Next
on
the
agenda,
we
have
the
approval
minutes
from
the
regular
council
meeting
is
September
14th
2023
and
the
finance
committee
meeting
of
September
14th
2023..
Do
we
have
any
edits
additions
or
admissions
to
those
minutes
I'm
seeing
none,
those
Menace
will
stand
as
approved
next
the
night
we
have
audience
participation.
If
you
would
like
to
dress
counsel,
please
step
to
the
podium
state,
your
name
address
and
you
will
have
five
minutes
to
address
Council.
E
Probably
Ralph
Klein
Community,
Action,
411,
Southwest
I,
just
kind
of
wanted
to
come
to
a
council
here,
there's
a
Grand
opportunity.
It
was
referred
to
us
from
Ann
Bonner.
If
you're
don't
know
who
Ann
Bonner
was
she's
an
urban
arborist
who's
been
working
with
the
city
on
tree
selections
and
things
over
here,
the
city
mainly
through,
but
anyhow,
there's
a
program,
a
program
out
there.
E
It's
called
nerve
and
inflation
reduction
act
and
things
which
you
probably
all
heard
that
makes
available
grants
from
fifteen
thousand
up
to
250
000
to
do
different
things
as
far
as
improving
your
tree
canopies
and
in
the
city
things
like
planting
new
trees,
working
with
residence
countries,
trees
and
parks,
those
type
of
things
trimming
trees,
which
you
know
we've
had
some
and
over
the
period
of
time
we've
been
trying
to
replace
trees
that
are
dying
and
inappropriate
for
the
things.
E
But
anyhow,
it's
an
opportunity
out
there,
but
one
of
the
to
receive
the
grant
is
to
have
a
an
established
tree.
Commission
and
I
talked
with
it.
I
am
on
that
and
what
you
know
would
be
involved
with
the
tree
Commission,
because
I
mean
you
hear
some
that
are
like
in
your
urban
areas
of
Dublin
and
things
like
that.
But
you
have
to
go
through
with
all
your
permits
and
things
along
those
lines.
E
E
We
would
come
put
together
that
freedom
or
whatever,
based
upon
a
sample
legislation
that
they
have
here
and
then
there
would
be
an
appointment
of
volunteers
to
work
with
it,
which
some
of
the
members
who've
been
working.
Doing
that
now
is
through
Arkham.
Boone,
probably
would
be
available
if
you
want
to
try
to
recruit
them
to
do
it.
I'm,
probably
talking
to
Sam
I,
guess
the
mayor.
Typically
under
here
you,
you
Sam,
makes
recommendation
on
appointments
and
you
all
formerly
appointed
or
active
Okay.
C
E
F
E
G
E
A
Well,
I
would
also
sponsor
that
Ralph,
but
it
seems
time
sensitive.
So
do
you.
E
Does
council
need
to
I
have
talked
to
I've
talked
to
some
individuals,
Carol
Allen,
being
one
of
them
because
she's
one
of
our
key
people,
we
have
some
people
from
The,
Garden
Club,
that's
kind
of
worked
with
it.
We've
got
some
people
that
are
going
to
a
workshop
next
week,
I
think
in
Athens.
That's
going
to
be
attending,
so
I
can
come
back
with
some
recommendations
as
to
what
people
might
be
willing
to
donate
time
and
things
to
do
that.
Craig.
E
It
didn't
I
mean
the
legislations
I've
had
here
doesn't
give
any
specific
amounts.
So
I
mean
that
would
be
something
we
can
kind
of
debate
around
and
think,
but
yeah
I'd
be.
We
would
definitely
like
to
have
some
of
those
individuals-
or
maybe
you
know
somebody
from
the
City
rec
department
or
something
like
that
too,
to
work
or
whoever
maintains
trees
and
things
here
in
the
city.
So
but
that's
I'm,
taking
General,
that's
a
yes
to
go
back
and
put
it
together
for
you
guys,
then
right.
Okay,
we'll.
A
I
Thank
you
good
evening,
Council
Amanda,
Cleary,
1742,
North,
2nd
Street
for
the
record
I'm
of
no
relation
to
councilman
Cleary
this
evening,
I'm
here
on
behalf
of
the
nonprofit
organization.
