
get
one
from
chatham
or
carlo
yeah
got
my
c's
crossed
yeah.
G
B
Going
to
buy
it
here
because
my
hand
raises
ineffective,
obviously,
sorry,
the
so
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
and
if
there's
a
second
I'd
like
to
speak
to
it.
My
motion
is
that
the
the
letter
that
offered
by
kathy
boyle
be
sent
to
the
mayor
on
behalf
of
the
commission.
B
B
Second,
thank
you,
the
the
well
first
of
all,
I
think.
Well,
I
fully
support
this.
B
I
won't
predict
that
other
people
do,
but
I
I
have
a
sense
that
you
will
the
the
I
think
it's
important
that
that
we
do
this
and
that
we
encourage
we
bring
it
to
the
attention
of
the
mayor
through
our
commission,
although
he
may
know
about
it
from
other
ways
too,
but
I
think
it's
important
that
it
comes
to
his
attention
through
us
also
and
that
and
that
it's
a
it's
a
well-written
letter
that
gives
a
an
open-ended
invitation
for
support,
and
I
also
would
add
that
if
this
is
okayed
by
us
that
I'll
put
it
on
commission
letterhead,
I
think
it
should
be
signed
by
kathy,
not
just
signed
mayor's
lgbtqia
plus
commission,
but
signed
by
kathy
boyle.
B
Commissioner,
our
names
are
on
the
letterhead
on
the
on
the
the
bottom
border,
so
that
that
it
would
be
endorsed
by
all
of
us
is,
is
there
without
having
to
sign
it?
The
way
it
is
in
kathy's,
humble
draft,
but
I
think
her
I
think
her
signature
should
be
on
it.
A
A
What's
the
word
for
people
who
don't
abstention?
Yep
attention?
That's
it!
Thank
you!
Okay,
great!
Well,
it
sounds
like
we're.
Gonna
get
this
important
issue
moving
along
and
we
will
revisit
it,
I'm
sure
in
future
meanings,
and
I
think
it's
really
important
to
let
the
community
know
how
eager
people
are
for
this
to
happen
and
if
there's
ways
we
can
encourage
them
to
participate
I'll
contact.
My
representative,
great
daniel
lavelle,
took
a
minute
to
thank
his
name.
A
Okay,
moving
on
this
is
a
me
thing,
we're
still
following
up
on
the
pittsburgh
pirates,
big
and
rich
concert
from
last
summer,
which
was
a
source
of
concern
for
us
last
week.
Billy
and
I
met
with-
let
me
get
al's
last
name,
al
hogan,
who
is
actually
has
a
role
with
pirates.
That
is
not
necessarily
related
to
special
events,
but
is
involved
in
an
internal
capacity
in
their
lgbtq
sort
of
affinity
group
that
they
have
at
the
pirates.
So
he
is
pretty
well
informed
on
this.
A
Our
concern
is
to
at
this
point
is
to
schedule
a
meeting
with
the
pirates
that
will
be
open
to
all
the
commissioners
who
would
like
to
and
be
able
to
attend,
to
discuss
our
concerns
and
present
our
concerns
to
the
pirates
and
determine
you
know
what
their
response
is
going
to
be.
Are
they
going
to
take
us
seriously?
Are
they
do
they
have?
A
We
know
that
they
know
about
our
servers
in
a
general
sense,
but
this
is
really
a
chance
to
to
make
that
face-to-face
contact.
When
billy
and
I
attended
this
meeting,
we
were
very
careful
to
make
sure
al
knew.
We
had
only
the
authority
to
request
that
meeting
from
the
commission,
but
something
else
did
come
up
which
I'll
get
into
in
a
minute.
A
Earlier
today,
I
received
an
email
from
al
in
which
or
maybe
yesterday,
that
the
pirates
are
ready
to
move
ahead
with
scheduling
that
meaning
we
had
a
few
questions
for
them
because
they
wanted
to
bring
in
billy
bean.
Do
I
have
that
right.
A
That's
what
so
he's
been
doing
some
work
on
this,
so
we,
the
update,
is
really
that
the
move
that
we
have
achieved
some
momentum
on
a
meeting
that
we
requested
and
are
there
any
questions
about
that
somebody's
microphone
is
not
off
and
we
can
hear
you
playing
tin.
