A
B
Heavenly
father
gracious
god
we
come
before
you
this
evening
with
bowed
down
heads
and
humble
hearts.
We
are
in
the
midst
of
a
pandemic,
and
yet
we
continue
to
have
to
do
business.
B
And
so
we
come
before
you
asking
your
blessings
on
these
members
of
this
city
council
that
all
the
work
would
be
done
in
your
name
and
towards
your
glory
that
each
one
would
receive
your
blessings
that
we,
you
would
bless
the
mayor,
and
you
would
continue
to
allow
this
city
to
move
and
grow
and
be
all
that
we
can
be
in
the
name
of
jesus.
We
pray
and
give
thanks,
amen,
amen,.
B
C
D
A
A
F
Yeah
I
got
a
an
email
from
mrs
waldo
or
mckee
or
whatever
about
her
property
out
there
she's
wanting
to
began
next.
Has
any
work
been
done
that
yet
you
know
what
I'm
talking
about.
A
In
talking
to
craig,
I
think
he
was
waiting
for
her
to
get
some
information
back.
He
was
looking
at
possibly
sponsoring
an
ordinance,
but
I
think
she
he
was
waiting
for
information
from
her.
I
think
it
had
something
to
do
with
platt,
possibly
not
again.
I
was
in
conversation
with
craig,
so
I'm
I'm
not
100
sure
on
that.
G
I
can
add
something
I
can
add
something
to
that.
She
called
me
on
the
phone
about
it.
The
ordinance
or
the
statute
requires
that
she
provide
a
plat
or
a
map
of
the
area
to
be
de-annexed.
Okay,
so
I
think
she's
getting
that
force
so
that
it
can
be
attached
to
the
ordinance
that's
going
to
be
introduced,
the
detachable
all
right.
G
No,
no,
it's
totally
in
the
city.
That's
just
the
way.
The
statute
is
the
county.
Commissioners
have
to
kind
of
accept
it
on
behalf
of
the
townships.
If
and
because
it
will
become
part
of
upper
township,
but
it's
the
commissioners
who
have
to
accept
it
all
right,
so
it
takes.
F
F
A
H
Yeah,
I've
gotten
a
few
phone
calls
regarding,
I
guess
the
the
bad
weather
and
they
were
positive
comments
regarding
our
sanitation
department,
street
department
and
fire
department,
as
well
as
police
department.
With
some
issues.
H
You
know
we
had
a
fire
on
third
street
that
I've
heard
a
lot
of
comments
that
people
were
impressed
that
then
it
spread
and
everything
like
that,
as
well
as
comments
about
the
police
department
with
a
recent
police
chase
and
everything
apprehending
the
suspect,
as
well
as
the
the
city
departments,
and
how
you
know
they
kind
of
handled
the
unfortunate
situation
everybody
was
put
in.
H
So
I
just
want
to
pass
that
along
to
everybody
that
you
know,
people
have
contacted
me
with
positive
remarks
regarding
a
lot
of
the
city
departments
in
the
handling,
a
bad
situation.
A
Okay,
thank
you,
chris.
I'm
glad
you
said
that
because
I
actually
had
that
in
my
notes
too,
because
I
wanted
to
commend
all
of
our
city
departments
based
on
our
ice
and
snow
storm
and
how
we
were
able
to
react
to
it,
but
specifically
our
street
sanitation,
water
distribution,
police
and
fire.
I
thought
they
really
stepped
up
over
the
last
two
weeks
and
I
thought
they
they
did
a
great
job,
so
very
proud
of
them
and
their
service.
Thank
you.
A
B
A
Yes,
I
did
have
one
thing
and
you
know
there's
always
going
to
be
the
issues
as
far
as
potholes
and
what
the
weather
does
to
them.
I
noticed,
and
I
know
mike
you're
on
here
you
you
did
do
some
pothole
work
earlier
before
all
this.
