A
B
Please
bow
our
heads
heavenly
father,
gracious
god
we
come
before
you
this
evening
in
all
humility,
asking
that
you
would
bless
all
the
work
that
is
done
in
this
council.
We
pray
that
you
would
bless
the
council.
Members
bless
the
mayor
and
the
staff
and
everyone
who
has
anything
to
do
with
making
this
city
the
most
positive
city
we
can
be.
We
ask
you,
lord,
that
you
will
reach
out
your
hands
of
love
and
protection
and
wrap
us
all
up
in
that,
so
that
we
will
know
that
we
belong
to
you.
A
Next
on
the
agenda,
we
have
the
approval
of
minutes
from
the
regular
council
meeting
of
june
23
2022
finance
committee
meeting
of
june
23
2022
and
the
special
meeting
of
june
27
2022.
Do
we
have
any
edits
additions,
omissions
to
those
minutes,
I'm
hearing
none?
Those
minutes
will
stand
as
approved.
A
D
Yeah,
okay,
I
guess
to
start
off
with
we're
gonna,
I
give
you
some
options
on
our
pump
station
or
big
pump
stations
that
has
four
the
biggest
pumps
and
we
start
we
service
pumping
supply
has
pulled
one
out
and
they've
got
it
apart
and
charlie's
going
to
give
us
some
options
on
versus
continue
with
rebuilding
this
pump
or
trying
to
buy
possibly
a
new
one.
So
here's
charlie
to
maybe
explain
that
a
little
bit.
E
Like
you
said,
we
pulled
the
pump
and
took
it
in
our
shop
and
disassembled
it,
and
we
found
a
few
issues
with
it.
The
suction
bowl,
which
is
the
bottom
of
the
pump
that
holds
the
bearing
holds
everything
true,
had
a
big
crack
in
it,
probably
just
from
fatigue
from
age
and
all
that,
so
what
we
did
was
we
went
ahead
and
tried
to
weld
it
up
and
it
worked
cleaned
it
up.
Welded
up,
it
looks
really
good.
I
think
we
can
use
it.
E
I
can't
guarantee
nothing
on
that
part
of
it
and
we'll
put
a
new
shaft
in
it,
and
new
bearings
in
it
and
it'll
be,
should
pump
like
it
like
it
should
that's
one
option
to
only
repair
a
lot
of
times
we
like
to
re-boil
it
if
it's
got
a
lot
of
wear
and
stuff
on
it,
which
means
we'll
use
the
head
over,
because
everything's
got
to
match
on
your
pipe
in
your
center
lines
and
all
that,
so
you
put
a
brand
new
pump
in
on
them,
but
this
one
here
is
a
little
bit
unique.
E
E
I've
got
some
preliminary
numbers
for
you
there's
a
lot
more
information,
I'm
going
to
have
to
gather
up
if
you
want
to
go
this
route
and
it's
going
to
be
very
time
consuming,
but
I
don't
care
to
do
it.
If
you
think
that's
the
route
you
want
to
go,
but
just
a
budget
number
you're
looking
about
135
000
for
the
pump
that
doesn't
include
the
installation
and
what
we've
done
so
far.
E
If
you
want
to
go
ahead
with
the
repair
like
we
talked
about
when
we
weld
it
up,
it
looks
pretty
good
new
bearings,
new,
shaft
and
stuff
in
here
you're,
looking
at
about
42
thousand
four
hundred
and
ninety
four
dollars,
and
I
can
leave
you
guys
copies
if
you
want
I've
got
a
few
pictures
in
here
that
I
brought.
If
you
guys
want
to
look
at
it,
you
can
see
what
what
kind
of
shape
it's
in
it's
it's
usable
that
you
know
eventually
isn't
going
to
be
replaced.
E
It's
already
been
welded
on
prior
to
us,
getting
it
a
different
place.
It
still
looks
really
good.
I
like
it,
you
know,
I
don't
think
it'll
it'll
break
anymore
whatever,
but
that's
that's
where
we
are
with
it.
Craig,
charlie.
Yes,.
E
D
Yeah
think
about
that
we
got
to
think
about.
This
is
just
one
we
have
in
this
same
home
station.
We
got
three
more,
that
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna,
pull
and
rebuild.
Do
the
same
thing.
We're
gonna
do
the
same
thing
to
the
next
one
and,
as
you
all
remember,
we
were
doing
it
as
criteria,
which
is
the
demand
and
that
publication
is
called
for
the
most
demand.
You're.
D
D
E
I
mean
you,
might
you
might
be
able
to
put
this
out
for
another
10
years,
for
you
got
to
replace
it,
but
you
know
it's
got
the
crack.
We
dealt
with.
There's
some
fins,
that's
broke.
They
probably
won't
pose
any
extra
problems.
The
metal
is
getting
starting
to
get
a
little
bit
thin,
but
it
sooner
layers
might
be
replaced
so.