Third
and
Center
third
and
Center
has
identified
a
gap
in
programming
in
the
Ironton
Senior
Center
So.
Currently,
the
senior
center
is
located
on
the
second
floor
of
the
Park
Avenue
apartments
and
has
been
in
operations
for
several
years.
Their
primary
source
of
funding
is
through
the
generosity
of
the
Lawrence
County
Commissioners,
and
currently
those
funds
are
just
being
handled
by
the
Community
Action
organization.
I
The
senior
center
is
currently
without
a
program
coordinator
and
without
someone
designated
as
the
responsible
party
for
for
providing
their
meals,
so
third
and
Center
has
stepped
in
and
since
about
the
end
of
August,
has
established
a
meal
train
through
the
generosity
of
our
community.
The
seniors
have
been
fed
through
that
program.
I
So
with
that
contract
in
the
works
third
Center
approach,
the
Lawrence
County
Commissioners
and
asked
for
the
funds
that
are
currently
on
hold
with
the
community
action
to
be
transferred
to
Third
and
center,
and
the
County
Commissioners
have
agreed
to
make
that
transfer,
making
third
and
center
the
responsible
party
for
the
senior
center
programming
and
meal
planning.
So
with
that,
certain
Center's
intention
is
to
create
two
part-time
positions.
One
would
be
for
a
program
coordinator
to
make
sure
that
our
seniors
are
actively
engaged
in
programming
activities
and
just
general.
You
know
community
at
that
space.
I
Currently,
there
are
about
25
people
that
attend
the
Ironton
Senior
Center.
The
I
was
able
to
speak
with
the
County
Commissioners
and
ask
them
to
continue
their
monetary
donation
to
the
senior
center
and
ask
them
for
fifteen
thousand
dollars
for
the
next
fiscal
year.
They
will
meet
and
discuss
that,
but
I'm
here
this
evening
to
ask
Council
to
consider
adding
a
line
item
to
the
city's
permanent
budget
under
the
recreation
department
for
the
senior
center.
I
So
I
believe
that
it's
our
responsibility
as
members
of
our
community
to
provide
opportunities
for
our
seniors
to
participate
to
come
together
to
receive
nourishing
meals
three
times
a
week
and
again
that
will
create
two
part-time
positions
well
paid
for
residents
of
the
city
of
Ironton.
In
addition
to
the
senior
center
there's,
also
a
full-size
industrial
kitchen.
That
is
licensed
right
now
to
the
food
truck
fat
boy
Q.
So
we
are
looking
at
establishing
a
dual
license
and
turning
that
space
into
a
community
kitchen.
I
So
I'm
not
I'm,
not
sure
if
you
all
are
familiar
with
the
cottage
food
industry.
But
this
will
be
able
to
create
micro
businesses
for
people
that
do
things
like
canned
jar
jellies
to
sell
in
retail
spaces.
So
they
have
to
have
an
industrial
kitchen
to
receive
certification
to
sell
those
things
online
so
again,
another
form
of
business
opportunities
for
members
of
our
community
that
will
be
created
through
this
partnership
between
the
senior
center
third
and
center
and
the
Community
Action
organization.
I
So
I'm
here
this
evening
to
ask
that
the
council
consider
funding
the
senior
center
program
and
that
contribution,
along
with
the
county
commissioner's
contribution,
will
make
a
third
incenter
eligible
for
grant
funding
to
continue
to
provide
nourishing
meals
and
engaging
recreation
activities
for
these
seniors
in
Ironton
I'm.
Happy
to
answer
any
questions
you
all
have.
H
F
J
My
name
is
Tammy
Rousey
I
live
at
2619
South
4th
Street
I've
only
been
in
Ironton
for
almost
two
years,
but
I
live
on
4th
street,
but
over
on
Third
Street
on
September
8th,
something
very
serious
happened
and
I'm,
not
sure
I'm,
not
I,
don't
know
any
of
you.
So
I
don't
know
if
you
are
part
of
the
police
department
or
any
kind
of
safety
here
in
this
County
excuse
me,
but
that
night
Don
Wood
was
murdered.
J
So,
needless
to
say,
I
was
frantic
and
trying
to
get
to
my
house
as
fast
as
I
could
drove
right
into
my
house,
and
my
daughter
came
quickly
behind
me
and
picked
up
the
rest
of
my
grandchildren
and
pulled
away
at
any
given
moment.