Can
basketball,
okay,
any
feedback,
questions
discussion
on
that
aspect,
or
do
you
want
me
to
present
the
other
aspect
as
well.
A
A
As
a
participating
lgbtq
group.
They
have
been
meeting
with
several
lgbtq
groups.
I
don't
know
if
anyone
here
has
been
part
of
that
on
behalf
of
your
organizations,
but
they
asked
us
to
join
and
billy,
and
I
decided
to.
A
A
Give
you
quick
details
really,
but
the
the
main
point
is
that
we
would
be
invited
to
the
planning
table
with
the
other
groups
that
are
participating
in
this
event
and
the
workout
details
there
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
we
have
to
consider,
because
we
are
a
quasi-government
entity.
A
A
H
A
A
a
retired,
major
league
baseball
player
who
came
out
after
he
retired,
I
believe
and
is
now
an
advocate
for
inclusion
within
major
league
baseball
and
the
pirates
would
like
to
be
part
of
our
meaning
about
big
and
rich
because
he
is
working
with
all
of
the
major
league
teams
on
issues
of
inclusion
and
representation.
A
So
that's
what
we
know
at
this
point
that
they
they
would
like
him
to
participate
discuss.
How
do
you
feel
about
that?
Is
there
any
thoughts
with
the
commission
meeting
on
big
and
rich?
That's
our
primary
focus
is.
A
H
Sue-
this
is
sarah
sorry,
so
one
yes
baseball
fan
two,
but
I
have
no
opposition
to
billy
joining
us.
For
this
conversation
I
don't
really
know
his
capacity.
I
don't
know,
given
his
specific
equity
and
inclusion,
work
related
to
the
lgbtq
communities
across
major
league
baseball,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
what
he
brings
to
the
table,
but
I
know
that
he
does
have
inroads
with
major
league
baseball
and
I
don't
think
he
subtracts
anything
from
the
conversation
locally.
F
F
Oh,
we
have
an
issue,
that's
lgbtq,
so
let's
call
in
this
person
so
even
to
see
if
there's
like
an
actual
like
substance
to
what
that
engagement
may
be
so
yeah
that'd,
be
my
only
thing
just
maybe
if
we
can
find
out
out
in
advance,
if
there's
any
kind
of
work
he's
done
previously
with
the
pirates.
That
could
be
helpful
too.
A
There's
also
the
question
of:
is
it
this
appropriate
time
because
he's
going
to
come,
tell
us
what
he's
been
doing,
and
hopefully
the
pirates
are
doing
some
things,
but
this
meeting
is
also
supposed
to
be
about
us,
presenting
our
concerns
to
them
and
helping
to
make
sure
they
understand
the
magnitude
of
what
I
would
even
say,
the
trauma
of
such
an
event
caused
and
could
cause
in
the
future
depending
on
who
they
brought
in,
and
that
is
something
you
seniors.
A
Just
everybody
or
organizations.
Those
of
us
who
live
in
the
neighborhood
there's
lots
of
perspectives,
and
I
would
hate
for
that
to
be
squashed
because
of
his.
You
know
his
needing
time
to
do
his
presentation,
so
I
wonder
if
it
would
be
appropriate
for
him
to
maybe
attend,
maybe
a
follow-up
meeting.
B
G
I
think
it
would
be
good
to
know
what
his
history
is,
how
he
engages
with
other
organizations
across
the
country
having
a
strong
advocate
for
our
community
is
really
important,
but
I
I
understand,
sue
what
you're
saying
we
don't
know
why
he's
being
brought
in
if
he's
being
brought
in
as
a
fixer,
or
is
he
somebody
that
the
pirates
honestly
want
to
engage
to
represent
or
help
be
a
representation
of
the
of
the
community
at
large
and
then
have
us
partner
with
the
pirates
with
his
knowledge
of
what
he
needs
to
know?
G
B
Similar
to
what
others
have
said,
I
think
that
you
know
the.
I
don't
know
that
we
would
communicate
back
that
we
would.
We
would
not
participate
in
a
meeting
if
he
were
there.
I
do
think
that
we
can
do
our
own
research
and
maybe
ask
some
questions
of
of
al
hogan
about
him.
He
seems
to
know
some,
but
I
think
that
I
think
what
people
are
sensing
is
the
same
concern
that
I
have
is.
B
He
can't
answer
for
them.