F
We've
had
80
years
out
of
the
new,
we
can
fix
it
for
10
more
years.
G
E
E
G
You
give
me
an
idea
what
labor
would
be
on
that
you
said
it
did
not
include
labor.
E
G
So
are
all
of
the
are
all
of
the
the
pumps
the
same
throughout
the
city.
As
far
as
we
know,.
E
G
G
So
I'm
just
wondering
I
mean
I
think
I
see
where
craig's
going.
I
think
I
agree
as
well,
but
we
are
we're
going
to
try
to
to
get
a
10
or
20
year
band-aid
on
things.
Do
we
have
the
ability
to
use
parts
interchangeably,
use
good
parts
interchangeably
at
different
stations
so
that
those
can
buy
us
some
time
while
we're
sinking
a
couple
hundred
thousand
dollars
again?
G
H
D
G
That
wasn't
something
that
was
on
the
horizon.
Would
it
be
worth
us
warehousing
these
things
as
we
last
meeting
manufacturers
gone,
but
there's
gotta
be
other
places
in
the
country
that
need
it.
Thank
you.
I
In
that
pump
station,
there's
four
pumps
is
that
correct?
Do
you
have
the
ability?
I
I
think
this
was
probably
caught
number
one.
D
I
H
F
D
D
E
The
pump
that
I
found
so
far
is
the
it's
a
dimming
pump
and
they've
been
out
for
a
long
time.
I
could
find
out
what
the
actual
length
of
time
they've
made
this
exact
pump
for.
I
don't
I
don't
know
it
off
top.
My
head,
deming
demons.
J
For
the
fact
that
all
the
years
I've
been
here,
fair
time
might
be
to
get
to
some
kind
of
park
from
pump
stations
they're
almost
there
obsolete,
there's,
no
replacement
stuff
or
nothing
so
we'd
buy
a
new
one.
Would
we
be
fairly
confident
in
10
years
there
will
be
part
four
or
15
years
or
whatever
yeah.
E
I
think
so
I
mean
I
go
back
to
manufacturing.
I
don't
care
at
all
to
do
the
research
and
find
out
how
long
it's
been
available,
and
I
doubt
they
have
any
plans
to
cancel
the
deming's
been
around
for
a
long
time,
they're
in
a
lot
of
water
plants
and
stuff
on
a
much
smaller
scale
pump,
but
they're
out
there
there's
a
lot
of
them
out
there.
E
G
One
more
small
question:
so
if
we
decide
to
go
forward
with
this
replacing
is
there
an
inventory
of
parts
or
pieces
that
are
under
stress
more
than
any
other,
so
it
might
be
a
good
idea
for
us
to
purchase
an
extra
x.
E
The
bearings
in
the
shaft
are
wear
tear
items,
but
this
one
looked
pretty
good.
The
problem
we
had
with
with
the
shaft
we
never
have
to
cut
it
to
get
it
apart,
because
we
couldn't
get
it
done
thread
because
it's
just
been
in
for
so
long,
but
typically
that
all
comes
out
and
if
it
wasn't
for
that,
I
could
have
used
the
probably
a
tube
over
and
and
possibly
shaft
because
it
really
didn't
have
a
whole
bunch
of
wear
on
it.
E
A
Got
one
last
thing:
if
we
do
go
with
a
new
pump,
is
there
any
type
of
warranty
or
guarantee
on.
E
E
D
All
the
years
yeah
I
I
like
the
the
pomona
pump.
If
we
can
rebuild
this
thing
and
it's
I'd
rather
go
with
it,
you'd
rather
go
and.
D
E
Yes,
I
tried
to
find
the
parts
for
another
customer
and
could
not
find
them
on
the
internet,
and
I
even
called
the
city
hall
and
got
the
business
department
see
if
they
had
a
business
license
for
pomona
and
they
didn't
have
any
records
past
five
years.
But
in
the
last
five
years
they
didn't
have
anything
for
them,
and
I
had
another
manufacturer
told
me
that
they
were
out
of
business
a
long
time
ago.
D
A
Sounds
like
a
good
place
for
an
old
pump
park
factory
down
here.
We've.
D
A
A
L
Thomas
schwab,
2701
south
sixth
street
ironton
ohio.
You
know
when
I
was
in
here
in
february,
we
were
addressing
the
rehab
houses.
Now
you
came
up
with
the
ordinance
and-
and
I
just
wondered
if
you've
all
came
up
with
any
it's
been
a
year
and
there's
a
moratorium
on
them
for
a
year.
Have
you
all
came
up
with
any
zoning
on
that?
Yet.
K
Nate
we
have
been
doing
research
as
far
as
what
other
communities
are
doing.
K
K
There's
three
there's
three
there's
three
different
options
as
far
as
we're
looking
at
addressing
that
by
coordinates
moving
forward.
L
Okay,
so
this
this
moratoriums
until
december,
I
understand
yes
and
so
nothing's
been
sent
to
the
zoning
committee
committee.