At
that
time,
David
Maynard
could
have
taken
my
daughter,
my
neighbors
could
have
been
attacked,
one
who
was
elderly,
who
was
wonderful,
but
she
lives
by
herself
and
no
one
was
there.
J
J
He
was
in
the
alley
that
night
he
was
up
and
down
that
street
and
no
one
was
there
to
protect
us
because
the
guns
were
drawn
and
they
were
looking
at
this
house,
but
we
should
have
had
some
kind
of
system
where
we
were
told
stay
in
your
house.
Go
on
walk
down,
do
something.
You
know
lock
your
doors
stay
out
of
the
windows,
but
nothing
happened.
Nothing
happened
in
that
entire
area.
We
watched
it
all
happen.
J
I
feel
like
that
leads
me
into
I.
Think
we
need
some
type
of
automated
system
here
in
Ironton
that
it
can
be
beneficial.
We
can
go
through
most
people,
don't
have
social
media
that
are
elderly,
they
don't,
and
we
can't
rely
on
that
always.
But
if
we
had
text,
if
we
had
fun,
we
had
an
automatic
phone
message.
J
There
was
something
happening
in
your
neighborhood:
we
need
to
to
remain
in
your
house
with
your
doors
when
windows
locked,
we
will
let
you
know
something
different
that
should
have
happened,
so
many
things
could
have
happened
that
night.
My
daughter
drove
off.
Not
one
police
officer
stopped
her
because
they
were
trying
to
protect
or
get
David
Maynard.
J
So
we
need
to
do
something,
but
that
automatic
system
can
be
so
useful.
It
can
help
with
letting
people
know
about
the
cleanup.
That's
coming
up
letting
people
know,
we've
had
a
water
main
break
which
is
frequent
and
that
we're
going
to
have
brown
water
for
a
day
or
two
when
we're
going
to
flush
the
lines
that
automated
system
could
help.
So
much
and
that's
what
I'm
here
to
ask
for
is
for
you
all
to
look
at
it
and
consider
doing
it,
because
somebody's
Lives,
Many
Lives
could
have
been
lost.
That
night.
A
A
J
I
have
signed
up
multiple
times
and
nothing
happened.
Mayor's.
J
Miss
Harmon
who
lives
across
the
street
my
friend
right
beside
me:
Atlanta
cellulars,
none
of
these
people
we've
all
tried
this
because
I
said
well,
maybe
that's
the
automated
system
they
have,
but
we
don't
have
anything
and
I
again
this
82
year
old,
lady
across
the
street.
When
all
of
this
started
happening,
we
all
were
out
on
our
porch
to
make
sure
she
was
safe.
J
That
man
could
have
come
through
and
gunned
us
all
down,
and
we
wouldn't
have
known
any
different
so
and
it's
nothing
against
Arlington
Police
Department,
and
please
don't
take
that
as
it
is,
because
if
that
automated
system
is
in
place,
I
mean
what
you
know.
Ironton
can't
do
anything
but
to
defend
and
protect
what
is
right
there
what's
happening,
but
at
the
time
I
just
feel
like
that.
Somebody
should
have
said
get
in
your
houses.
Lock
your
doors
I
mean
it
happened
right
in
front
of
me.
L
H
I
I
hear
everything
you're
saying
it
completely.
I
agree
with,
with
all
of
your
cinema
around
Public,
Safety
and
right
now.
Our
Citywide
systems
has
two
faults.
One
is
set
up
as
opt-in,
which
it
has
to
be.
You
can't
know
who's
moving
in
and
out
of
barking
and
get
their
cell
phone
data
and
send
them
text
messages
without
them
opportunities.
So
it's
an
opt-in
system
which
is
an
ideal,
but
but
for
people
that
don't
have
social
media,
they
should
know
that
they
can
opt
in
they're,
receiving
text,
message,
orders
and
right
now.
H
H
J
the
fact
that
he
had
been
living
there,
one
half
a
block
from
me
right
in
front
of
me
and
no
one
told
me
I
should
I
feel
like
if
we
have
a
victim
Advocate.