The
this
is
the
pittsburgh
pittsburgh
pirates
in
our
city,
who,
like
sarah
lots
of
us,
are
maybe
maybe
not
on
this
commission,
but
lots
of
us
are
fans
of
the
pirates
and
have
been
in
you
know
connected
to
them
for
for
a
long
time
in
some
way.
So
so
I
think
that
what
we
need
to
do
is
communicate
back
to
al
that
we're
we're
still
curious
about
mr
bean's
participation
in
the
meeting,
but
that
we're
not
interested
in
the
meeting.
Where
he's
doing
the
talking
on
behalf
of
the
pirates.
B
So
I
think
we
have
to
like
be
clear
on
that
in
our
communication,
but
his
presence
there
there
might
be
some
utility
to
it,
given
that
he
has
connections
across
major
league
baseball.
I
I'd
like
to
add
to
that,
because
if
we're
talking
about
not
knowing
and
not
being
sure
about
his
agenda,
but
we're
also
not
sure
or
know
the
history
of
the
owners
of
the
pirates
either
so
all
of
them
in
the
room,
we
still
have
to
ask
those
same
questions
of
all
of
them.
Actually,
so
it,
I
think
I
don't
think
it's
important
about
who's
in
the
room.
I
I
think
I've
seen
a
couple
of
them
in
in
past
emails,
but
I
think,
if
we're
clear
about
what
we
want,
it
doesn't
really
matter
who's
in
the
room,
because
you
know
we,
we
know
what
we
want
and
that's
what
we
that's
what
we're
going
for
anyway.
So
if
somebody,
though,
could
I
clearly
identify
what
the
concerns
are
that
we're
going
to
them
with?
I
would
like
to
kind
of
get
a
refreshment
of
it.
A
Well,
we
have
21
minutes
left
to
cover
a
few
things.
That's,
I
think,
a
very
important
point,
all
of
you
that
what
all
of
you
brought
up
that
I
think
that
derek
said
as
a
refresher
on
what
we
have
discussed
and
then
maybe
putting
together
a
plan
for
what
we're
looking
for
from
the
pirates.
Is
that
something
we
can
do
by
email
and
if
or
should
we
do?
We
need
a
special
committee
on
this.
A
A
Well,
thank
you,
derek.
That
was
actually
a
really
good
suggestion.
So
at
this
point
we
can
respond
to
al
that
we're
interested
in
the
meeting.
A
Something
any
other
message
we
should
convey
to
him
at
this
point.
In
that
piece
I
mean
we
can,
while
we're
getting
our
we'll,
have
to
do
this
quickly.
I
think
because
they
could
want
to
meet
with
us
very
soon
so
well,
let's
so
we'll
continue
with
the
email
conversation
and
see
what's
happening
with
that
now
moving
to
the
pride
night
piece,
is
there
any
interest
in
participating
in
that?
Do
you
want
to
explore
it
billy,
and
I
just
tried
to
absorb
the
information
throwback
couple,
quick
questions.
A
We
didn't
let
that
become
a
distraction
from
our
our
own
purpose.
I
think
we
were
pretty
effective
at
that,
but
this
isn't
just
a
you
know,
a
simple.
A
E
Yeah,
I
I
agree,
so
I'm
I'm
not
sure
that
that
it's
in
our
best
interest
to
start
developing
partnerships
with
the
pirates
until
we've
got
this
one
issue
resolved
and
un
until
we've
addressed
that
and
they've.
You
know,
they've
answered
it
to
our
satisfaction.
I
I
I
don't
know
that
this
is
the
time
to
start
developing
working
relationships
with
them.
I
mean
that's,
that's
just
my
feeling.
I
Yeah,
so
this
is
they're
not
going
to
stop
it
because
of
us.
I
think
we,
I
don't
think
they
should.
I
don't
think,
and
I
don't
think
they
should
stop
doing
friday
night.
That's
something
that
should
continue
to
happen,
whether
we
are
partnering
with
them
or
not.
I
think
again,
we
have
to
decide
what
our
concerns
are
and
and
go
into
the
meeting
and
focus
on
the
concerns.
I
I
think
the
pride
night
is
already
a
tradition
that
needs
to
stay
intact
and
in
place,
and
we
need
to
focus
in
on
what
it
is
that
we
really
have
concerns
about
it
wasn't
about
the
pride
night.