A
If
someone
has
a
issue
or
concern
with
potholes,
what's
what
should
we
tell
them
as
far
as
possibly
reporting
or
is
there
a
certain
season
where
you
go
out
and
you're
hitting
all
those
there's
something
we
can
kind
of
update
the
public
with
that.
D
Yeah
we
we
try
to
get
them
on
how
critical
they
are.
Well,
you
know,
if
they're,
in
the
line
of
wheel
traffic,
we
try
to
get
them
as
quick
as
we
can,
because
it's
dangerous
it
could
bust
the
tire
or
break
a
wheel
off,
but
we
try
to
get
them
as
as
quick
as
we
can
matter
of
fact.
I
just
sent
my
truck
driver
this
morning
to
get
another
thing
we
can
use
right
now
is
a
cold
patch
material.
D
They
really
don't
work
that
well,
but
that's
the
only
thing
we
can
use
until
our
our
hot
patch
asphalt
plant
opens
hopefully
within
the
next
30
days,
but.
A
A
We're
going
to
move
on
to
communications
and
in
our
packet
we
had
our
email
from
mike
burns
from
baird
regarding
bonds
and
bomb
covenant,
compliance
the
letter
from
reyetta
waldo
regarding
war,
richie,
road
property
and
a
letter
from
mayor
cramlet
regarding
reimportment
reappointment
of
mark
dickes,
the
income
tax
review
board.
A
A
F
B
A
Of
roll
call.
C
H
J
C
D
C
F
C
C
A
C
J
A
A
Okay,
so
beth,
if
you
wouldn't
care
to
at
some
point,
coordinate
with
craig
and
chris
puc
meeting,
possibly
prior
to
our
next
meeting,
to
hear
a
recommendation
to
that
bill.
H
H
Yes,
I
would
like
to
mention
that
this
was
favorably
recommended
by
the
wreck.
The
recreation
committee-
and
I
also
believe
bobby,
might
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
but
also
the
finance
committee.
H
That
is
correct.
I'd
also
like
to
mention
that
this
is
time
sensitive
has
to
be
in
by
march
the
first.
So
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion
to
advance.
A
C
F
A
E
H
H
Just
a
just
a
little
discussion
before
this
just
to
clarify
what
this
is
actually
for:
improvements
for
the
city,
wreck
and
waterways,
this
would
enhance
parking.
I
I'm
trying
to
quote
ralph
klein
when
he
described
it
additional
parking,
disabled
parking,
a
boat
drop
in
and
basically
enhance
the
area
for
recreation
purposes.
H
I
also
believe
this
was
favorably
recommended
by
finance
and
it
was
also
favorably
recommended
by
the
wreck.
Recreation
committee.
A
A
C
C
B
F
Yeah
I'd
like
to
mention
that
we
have
the
january
2021
financials
and
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
receive
foul.
Make
these
part
of
the
minutes.
C
F
A
C
J
J
I
have
a
a
couple
short
items:
nate.
First,
at
our
last
council
meeting,
you
said
that
you
had
received
a
bid
on
a
leaf
collector
and
you
had
emailed
that
out
to
us.
I
I
have
not
received.
That
was
wondering
if
you
could
resend
that
email
with
the
bid.
D
J
And
concerning
parking,
has
there
been
any
movement
on
this
situation.
E
No,
when
I
meet
with
joe
sokol
on
tuesday.
H
F
H
A
Okay,
thank
you
mayor.
Would
you
please
be
able
to
extend
an
invitation
to
dr
bill
dingus
for
a
quarterly
economic
development
update
in
one
of
the
meetings
for
march?
A
Just
to
kind
of
again,
I
think
it's
been
a
great
thing
for
communication
there
and
then
also
we
talked
about
possibly
having
kevin
wood
on
a
quarterly
basis,
just
to
give
us
an
update
on
some
of
the
projects
that
we
have
going
on
in
the
city
and
I'd
like
to
see
if
he
could,
on
the
alternate
day
that
dr
dingus
couldn't
do
it
or
not.