On
that
I
mean
we
have
a
zoning
committee
in
ironton.
I
understand
now
nothing's
been
sent
to
them
on
that.
Yet
no
we've
got
you
all
haven't
came
up
with
any
ideas
or
anything
you
can
send
to
them
and
say
this
is
what
we
we
would
like
to
have
done
like
I
just.
K
L
Now
in
mind,
or
the
understanding
that
the
art
and
tribune
the
old
on
tribune
building
is
going
to
be
another
rehab
center,
have
you
heard
anything
on
that
name?
No,
that's
what
I
understand
I
mean
they're
up
there
working
on
it
now
and
it
was
bought
by
somebody
that
ran
one.
K
H
K
Can
hear
I
don't
know
if
you
could
I'll
help
answer
mr
schwab's
question,
I
don't
know
if
there's
been
any
anything
it.
L
A
moratorium
on
it
for
a
year,
but
if
they
move
that
up
there,
then
that
whole
neighborhood
is
going
to
be
full
of
nothing
but
rehab
houses.
Mayor.
G
Sorry,
what's
in
these,
can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
I
mean,
if
we'll
check
it
out
as
long
as
the
moratorium's
in
place.
L
L
Right,
I
understand
that,
but
this
this
is
july
already
and
the
moratorium
runs
out
in
december
and
you
know
there's
a
several
houses
being
bought
up.
I
mean
they're
they're.
They
understand
that
now,
but
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
if
they
open
that
up
there
there's
going
to
be
a
lot,
a
lot
more,
an
influx
of
a
lot
more
people
in
ironton
and
lawrence
county
for
this,
and
that
was
the
problem
before
that's.
L
Why
you
all
came
up
with
the
ordinance,
because
the
homeless
population,
the
overdoses
and
everything
have
increased,
and
so
you
know
this
apparently
has
to
be
addressed
by
december.
That's
correct!
That
is.
A
A
L
A
Well,
we
have
to
there's:
we've
got
to
get
a
plan.
Well,
the
thing
about
it
is
that
we've
talked
and
talked
and
talked,
but
truthfully
the
state
doesn't
even
have
a
game
plan
for
this,
so
we're
kind
of
brainstorming
getting
information
from
our
solicitors.
So
we
want
to
come
up
with
something
concrete.
That's
long-lasting
that!
Actually
we
don't
want
to
throw
something
out
there
and
just
say:
here's!
Here's
something
doesn't.
A
So
we
want
to
make
sure
we're
very
thorough
when
we,
whatever
we
put
together
and
it's,
we
want
to
make
sure
it's
also
enforceable
too
okay,
so
we
I
promise
you
we're
working
on
it.
I
was
talking
to
craig
earlier
before
the
meeting.
It's
probably
still
our
number
one
number
one
concern
with
you
know:
fielding
calls
from
from
residents
is
yeah
is
the
rehab,
so
we
we
are
definitely
aware
of
it.
I.
L
Think
a
lot
of
people
in
ireland
are
concerned
about
this
because
we're
getting
such
an
influx
of
people
from
other
counties
and
even
from
kentucky
and
everything
right
and
okay.
A
L
A
L
After
that,
it's
can't
bar
the
door
again.
G
M
A
C
C
H
C
K
A
C
A
H
J
A
N
Yes,
in
section
30,
it
mentions
our
operation,
but
it
doesn't
thought
that
here
it's
planning
this
for
certain
times
of
the
year.
It
doesn't
mention
that
in
this
ordinance
is
that
still
the
case.
A
M
A
K
Nate
mayor,
can
you
are
you
on
still.
A
M
G
M
M
G
G
M
A
A
Okay,
everybody
all
right
mayor,
I'm
gonna,
hop
off
here,
we'll
join
you
back
on
the
zoom
in
here.
Thank
you.
C
A
C
C
C
P
I
did
understand
council's
pleasure
and
repairing
the
flood
pop
correct
that
was
based
on
mike's
recommendation
mike.
A
F
I'm
willing
to
sponsor
that
legislation
with
emergency
language,
because
as
again,
they
may
have
to
move
on
that
in
august.
So
if
you
can
get
that
on
the
next
agenda,
that'd
be
terrific.
M
M
I
believe
that's
correct,
but
here's
the
issue
I
texted
kathy.
As
I'm
sitting
here
as
the
director
of
elections,
we
passed
both
resolutions,
the
same
type,
one
requesting
the
auditor
to
provide
the
information,
the
next
to
put
him
on
the
battle
chris
clinton,
the
author's
office.
Here
you
have
a
problem
that
we
went
back
and
written
statute.
I
don't
see
a
problem
with
it.
I've
asked
kathy
because
that's
due
almost
the
third
so
I'd
like
to
kathy
if
she
believes
that
it
will
not.
M
You
may
need
to
send
that
application,
but
it's
actually
actually
configuration.
