A
Behind
me,
so
I'd
like
to
call
the
ironton
city
council
meeting
of
december
22nd
2020
to
order
the
last
meeting
of
2020,
thankfully
with
us
this
evening
from
impact
church,
we
have
pastor
kim
gabbard
and
she
will
give
our
invocation
followed
by
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
If
you
would
like
to
stand
for
the
invocation
and
the
pledge
of
allegiance,
I
urge
you
to
do
it
and
after
pastor
gabbard's
done
the
flag
is
over
here.
B
Please
bow
your
heads
and
pray
with
me,
our
precious
heavenly
father
as
we
come
before
you
today,
lord.
We
just
thank
you
for
this
day
and
lord.
We
thank
you
for
our
city
and
god,
as
we
enter
into
this
time
of
leadership
for
our
city,
lord,
we
just
pray
for
guidance
and
we
pray
for
direction
as
we
enter
this
meeting
and
god
I
just
pray
over
each
person.
That's
here
today.
B
I
just
pray
that
you
would
give
them
open-mindedness
and
just
give
them
direction
in
in
the
things
that
the
city
needs
lord
and
what
our
residents
are
in
need
of.
At
this
time
and
lord
as
we
come
before
you
at
this
special
time
of
year,
we
just
pray
over
the
citizens
of
our
city,
lord,
and
we
just
pray
that
you
would
just
give
them
prosperity
and
that
you
would
give
them
peace
during
this
time,
lord,
and
that
everyone
would
just
have
a
wonderful
wonderful
time,
this
holiday
season.
I
pray
for
safety.
B
Lord,
I
pray
that
you
would
protect
us
from
the
pandemic
god
and
that
you
would
just
give
those
in
our
area
in
the
medical
field
just
favor.
Lord,
and
and
and
that
you
would
just
bless
them
lord
as
they
struggle
during
this
terrible
terrible
time
and
lord,
I
pray
all
of
these
things
over
each
and
every
person.
That's
here
tonight
and
we
just
give
you
all
of
the
glory
and
I
pray
all
this
in
your
heavenly
name
and
amen.

H
Mark
in
the
finance
committee
minute
about
ten
rows
up
from
the
bottom
you
had
asked:
if
this
will,
the
monies
for
the
contract
will
be
budget
for
2021?
H
A
I
Got
a
real,
quick
one,
add
a
text
message,
and
this
is
about
one
of
the
houses
that
we've
talked
about
with
zoning
issues
called
again
or
text
again.
I
said
I'd
follow
up
tonight.
I
guess
there's
been
some
construction
going
on,
I
kind
of
told
him
the
resident
that
you
know
we
have
to.
We
have
to
know
when
they're
there
in
order
to
go
up
and
check
everything.
I
So
I've
basically
kind
of
reiterated
that
that
if
you
see
it
happening,
you
have
to
call
down
to
the
office
in
order
for
for
our
zoning
or
or
any
zoning
officer
to
come
up
and
check
it
out.
So
I
just
basically
told
the
resident
that
would
I'd
follow
up
in
the
meeting
tonight
and
that
you
know
basically
call
if
they
see
anything
happen
during
business
hours.
I
It's
well
I'm
looking
it
up
right
now:
it's
the
the
26th
hundred
block
of
south
12th
up
by
mewth
lumber
or
the
old
youth
lumber.
I'm
sorry!
I
Yeah,
I
am
that's
really,
that's
the
only
one,
the
only
zoning
up
which
that's
unusual,
it's
the
only
zoning,
call
I've
gotten
since
the
last
meeting,
so
that
I
haven't
heard
anything
else.
That's
all
I've
got
thanks.

Ordinance
2079
is
adopted
next
we
have
resolutions
and
there
are
none
and
moving
on
we
have
miscellaneous.
I
want
to
mention
quickly
in
miscellaneous
that,
on
on
the
desk
for
council
this
evening
was
a
season's
greeting
card
to
all
council
from
mayor
sam
cramblet,
so
he
wishes
all
of
you,
season's
greetings
just
wanted
you
to
know
that
I
opened
it
on
your
behalf.
D
F
Yeah
under
miscellaneous,
I
want
to
have
it
noted
in
the
minutes
that
we
receive
the
november
2020.
J
C
K
C
B
K
Just
wondering
since
it's
the
end
of
the
year
or
we
stand
on
a
couple
of
things-
I
guess
this
is
to
the
mayor
or
perhaps
john
ordinance
2055
permits
the
use
of
all
terrain
vehicles.
K
There
was
expect
inspection
and
permits
is.
Is
that
set
up
and
functioning
yet
yes
great
and
is
there
some
place,
probably
the
police
department,
where
people
can
get
information
about
how
to
do
that?.