Our
concern
was
about
some
performer.
If
I'm
not,
if
I'm,
if
I'm
correct,
so
I
think
we
shouldn't
even
address
pride
night.
It's
already
something
that's
in
place.
It's
a
tradition,
that's
already
intact.
We'll
need
to
address
that.
I
think
we
need
to
address
our
concern.
A
B
B
Organizing
season
came
up
for
them
and
then
suddenly
there
was
a
meeting
and
what
they
wanted
to
talk
about
was
pride
night
and
they
sent
a
lower
level
representative
of
the
organization
to
discuss
it.
What
we
did
what
sue-
and
I
did
was
use
that
meeting
to
say
we're.
B
This
is
not
why
the
commission
contacted
you,
we
contacted
you
because
of
another
issue.
We
were
very
clear
that
that
that
is
what-
and
he
agreed
to
take
back
our
concerns
and
after
that
there
now
is
the
the
next
meeting
will
be
set
up.
The
meeting
that
we
saw
from
the
beginning
is
set
up.
I
think
we
should
remember
that
that
that
is
a
success
we've
achieved
in
part.
What
we
wanted
we're
going
to
have
the
forum.
B
We
don't
want
the
forum
to
get
derailed
by
someone
who
sweet
talks
us,
but
we
we
have
a,
but
we
have
a
forum,
and
I
think
that
that's
good.
I
think
that,
because
the
organizing
for
pride
night
has
a
time
frame
on
it
that
we
should
also
stay
open
to
that
idea,
because,
quite
frankly,
what
what
he
presented
was
for
me,
who
has
not
paid
attention
to
pride
night
over
the
years,
was
a
pretty
good
presentation.
B
I
was
quite
impressed
by
the
the
depth
of
of
of
what
he
presented,
and
so
it
was
so
it
is
intriguing,
and
the
last
thing
I'll
say
is
we
are
we
have
a
an
obligation
to
be
to
do
outreach
to
engage
the
community
to
be
visible
to
start
building
relationships
and
there
are
going
to
be
queer
people
and
queer
organizations
there,
and
so
our
presence
there
might
be
something
that
we
would
consider.
B
So
while
I
don't
think
we
can
prior
to
some
more
firmness
on
a
date
and
time
for
the
for
the
the
meeting
with
the
pirates,
I
think
that
we
should
consider
a
parallel,
keep
the
door
open
on
a
on
a
parallel
thing
of
perhaps
some
level
participation
on
pride
night
on
june
17th.
I
I
We
got
an
opportunity
to
meet
with
them
to
discuss
whatever
other
concerns,
but
pride
night
is
not
one
of
those,
so
let's
not
mess
with
pride
night,
and
I
agree
with
you
that
we
should
participate
and
on
some
level
in
pride
night,
because
it
has
been
a
success.
It
has
been
a
long
term
tradition
for
us
and
as
gay
people,
queer
people
in
the
city
to
go
to
that
game
on
that
day
and
wear
baseball
caps
with
rainbows,
and
I
don't
want
to
see
that
end.
A
Well,
to
clarify
our
role
would
just
be
added
to
be
added
to
the
list
of
sponsors
and
they
understand.
Well,
we
made
we
told
them
that
you
know
we
can't
sell
tickets
or
anything
like
that,
so
we
would
kind
of
be
more
of
a
unique
well
that
event
is
happening.
May
I
ask
this
in
the
interest
of
time
they
have
a
planning
meeting
coming
up
in
april
of
their
pride
night,
lgbt
groups,
I
could
probably
attend
and
not
make
a
commitment,
but
just
to
get
some
feedback
on.
A
There
were
some
real
concerns
raised
around
safety
and
security
of
the
way
that
this
is
set
up
again,
it'll
be
a
long
conversation,
but
so
I
do
think
that
we
have
an
obligation
to
respond
to
those
concerns
and
to
make
sure
that
the
pirates
are
really
addressing
them,
so
it
can
be
all
that
it
can
be.
A
I
do
want
to
comment
that
this
is
also
the
10th
anniversary
of
the
pirates.
It
gets
better
video.
Does
everyone
remember
if
you
get
better
projects
and
the
current
staff
doesn't
seem
to
know
that
or
be
familiar,
perhaps
because
all
the
participants
have
moved
on,
but
that's
an
important
milestone.
