B
We
ask
that
you
keep
us
working
together
to
keep
us
from
discord,
disruption
and
confusion
to
melt
us
into
a
nation
of
many
peoples
that
we
work
together
for
the
common
good.
B

A
Here,
next
on
the
agenda,
we
have
the
approval
of
minutes
from
our
regular
council
meeting
of
april
14th
2022,
our
finance
committee
meeting
of
april
14
2022,
the
joint
meeting
of
strategic
planning
and
the
industrial
and
commercial
meeting
of
april
18
2022..
Do
I
have
any
edits
conditions
and
missions.
C
A
We
have
a
motion
to
deviate
from
our
regular
council
meeting
to
the
ordinances.
D
E
A
A
Just
a
little
discussion
on
this,
I
was
contacted
by
mark
dickes
with
the
city
yesterday
regarding
this
ordinance
and
what
it
basically
does
is
we
just
give
permission?
That's
not
those
findings.
Any
funds
from
the
city
just
gives
odot
permission
to
pave
or
resurface
the
area
from
where
he
said
it
was
deep
cut
road
to.
I
believe,
141.
D
Consenting
to
the
ohio
department
of
transportation,
researching
u.s
52
within
the
corporation
limits
of
the
city
of
action
and
closing
emergency
second
reading
consenting
to
the
ohio
department
of
transportation
resurfacing,
us52
within
the
corporation
limits
of
the
city
of
ireland
and
then
declaring
an
emergency.
Their
reading
great.

G
A
Here,
where
you
can't
interrupt
the
order
of
there
will
be
a
time
for
you.
G
A
We've
got
two
council
members
that
are
virtual
and
through
the
state
of
ohio
right
now
we
can
have
this
meeting
a
hybrid
virtual
and
in
person.
So
you
you
guys
just
believe
I'm
going
to
have
to
ask
you
to
let
us
conduct
this
meeting
and
you
want
to.
You
will
have
to
continue
we'll
have
time
to
speak
here
here
shortly.
Did.
G
H
F
H
A
Moving
on
to
communications,
we
have
a
letter
from
waldo
versus
ironton,
detective
settle
that
has
done
the
big
minutes
and
we
also
have
a
worksheet
for
mr
torta.
E
E
A
Documents
will
be
reflected
in
many
minutes.
Moving
on
to
reports.
There
are
none
moving
on
to
resolutions.
There
are
none
now
on
to
audience
participation.
If
you
would
like
to
address
counsel,
please
step
to
the
podium
and
state
your
name
address
and
your
concerns.
You
will
have
five
minutes
to
do
so.
G
G
You
know
my
name,
my
name
is
jose
de
castro
and
I
live
here
in
ironton.
I
just
moved
here
yesterday
I
packed
all
my
stuff
and
I
moved
here.
I
couldn't
leave
here
looking
these
people
in
the
eyes
and
allow
them
to
continue
to
be
victimized
by
aggressive
fees.
You
guys
just
increased
the
impound
by
200.
G
200,
so
what
was
it
before
175,
so
you
increased
it
by
25
bucks
when
you
guys
are
reading
and
then
the
ironton
tribune
is
broadcasting
when
the
cars
are
for
sale
and
when
you
guys
get
the
keys,
people
can't
tell
the
truth:
yeah,
that's
not
the
truth
and
you're
shaking.
I
I
I
read,
the
iron
contributes,
I
mean,
is
it.
G
G
It's
crazy
people
are
getting
their
cars
taken.
You
you
guys
have
a
system
here.
Let
me
explain
it
to
you.
You
have
a
system
here
where,
if
you
don't
pay
a
fee,
you
lose
your
driver's
license
for
whatever
it
is
jaywalking
you
lose
your
driver's
license
and
then
once
you
lose
your
driver's
license,
you
have
to
drive
to
work
because
you
got
to
pay
your
child
support.
You
got
to
pay
for
your
kid.
So
then
you
drive
to
work.
G
You
get
pulled
over
by
the
cops,
because
all
the
cops
here
but
pam
knows
everybody
here
you
I
mean
everybody
in
town.
You
see
someone
driving
without
a
driver's
license.
You
know
they
don't
have
a
driver's
license.
So
then
you
pull
the
car
over
you
arrest
him
or
her.
You
impound
their
car.
Now
they
got
a
choice
in
jail,
either
bond
themselves
out
or
get
their
car
out
after
one
or
two
days
in
the
dungeon
you
gotta
get
out
it's
horrible.
G
G
G
G
Am
I
taking
too
much
of
your
time?
No,
are
you
sure
yeah?
Are
you
sure
I
just
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
mean
I
don't
wanna.
I
don't
wanna
mess
up
five
minutes
of
your
day,
considering
that
someone's
car
is
going
to
get
impounded
today,
you
increase
the
fee,
they
couldn't
afford
to
get
themselves
out
and
get
their
car
out.