J
K
Okay,
next
thing
are
we
set
to
go
with
the
slwa,
the
water
line,
warranties
that
we
passed.
J
Yeah
it's
I
spoke
with
them
on
the
marketing
agreement.
They'll
be
sending
out
letters
to
residents
about
the
options
they
have.
That
should
be.
They
told
me
february.
K
Excellent
okay,
just
a
couple
more
ordinance
2039
was
the
many
cell
towers
we
talked
about.
I
think
some
time
back.
Has
there
been
any
movement
on
that.
K
Okay
and
finally,
ordinance
2019
collecting
mitigation
fees
for
our
emergency
services.
Is
that
set
up
and
have
we
collected
any
fees?
Yet
that's
a
fire.
K
Thank
you
mayor
final
thing.
Last
spring
we
discussed
someone
was
going
to
be
creating
a
welcome
to
ironton
sign
at
the
foot
of
the
new
bridge.
Have
you
heard
anything
further
about
that.
J
That's
ironson
and
bloom
working
on
that
at
the
moment
I
haven't
heard
anything
lately.
I
I
just
quickly
I
did
want
to
mention
that
I
did
see
some
type
of
construction
going
on
at
the
bromberg
building.
So
that's
that's
fantastic,
you'd
love
to
see
things
like
that
in
motion,
so
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
I
just
happened
to
be
visiting
the
city
building
to
pick
up
some
things
and
awesome
construction,
that's
a
positive
and
just
to
end
2020.
I
guess
I
appreciate
everybody's
efforts
in
doing
what
you
do
this
year.
I
know
it
didn't
go
our
way.
I
2021
wasn't
a
good
year
in
anybody's
book,
but
I
look
forward
to
to
get
some
things
done.
Working
with
you
guys,
2021.
appreciate
it.
A
I
can't
help
but
see
brett's
name
on
the
on
the
call,
and
maybe,
if
he's
paying
attention,
maybe
he
can
speak
to
this
since
we're
under
miscellaneous.
I
just
wanted
to
remind
all
our
citizens
to
check
their
utility
bill
because
we've
been
I'll
specifically
throw
under
the
bus.
A
U.S
bank
has
been
having
a
real
difficult
time,
getting
their
act
together
in
2020,
and
I
think
it
probably
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
pandemic,
which
is
everyone's
excuse,
but
two
two
different
months
this
year,
u.s
bank
somehow
managed
to
not
get
the
online
bill,
pay
that
I
had
entered
with
a
confirmation
number
to
the
city
of
ironton
for
the
utility
bill.
A
So
I
just
wanted
to
remind
all
the
citizens
in
ireland
that
use
online
bill
pay.
Particularly.
I
know
there
are
a
few
different
banks
that
are
that
are
bad
about
it.
Us
bank
is
apparently
one
of
them.
I
can
speak
to
that
firsthand
so
right
under
the
bus.
They
go
because
they
use
a
a
third-party
vendor
to
send
the
checks.
It's
nothing
to
do
with
our
local
branch.
They
they're
more
than
helpful
to
try
to
get
answers,
but
it's
the
national
chain
and
the
third
party
that
they
use.
A
That
is
apparently
not
not
very
good
and
organized.
So
I
saw
brett's
name
on
there
and
I
wanted
to
remind
all
of
our
citizens
that
utilize
bill
pay,
which
I
know
is
a
lot
that
there's
many
different
banks
that
have
that
issue
at
least
once
a
year
to
to
check
your
utility
bill.
Make
sure
you
call
the
office,
because
the
ladies
there
and
brett
are
are
are
understanding
when
that
happens,
especially
when
you
have
a
screenshot
of
your
confirmation
that
you've
attempted
to
send
that
in
and
so
avoid
yourself
some
hassle.
A
I
got
a
heads
up
that
my
water
was
going
to
be
shut
off
because
I
hadn't
paid,
and
so
nothing
like
nothing
like
the
chairman
of
city
council,
getting
his
water
shut
off
for
non-payment,
but
it
really
it
really
wasn't
my
fault,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
it
can
happen
to
anyone.
I
just
wanted
to
warn
all
the
citizens
to
check
your
utility
bill
and
don't
just
assume
that
your
bank
has
taken
care
of
it.
Even
though
you've
entered
it
so
nate,
I
heard
you
trying
to
talk.
L
I'd
like
to
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
go
to
executive
sessions,
discuss
real
estate
like
they
have
the
mayor,
solicitor,
finance,
director
city,
engineer
and
brett
thomas
for
real
estate.
A
You
need
you
need,
mr,
you
need
our
finance
director
for
the
person
now.
No
sir,
okay.