If
somebody
is
raped
and
or
they're
a
sex
offender
they're
at
the
door,
you
know
there's
in
a
male,
you
know:
hey,
you
have
somebody
there
within
that
certain.
You
know
three
block
area
I
had
this
man
who
killed
somebody
brutally,
and
nobody
told
me
that
he
was
a
half
a
block
from
me.
J
L
L
E
L
L
L
A
Somebody
sitting
there
I
would
be
happy
to
sponsor
it
too,
but
I
I
do
know
that
our
solicitor
advocated
for
no
no
religions
correct,
no
release
so
finish.
The
sentence
appreciate
that
thank.
L
A
L
J
J
M
M
A
long
time
since
I've
been
here
hello
for
those
who
know
me,
LD,
executive,
director
of
Bridging,
the
past
historical
preservation
and
a
whole
lot
more
to
that
lady's
point,
which
is
not
my
point:
I
was
alerted
immediately
through
my
ring
doorbell
system,
which
has
nothing
to
do
with
social
media.
If
that's
interesting,
there
is
a
neighborhood
watch
and
they
come
on
your
phone
immediately
and
tell
you
to
stay
in.
They
tell
you
something's
wrong.
They
tell
you
everything.
M
F
M
It
does
it
just
comes
along
with
your
subscription
to
ring
and
I
mean
I
mean
me
and
my
son,
both
you
know
locked
and
loaded,
but
we
were
ready,
but
that's
not
it.
That's
all
why
I'm
here,
but
I
mean
yeah
yeah.
We
were
more
than
prepared
tonight,
I'm
here
about
several
things
number
one.
All
this
talk
in
the
past
about
making
Ironton
beautiful.
M
You
can't
make
something
beautiful
until
you
revive
it
and
making
it
beautiful
comes
after
it's
been
revived
and
we
need
to
start
being
known
for
something
more
than
the
historical
parade.
That's
the
oldest
parade
in
the
country,
because
that
is
old
news
and
it
is
not
doing
enough
to
attract
people
to
Ironton
the.
M
M
That's
just
another
point:
the
ghost
walk
I
have
had
so
many
ideas
and
presented
them
to
where,
if
we
did
it
to
where
all
these
people
who
studied
and
did
these
wonderful
performances,
if
that
was
one
walk
through
and
all
the
people
had
to
be
taken
on
the
walk
around
and
listened
to
all
the
people
and
we
had
water
outside
to
sell
and
bumper
stickers
I
could
have
had
10
guarantee
you
news
organizations
not
just
from
around
here
but
outside
of
here,
which
would
bring
business.
Okay,
that's
something
for
you
all
to
think
about.
M
The
other
thing
is
we
need
a
playground
and
we
don't
need
a
playground.
That's
got
swing,
sets
on
it.
We
need
to
playground
with
obstacle
courses.
We
need
a
playground
which
I've
already
looked
into
it,
where
we
can
have
counselors
available.
One
counselor
volunteer
every
day
to
be
there
not
only
as
an
advocate
for
the
children
who
are
there
to
protect
them
from
everything.
That's
not
right
in
Ironton
that
I
won't
get
into
that.
We
all
know
about.
M
But
if
the
children
have
a
question
or
hey
I,
have
this
math
problem
and
I
came
home
with
it
and
I,
don't
know
what
to
do.
Somebody
there
to
help
them
and
somebody
there
to
supervise,
but
we
need
a
playground
and
there's
plenty
of
Grants
I'm
willing
to
help
with
that
I'm
willing
to
go
with
it.
If
we
can
get
a
piece
of
land
because
we
are
losing
so
much
because
we
have
nothing
for
children,
heck
every
child
I
know
goes
to
the
Ashland
Park.
M
Well,
I'm,
not
supporting
Ashland
I,
won't
even
buy
groceries
in
Ashland
I'm
trying
to
keep
my
business
in
Ironton.
But
you
can't
do
that.
If
there's
nothing
here
in
Ireton
and
there's
nothing
for
kids,
the
water
park
is
the
only
thing,
but
that's
not
open
very
long
and
once
it
shuts
down,
there's
nothing
for
children,
and
it's
really
sad
and
at
one
time,
Briggs
offered
me
a
room.
So
we
could
give
free
lessons
musical
lessons,
voice.