I
mean
sorry,
sir,
how
many
cars
were
in
the
ironton
tribune
today,
sir,
how
many
cars
you
guys
advertise?
They
advertise
17
cars
auction
today,
17
cars.
G
We
have
keys
for
all,
but
two
of
them
how
come
you
don't
have
keys
for
two
of
them,
because
the
cars
were
stolen
from
people
you
see
them
from
front
of
their
houses.
You
steal
them
from
the
street
and
you
allow
it.
You
guys
are
supposed
to
be
leaders,
there's
a
community
of
people
here
who
need
you
to
lead.
This
isn't
leadership.
This
is
the
fleecing
of
the
good
people
of
ironton
ohio
and
that's.
G
What's
going
on
over
and
over
and
over
again
see
you
guys,
don't
understand
what
you're
doing
will
go
down
in
history
as
some
of
the
worst
government
leadership
in
the
history
of
time.
You
guys
can
see
what's
happening.
So
let
me
continue
down
the
current
criminal
career
of
losing
your
car.
So
you
don't
pay
your
ticket,
then
you
get
arrested.
Now
you
got
to
bond
out,
you
bum,
you
can't
get
your
car
out,
so
your
car
gets
sold.
G
Iron
contribute
puts
in
the
paper
that
it's
for
sale
and
then
people
go
and
buy
your
car
at
an
auction
price,
and
now
you
still
got
to
go
to
work.
So
you
get
in
your
car
to
go
to
work.
Pam
knows
who
everybody
is
in
town
here.
Her
cops
know
whoever's
in
town
here
then
they
pull
the
guy
over
for
driving,
but
he's
got
a
campaign
of
child
support.
So
then
he
gets
arrested
for
driving
because
he's
got
to
drive
to
work
or
he
can't
drive
to
work.
She
can't
have
a
job.
G
Then
he
can't
pay
his
child
support.
She's
got
to
go
to
jail.
That's
the
system,
you
guys
are
allowing
you're
perpetuating
you're
creating,
and
you
know
you
can
look
at
me
with
a
long
look
on
your
face.
But
the
simple
fact
of
the
matter
is:
this
has
been
exposed.
I
mean
bob
how
long
you
been
here,
how
long
you
been
in
government?
G
Is
it
funny
to
you?
Is
it
hilarious?
Is
this
funny
bob's
out
here?
Well,
I
don't
bob
cleary's
name.
Is
there?
I
don't
care,
I
don't
know
who
any
of
you
are.
I'm
gonna
find
out
who
you
all
are,
though
this
is
terrible.
You
guys
should
have
voted
that
down
and
you
guys
should
stop
in
pounding
people's
cars
and
taking
them
away.
You
guys
should
pass
ordinances.
G
G
Well
I
just
I
just
I
just
I
just
I
just
want.
I
just
want
to
be
clear
with
you
guys.
It's
see
I
mean
and
the
smug
look
on
your
face.
Just
just
makes
me
sick
dude.
We
appreciate
you,
no,
no,
I'm
not
done.
I'm
almost
done
I'll.
Take
my
last
couple
seconds
here
you
go
actually,
sir.
I
had
to
stop
because
this
gentleman
back
here
interrupt
me.
This
is
a
chance
to
redress
my
government.
This
is
a
place.
I'm
allowed
to
be
upset.
This
is
a
place.
G
I'm
really
ashamed
that
you
guys
voted
on
this
before
you
could
hear
anybody
from
the
public,
and
I
don't
know
where
the
rest
of
the
public
is,
but
if
you
guys
are
relying
if
you
guys
rely
on
this
leadership,
they're
just
going
to
continue
to
steal
from
you
continue
to
arrest,
you
put
you
in
jail.
Make
you
a.
A
E
I
was
contacted
by
some
folks
up
on
the
1600
block
on
the
south
end
of
town.
They
asked
us
if
the
nuisance
officer
could
patrol
that
area.
There
are
several
houses
that
are
in
disrepair
and
there's
a
debris
out
in
the
yard
and
a
nuisance
to
the
neighborhood
that
they
asked
the
fact
to
be
checked
upon
and
a
second
thing
to
the
mayor.
I
E
Inspecting
pots
of
money,
do
you
expect
what
we'll
be
starting
the
project
before
the
end
of
summer?
I
doubt.
I
E
I
Obviously
we
know
what
the
results
are.
It's
not
very
good,
as
everyone
knows,
but
I'll
give
you
more
information
as
I
get
it.
I
What
1600
block
what
what
street.
E
H
Yes,
we're
we've
been
aware
of
that
an
officer
and
our
enforcement
officer
both
have
been
in
that
area
we're
moving
forward
with
that.
G
G
G
G
C
G
G
A
F
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
file
make
part
of
the
minutes,
the
march
22,
financials
and
five-year
plan
that
that
john
presented
to
us
great.
I
have
a
motion.
A
By
nate
saying
my
credit
rate
for
the
minutes,
20
march
2022
financials
and
the
adjusted
modified
five-year
plan.