It
was
a
big
deal
ten
years
ago
for
the
pirates
to
speak
to
lgbtq
youth,
and
I
don't
know
if
you're
gonna
come
out
of
that.
But
it's
perhaps
that's
just
something.
We
could
note.
I
You
know
I
just
started
to
keep
jumping
in,
but
I
think
if
to
be
listed
as
to
be
listed
in
in
print
or
whatever
it's
something
that
we
should
least
do
as
a
commission.
We
don't
even
if
you
don't
go
to
a
game.
Even
if
you
don't
like
the
pirates,
it's
not
even
that's
really,
not
even
the
question.
I
think
we
at
the
lgbt
commission
in
pittsburgh
should
be
listed
on
a
pride
event.
That's
happening
especially
successful,
20-year,
run
priority
event.
I
E
Event
held
by
a
by
an
organization
that
we're
challenging
on
their
scheduling
a
concert
by
homophobic
and
transphobic
performers
yeah
when
we
put
our
name
on
that
list,
then
we're
tied
to
them,
and
I'm
I'm
not
comfortable
with
that.
Yet
because
of
of
that
decision
made
by
that
organization,
it's
wonderful
that
that
they're
participating
in
pride
celebrations.
Of
course,
I
support
that
no
one's,
no
one
suggested
that
we
should
try
to
interfere
with
that.
A
Well,
how
about
we
just
move
ahead
with
this
plan
I'll
go
to
the
meeting
without
a
commitment,
we'll
focus
our
efforts
on
getting
this
other
meeting
set
up
the
big
and
rich
meaning,
and
I
don't
want
to
derail.
I
think
this
is
a
really
important
dialogue,
but
we
do
have
a
couple.
Other
issues
to
resolve
to
discuss
today,
so
is,
is
that
a
good
plan
for
right
now
get
more
information,
lenny
and
derek.
A
I
Yeah,
I
just
think
we
should
continue.
Those
of
us
who
are
interested
should
have
a
you
know.
I
I'm
interested
to
a
certain
degree.
I
I
I'm
willing
to
talk
more
about
that,
because
I
think
we
should
really
be
clear
about
what
it
is
that
we
want
to
be
doing
as
a
commission
in
reference
to
the
pirates
in
any
other
organization.
I
That
decided
to
do
something
that
we
don't
like
you
know
so
does
that
er
eradicate
all
the
good
that
they're
doing,
because
they
did
something
we
didn't
like
or
it
does.
I
mean
we
got
to
really
talk
to
this,
because
this
is
not
right
now
at
the
turrets
next
time
it
could
be
somebody
else
that
has
been
doing
a
great
work
and
decided
to
do
something
that
someone
doesn't
like.
Does
that
mean
we.
C
I
C
C
C
A
All
right,
we
don't
have
consensus
and
we
have
eight
minutes.
So
I'm
going
to
suggest
that
again
that
I
go
to
the
planning
meeting
to
see
what's
up
and
not
make
any
commitments
and
make
that
very
clear
in
the
meaning
and
beforehand,
and
I
also
think
we
should
kick
this
over
the
outreach
team,
because
if
we
did
any
kind
of
tabling
or
event
literature
or
anything
like
that,
that
would
really
fall
under
their
view
to
to
talk
about
either.
For
this
event
or
just
moving
forward
marcus.
B
This
date,
if
anybody
objects
to
sue
attending
the
an
information
gathering
meeting
regarding
pride
night,
that
they
should
speak
up
because
right
now,
it's
not
at
all
a
commitment,
but
just
just
gathering
information.
If
someone
is
not
comfortable
with
us,
even
at
that
level,
they
should
say
so
now.
If
so,
then
we
might
have
to
vote.
A
A
Okay,
good
well
I'll
get
that
information
out
to
you
by
email
and
you
can
read
at
your
leisure
and
then
also
we'll
move
ahead
on
the
pieces
that
we
discussed.
Denise
an
up
update
on
the
goal
setting.
C
Well,
first
thanks
billy
for
putting
this
together
on
a
document
that
it's
supposed
to
look
like.
I,
you
know
I
one.
I
think
these
things
are
never
easy,
but
I
appreciate
all
the
input
and
everybody
that
participated.
I
think
we
ended
up
with
some
pretty
good
goals.