M
Lessons
and
I
have
plenty
of
people
who
would
participate
in
those
teachings
to
children
but
again
covet
came
along
and
that
lost
me
to
the
last
problem.
Well,
one
of
two
things:
we
need
a
rabies
clinic
which
I
can
have
set
up
for
five
dollars
a
piece,
so
people
can
have
their
cats
and
dogs
vaccinated.
This
is
extremely
important
and
it's
a
five
dollar
program
with
a
vet
coming
in
and
you
bring
your
animal,
also
have
a
veterinarian
who
goes
to
Ashland.
Who
will
come
here
and
do
a
low-cost,
spay
and
neuter
program?
M
I
had
rescue
kittens
that
I
found
on
the
street
in
Ironton,
spayed,
neutered,
tattooed,
microchipped
and
all
their
shots
for
45
dollars
a
piece.
That's
amazing
and
a
lot
of
people
would
do
it.
A
lot
of
people
can't
afford
the
other
programs,
but
we
could
bring
that
in
and
I
think.
A
lot
of
people
in
Ironton
would
appreciate
that
and
love
it
down
to
my
last
problem.
M
M
There
is
a
sign
for
everything
and
there
is
a
sign
for
a
reason:
don't
walk
wash
your
hands
after
you
go
to
the
restroom.
Everything
signs
are
for
protection.
Signs
are
for
direction.
Signs
are
for
everything.
I
have
repetitively
asked
Ironton
grade
school.
Why
the
people
are
allowed
to
park
in
a
zone
that
says
no
parking
fire
zone.
I've
got
pictures
of
it.
M
My
reply
has
been
well.
There
is
no
fire
at
the
moment
and
they're
only
here
for
20
or
30
minutes
to
pick
up
their
children,
and
it
makes
it
convenient
so
either
take
down
the
signs
that
teach
our
children
that
you
don't
have
to
obey
the
rules.
You
don't
have
to
obey
these
rules
and
if
you
don't
have
to
obey
that
rule
that
something
as
serious
as
a
fire,
you
don't
have
to
obey
the
rule.
That
says
oh
handicapped.
M
F
A
Can
we
there's
absolutely
nothing
we
can
do
with
the
Ironton
City
school.
H
M
A
Time's
up
somebody
wants
to
respond
I'll,
let
him
respond,
but
your
time
is
up.
Another
thing
is:
is
we
just
built
a
revitalized
total
Park
on
8th,
Street
I?
Don't
know
if
you
visited
that
and
if
you
who,
who
do
you
have
in
mind,
to
volunteer
all
every
evening
to
help
kids
with
homework
and
oversee.
M
Time
their
time,
but
we
also
I,
also
have
a
couple
more
grants
because
that
playground
does
not
have
an
obstacle
course
or
a
lot
of
the
things
that
are
still
needed
to
make.
This
playground
something
extremely
special
instead
of
just
an
ordinary
playground
and
the
last
thing
that
does
direct
the
police
department.
M
If,
if
Ironton
is
going
to
hire
or
the
school,
is
going
to
hire
a
policeman
to
sit
at
the
grade
school,
when
the
kids
get
out,
I
think
he
should
get
out
of
his
car,
because
I've
been
timed
and
I've
beat
him
to
all
the
doors
by
five
and
a
half
seconds,
because
he's
sitting
in
his
car
and
I
think
his
presence
should
be
out
there
because
we
aren't,
we
don't
know
who's
safe
and
who's,
not
safe.
So
if
they're
gonna
have
a
policeman
down
there,
can
he
please
just
stand
outside
the
car
every.
M
A
A
M
Can
also
give
you
the
list
of
the
rabies
clinic
if
we
could
just
have
a
place
set
up
where
the
mobile
van
can
come
and
do
it
and
I
can
give
you
the
play.
I
can
give
you
the
information
where
we
can
contact
the
vet
where
she's
willing
to
come
in
with
the
staff.
We
just
need
a
small
area
for
her
to
work
and
she'll.
C
A
M
Okay
and
I
also
have
all
the
information
on
the
grants
to
help
the
playground
be
better,
along
with
the
municipal
building
and
I
have
a
couple
of
more
grants
that
can
be
approved
to
help
a
couple
of
other
revitalization
pro
revitalization
programs
in
the
city,
because
Ironton
really
isn't
going
anywhere.