A
On
the
same
day,
you
know
if
we
could
have
him
come
and
just
and
and
not
in
great
detail,
just
just
give
us
a
few
updates
about
where,
where
we're
at
specifically
for
the
most
recent
projects
that
we
approved
the
flood
pump,
sanitary
sewer
and
storm
water
feasibility
study
and
the
north
fifth
street
bridge
water
line
replacement.
A
A
They
did
required
for
the
city
to
go
through
and
complete
that
process,
and
I
would
like
for
everyone
to.
I
tried
sending
this
out
on
my
city,
email,
but
I've
had
some
issues
they
sent
it
out.
It
was
issued
on
january
21st.
I
would
like
for
all
council
members
to
review
that
opinion.
A
I
will
resend
that
back
out
in
conversations
with
other
council
members,
the
mayor
brett
thomas,
I
mean,
I
think
there
is
a
a
large
need
in
our
community
to
identify
blighted
property
that
is
vacant
and
a
hazard
in
our
communities,
and
I
think
this
is
something
we
really
need
to
pursue
and
and
really
really
get
in
force.
So
I
would
like
to
in
our
discussions
on
thursday,
in
our
budget
workshop,
identify
some
areas
where
we
could
fund
the
program
to
be
aggressive
in
attacking
some
of
this
blighted
property.
A
Also,
in
our
conversations
we
talked
about
how,
if
and
if
you
look
at
the
step,
eight
in
the
brigham
and
max
opinion,
as
far
as
how
to
get
those
empty
lots
back
to
market
and
develop
a
path
to
do
that
and
feel
the
that
would
require
a
transfer
from
city
to
a
community
improvement
corporation
to
get
those
back
out
into
the
market
and
get
them
developed
for
for
housing
or
commercial
or
economic.
However,
that
would
be
so
in
my
opinion.
That
would
require
the
development
of
a
community
improvement
corporation.
A
Possible
buyers
or
someone
looking
to
develop
that
instead
of
some
of
the
actions
needed
by
municipal
municipalities
to
liquidate
land,
so
so
I'd
like
to
ask
our
solicitors
to
start
the
process,
whether
it
be
by
legislation
or
how
or
what
would
be
needed
to
go
ahead
with
the
next
steps
for
developing
that
developing
an
ironton
community
improvement
corporation
so
that
that
would
be
able
to
be
in
place
be
reviewed
by
council
and
mayor.
A
I
would
like
to
see
a
board
of
directors
established
for
the
ironton
community
improvement
corporation.
I
would
like
for
council
members
to
be
able
to
get
some
feedback
on
how
that
board
of
directors
would
be
established.
A
A
Let
you
guys
kind
of
digest
that,
but
I
want
to
throw
that
out
there
in
addition
to
that,
I'm
gonna
I've
already
talked
to
craig,
as
far
as
when
the
mayor
is
ready
to
kind
of
get
those
steps
in
the
condemnation,
demolition
to
have
a
council
meeting
of
a
whole
to
discuss
this
exclusively,
because
this
will
be
quite
a
bit
of
a
conversation.
A
I
know
after
a
lot
of
you
guys
and
beth
out
there,
so
I'm
hoping
to
hear
some
comments.
Chris.
H
Nate,
I
I
completely
agree,
I
think
it's
something
that
that
we've
needed
and
as
much
needed
and
could
be
if
well
utilized.
It
could
really
be
a
big
asset
to
the
development
of
of
our
community.
H
Like
I
said,
I'm
in
total
agreement
with
the
creation
of
this.
If
you
need
anything,
you
need
help
with
it
or
any
volunteers
for
it.
I
would
be
willing
to
help.
J
A
H
H
C
C
A
A
Ears,
chris,
who
did
you
need
for
that.
H
Cancel
mayor
and
solicitors:
okay,
don't
believe
we
need
anybody
else.
All.
