If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
the
entrepreneurs
can
meet
the
folks
who
make
the
rules,
ask
questions
about
how
things
work
and
get
instructions
that
help
them
go
through
their
processes
much
more
quickly
and
efficiently
and
make
everybody's
life
a
little
easier.
So
I'm
going
to
introduce
you
to
some
of
the
folks
that
are
here
to
help
entrepreneurs
in
our
city
and
they're
going
to
tell
us
about
what
services
they
provide.
So
perhaps
you
can
learn
about
who
you
need
to
talk
to
and
how
to
get
the
things
done.
You
need
to
accomplish
for
your
entrepreneurial
journey.
B
B
A
B
Small
business,
wise
I
would
think
that
the
the
thing
that
strikes
me
the
most
is
the
sidewalk
people
put
tables
and
chairs
out
there
or
a
table
they
like
to
display
their
wares.
Maybe
they'll
put
a
little
sign
out,
so
those
are
the
things
that
small
businesses
do
most
often
and
believe
it
or
not.
There's
a
permit
for
all
of
that.
It's
an
over-the-counter
very
easy
thing
to
get,
but
there
is
a
permit
for
it.
Other
things
would
be
valet
parking.
I
know.
B
A
lot
of
the
restaurants
in
the
in
the
city
are
now
doing
valet
parking
on
the
weekends
and
some
busy
nights.
There's
other
issues
with
dumpsters
people
don't
have
a
space
on
their
property
so
if
they
have
to
put
their
dumpster
actually
on
the
sidewalk.
But
those
are
just
a
few
examples
of
when
someone
uses
the
sidewalk
there's
a
permit
to
be
had,
and
if
you
can
get
the
word
out,
we
would
love
to
see
people
come
into
our
office
at
6
11.

A

D
D
A
D
A
lot
of
businesses
want
to
find
out
how
to
start
how
to
find
funding
within
a
city,
and
we
can
assist
them
with
loans
to
our
programs,
but
we
can
also
assist
them
with
connecting
with
bank
and
other
sources
of
financing.
We
also
can
help
provide
technical
assistance
for
businesses,
so
typically,
businesses
that
come
to
us
have
some
issue
that
they're
had
difficulty
getting
financing
from
banks
and
we
can
help
guide
them
through
the
issues
they
need
to
address
so
that
they
can
get
financing
kind
of
a
good
place
to
start.
D