I
am
sensitive
to
time
here.
How
much
time
do
we
have?
Because
we've
got
some
other
things?
C
B
Well,
what
I
would
suggest
is
that
with
that
you
know
a
smart
idea
by
denise
that
we
plan
to
create
the
working
groups
at
the
at
the
april
meeting
so
review
the
document
again
and
then
be
prepared
to
to
join
one
of
the
working
groups,
one
of
the
various
areas
of
our
goals
at
the
april
meeting-
that
that's
one
thing
that
we
will
do
and
then
and
then
there
will
be.
B
A
A
D
I
was
going
to
share
it
in
the
chat,
but
I
noticed
that
we
don't
have
a
chat,
but
but
nevertheless,
for
those
of
you
who
are
familiar,
there's
that
there's
the
pennsylvania,
lgbtq
health
needs
assessment,
that's
taking
place
and
it's
actually
live
online
for
members
of
our
community
to
participate
and
to
be
able
to
help
the
community
and
also
this
organization
gather
data
to
be
able
to
assess
some
of
the
various
levels
of
needs
here
within
our
community,
and
so
that's
actually
conducted
through
the
bradbury's
sullivan
center,
actually
in
the
greater
lehigh
valley
as
well.
D
So
if
you're
interested
in
learning
more
about
the
actual
pa,
lgbtq
health
needs
assessment
feel
free
to
email
me,
I
can
send
you
the
direct
link
or
you
also
can
actually
google
it
and
google
the
bradbury
sullivan
center,
and
you
should
be
able
to
get
the
link
directly
to
the
pa
needs
assessment.
And
I
think
that
this
information
is
really
vital
to
our
community
as
well.
D
H
D
H
I
was
just
gonna
add
really
quickly.
I
know
we're
short
on
time.
Just
two
quick
points
about
the
survey
of
folks.
Do
you
want
to
get
involved?
It's
only
open
until
the
21st,
so
it's
only
open
for
three
or
four
more
days
to
collect
data
and
it's
actually
funded
by
the
pa
department
of
health
through
the
division
of
tobacco,
with
primary
partners
of
bribery,
sullivan
subcontracting
to
lgbtq
organizations
across
the
entire
commonwealth
to
collect
the
data.
So
if
folks
want
to
get
involved,
do
it
soon,
because
it's
only
open
until
the
21st
of
march.
A
Thank
you,
so
how
about
this?
Sarah
or
chris
could
one
of
you
resend
the
link
to
all
of
us
either
tonight
or
tomorrow.
We
hopefully
will
all
take
the
time
to
weigh
in
on
this
important
issue
and
with
regard
to
the
facebook,
social
media
piece.
That's
not
relevant
right
now,
because
we
don't
have
policies
or
guidelines
for
the
facebook
page
and
we
only
have
a
three-day
deadline.
So
I
think
we
would.
We
don't
need
to
discuss
that
at
this
point.
A
Any
other
questions
on
that
I'm
trying
so
hard.
Two
minutes
left
and
I'm.
B
Okay
you're
about
there,
but
you
know
in
the
last
90
seconds
before
emotions
made
to
go
into
executive
session.
I
think
that
I
want
to
at
least
acknowledge
and
recognize
that
the
the
glad
media
awards
are
out
and
nominees
are
out.
The
the
the
events
haven't
happened,
there's
two
events
that
are
gonna
happen,
but
sue
kerr
for
her
blog
is
one
of
the
is
you
know
her
blog
pittsburgh.
Lesbian
correspondents
is,
is
listed
as
outstanding
blogs.
One
of
the
nominees
for
that.
C
B
I
A
Was
also
nominated
and
we
are
the
only
nominees
from
pennsylvania,
billy
and
I
are
both
former
winners,
but
I
will
not
be
escorting
him
to
the
award
so.
A
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
that
the
feedback
all
right
and
I
am
at
6
30.-
do
we
have
a
motion
to
end
the
public
portion
of
this
meeting
and
to
move
into
executive
session
to
discuss
the
conflicts
of
interest,
emotion,.
A
Outbreak
room
breakout
room
and
we
are
going
to
have
like
a
little
bit
of
a
lag
there.
They
will
handle
that
so
technically,
we
will
not
be
recording
and
we
will
also
not
be
live
streaming
at
the
end
of
that
section.