D
A
D
A
E
My
name
is
Bob
zilch
I'm,
with
the
city
of
Pittsburgh,
Finance,
Department
and
I'm,
a
tax
compliance
specialist.
What
I
do
is
primarily
we
do.
Audits
collections
of
tax
will
register
them.
Businesses
give
advice
in
how
to
file
or
any
other
tax
question
that
somebody
may
have
in
regards
to
filing
for
the
business
faculty.
Wow.
A
F
E
Passive
investment,
so
it
would
be
something
like
that
that
somebody
may
not
be
aware
of,
and
they
think
that
they
would
have
to
be
in
business,
filed
taxes
which
they
don't
and
then
I
have
had.
Another
person
show
up
here
that
came
and
asked
me
what
was
the
liabilities
for
a
business
that
was
going
to
be
a
new
restaurant
and
we
told
him
that
he
tapped
at
the
local
service
tax
and
the
payroll
expense
taxes
two
of
the
liabilities
he
has
to
file.
E
A
Well,
that's
really
awesome
Bob,
because
I
know
it
can
be
very
confusing,
especially
when
you're
a
small
entrepreneur
with
only
yourself
trying
to
figure
everything
out.
It
can
be
very
daunting
to
get
everything
right
so
having
you
all
take
the
time,
then
just
help
people
get
it
right.
The
first
time
I'm
sure
it's
a
great
greatly
appreciated
by
a
lot
of
the
entrepreneurs
around.
So
so
what
should
somebody
do
if
they
want
to
get
in
contact
with
the
Department
of
Finance?
Well,.
A
F
Name
is
Carolyn
wrist,
ow
I'm,
the
site
plan
review
specialist,
with
the
zoning
division
of
the
Department
of
City
Planning.
We
review
projects
for
development
to
make
sure
that
they're
in
compliance
with
those
owning
code
requirements
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh.
So
we
look
at
things
like
height
density
use,
parking,
trees,
landscaping,
all
kinds
of
things
and
my
particular
role
as
site
plan
review.
Specialist
is
medium-sized
projects
that
are
a
little
bit
too
big
to
handle
at
the
counter,
but
not
quite
big
enough
to
need
Planning,
Commission
or
something
well.
A
It's
really
interesting,
I'm
sure,
there's
a
whole
lot
of
different
land
use
proposed
land
use,
as
you
see,
and
there's
probably
a
whole
lot
of
different
rules.
You've
got
to
be
well-versed
and
in
order
to
do
that
job
well
so
today,
here
at
the
Small
Business
Resource
fair,
there
were
a
lot
of
entrepreneurs
coming
around
and
just
trying
to
learn
about
how
to
navigate
these
processes
correctly.
Can
you
tell
us
about
some
of
the
questions
that
you
receive
today?
Yeah.
F
Sure
absolutely
I
had
a
couple
interesting
businesses
approaches
today
that
want
to
do
things
that
are
a
little
bit
different.
There
was
a
young
lady
who
wanted
to
do
some
clothing
manufacturing,
and
you
know,
clothing
manufacturing
is
one
of
those
things,
but
it's
a
great
use.
You
know
we'd
love
to
see
more
of
it,
but
our
code
has
very
specific
use
categories
that
that
don't
always
match
like
our
manufacturing
is,
for
instance,
is
actually
a
kind
of
pretty
heavy-duty
manufacturing.
F
So
you
know
is
that
the
appropriate
use
for
this
lady
not
entirely
sure,
so
we
gave
her
some
some
resources
to
help
her
figure
out
which
location
she
wanted
to
to
use
first,
and
then
we
can
look
at
what
zoning
district
that
particular
location
would
be
in,
because
different
uses
are
permitted
in
different
zones
and
then
also
she
can
provide
us
with
a
write-up
that
describes
in
more
detail
what
her,
what
her
use
would
be,
so
that
we
can
really
figure
out
what
what
kind
of
intensity
are
we
talking
about
here?
F
F
Is
those
are
my
questions?
I
wasn't
able
to
give
her
direct
answers
to
tonight,
but
she
can
contact
us.
I
gave
her
my
business
card.
She
could
also
reach
out
to
the
Maine
zoning
contact
information
in
order
to
you
know
present
more
information
than
we
can
help
her
figure
out.
What's
the
appropriate
path
for
her
particular
vigilance
is.
F
We
do
have
an
interactive
zoning
website,
that's
available
to
anybody
who
has
access
to
computer
I,
even
use
a
llama
smartphone,
occasionally
as
sometimes
a
little
clunky,
but
on
the
smart
phones,
but
it's
doable
and
it's
available
on
our
website
to
go
to
the
GIS
page
and
click
on
the
interactive
zoning
map.
That
takes
you
right
to
the
map.
It's
very
colorful.
F
It
has
all
our
zoning
districts
and
different
colors
on
the
map
and
you
can
search
the
default
search
is
by
the
the
parcel
ID
number,
which
said:
I
forget
how
many
digits
are
in
it,
but
it's
at
the
very
little
number,
with
lots
of
zeros
as
the
default
search,
but
you
can
switch
it
to
search
by
address
and
if
you
search
by
address
they'll,
take
you
directly
to
your
property
in
question
and
you
can
see
what
color
it
is.
If
you
click
on
it,
it'll
tell
you
what
zoning
district
that
particular
color
is.
F
E
F
Available,
if
you
turn
that
layer
on
you
can
see,
is
your
property
in
a
historic
district
or
not,
there
would
be
different
requirements
if
it
were
another
really
important.
One
is
our
floodplain
overlay,
which
is
another
layer,
it's
not
on
by
default,
but
you
can
turn
that
on
and
see
is
your
property
in
a
floodplain?
F
If
it
is
there's
going
to
be
additional
requirements,
there'll
be
an
additional
application,
you
may
need
to
meet
more
standards,
or
you
may
just
need
to
show
that
that
what
you're
doing
isn't
causing
significant
enough
impact
to
affect
how
flooding
would
happen.
If,
unfortunately,
a
flood
were
to
occur.
E
F
A
G
G
Basically,
if
you're
coming
for
any
type
of
permit
or
license
from
the
city
with
the
exceptional
Public,
Works
you're
going
to
come,
see
us
a
lot
of
the
permits
and
licenses,
we
do
our
same-day
something
you
can
get
over
the
counter
and
we
do
our
best
to
make
sure
everybody
can
get
those
same
day
if
they
meet
all
the
minimum
requirements.
Oftentimes,
we
do
have
to
check
items
in
for
further
review
by
one
of
our
plans.
Examiner's.
G
A
I
know
it's
really
important
to
have
safe
buildings,
because
we've
seen
you
know
what
happens
in
earlier
parts
of
Pittsburgh's
history,
where
we
didn't
have
all
these
standards
and
and
a
lot
of
people
live
in
a
neighborhood
where
there's
a
hillside
where
they
could
see
the
old
foundations
of
the
houses
that
weren't
built
up
to
such
careful
standards.
So
the
work
y'all
do
is
very
important.
Can
you
tell
me
about
some
of
the
questions
that
folks
normally
ask
about
how
PLI
works?
Sure.
G
So
a
lot
of
people
just
want
to
know
what
they
need
to
do
to
get
certain
permits
and
licenses,
and
even
though
a
lot
of
that
information
is
on
our
web
site
and
it's
very
useful.
Sometimes
it's
just
easier
to
talk
to
in
person
and
we
we
all
have
various
certifications
from
the
ICC.
So
we
all
have
a
very
deep
knowledge
base
about
all
the
different
things
going
on
the
city
and
the
best
ways
to
go
about
proceeding
with
all
of
your
permits
and
licenses.
Basically,
what's
ICC,
the
ICC
is
International
Code
Council.
G
A
G
So
we
do
have
multiple
people
to
answer
our
phone
lines.
Our
main
number
is
4
1
2
to
5
5
to
175,
or
if
you
prefer,
to
contact
us
by
email.
We
have
six
people
to
respond
to
our
email
all
day
long.
That's
PLI,
a
PP
te
CH
at
Pittsburgh,
PA
govt,
oh
and.
A
G
Yes,
so
we
are
in
the
process
of
getting
a
brand
new
software
system
for
the
entire
city,
and
our
department
is
going
to
be
the
first
one
that
uses
the
new
software
and
basically
once
we
are
fully
integrated
with
that
there's
going
to
be
an
online
portal
where
anybody
contractors
homeowners
business
owners,
they
can
create
an
account
and
they
can
pretty
much
apply
for
all
their
permits
and
licenses
online
without
ever
having
coming
to
our
office.
So
look
for
that
in
about
about
two
years,
wow.