I
mean
I'm.
Sorry,
but
I
want
to
keep
everything
here.
A
M
M
N
I
just
got
one
quick
thing:
Forum
Council,
if
you
all
had
not
received
it,
but
one
of
our
income
tax
clerks
has
retired.
She
will
tomorrow,
will
be
her
last
day.
She
surfed
the
city
well
for
around
25
years,
give
or
take
I
can't
remember,
exact,
I'm
wanting
to
say
27
years.
N
So
if
you
have
a
chance
to
call
and
wish
Patty
the
best
call,
income,
tax
and
I
wanted
to
stop
by
today,
I
got
caught
up
at
work.
I
I
understand,
I,
understand
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
we
will
be
looking
for
replacement
for
that
position
and
I
have
received
some
resumes
currently.
So
thank.
A
You
thank
you
John
and
we
we
appreciate
all
Patty's
Patty's
work
over
the
past
25
years
you
say,
26
years.
Moving
on
to
Communications
I
have
a
letter
from
mayor
cramblet,
Craig.
O
A
D
A
That
letter
has
been
accepted.
Moving
on
to
reports,
we
have
the
mayor's
budget.
I
can
find
it
right
here.
What
is
it?
Let's
do
it
in
miscellaneous,
moving
along
moving
along
the
ordinances
Marta?
Would
you
please
give
an
ordinance
2358
first
reading.
D
O
A
I'll
second,
that
I've
got
a
little
bit
of
discussion.
I,
see
the
cragar's
here
tonight
and
appreciate
you
guys
getting
that
all
that
information
and
it's
been
a
process,
but
that's
usually
what
happens
with
something
like
this.
So
I
appreciate
all
your
due
diligence
and-
and
you
know
getting
everybody
the
information
we
need
to
get
I
know
it's
not
quick,
but
you
know
it's
finally
on
the
agenda
and
appreciate
all
the
information
that
you
guys
gave
us.
So
thank
you.
A
D
O
A
D
A
A
Again,
moving
along
to
ordinance
2359,
would
you
please
get
that
first
reading.
A
D
O
F
A
A
D
O
A
And
I
make
a
motion
to
spend
the
rules
for
23
to
16
30.
Jacob
Marta.
If
you
don't
care,
I
would
like
to
be
able
to
sponsor
on
that
also
I.
A
Long
time
ago,
and
that's
all
right
communicated
sorry,
that's
all
right.
It's
all
good
have
a
motion
by
Nate
and
a
second
by
Jacob
to
suspend
the
rules
for
ordinance,
2360
roll
call.
Please.
D
A
B
A
A
B
A
D
C
My
just
for
the
sake
of
our
audience
can
we
have
John
explain
why
we're
amending
from
the
budget
discussion.
N
Which
also
Begins
the
Five-Year
Plan
now
on
Mr
Haskins,
there
are
numbers
that
are
just
kind
of
being
shuffled.
N
N
B
A
A
H
D
A
C
A
A
Jacob
I
have
some
discussion.
Also
Bob's
got
ahead
discussion.
O
A
A
little
bit
of
discussion
before
we
do
those
readings
it
says
and,
after
speaking
with
our
city,
engineer,
ing
firm.
This
keeps
on
saying
bathroom
Lane
project
bathroom
Lane
project,
but
this
is
an
entire
North
End.
You
know
from
the
floodgates
down
almost
so:
it's
not
the
bathroom
Lane,
just
Bath
Maine.
It
is
a
large
portion
of
Cedric
Meadows
Green
Valley
area,
it's
just
the
name
that
they
came
up
with
it
in.
L
A
C
If
I
may,
as
I
understand
this
project,
it
will
take
care
of
the
storm
water
flooding
problems
that
have
been
there.
Since
probably
the
1960s
they'll
get
New
Roads
and
new,
curb
sides
there'll
be
a
pump
station.
It's
going
to
just
be
a
dramatic
change
in
that
Green
Valley
Cedric
Meadows
area,
something
that's
been
needed
for
60
70
years
and
I.
Think
it's
a
terrific
thing!
That's
that's
being
done
here
since
I.
A
O
Bob
the
recommendation
like
to
make
a
motion
that
we
passed
resolution
236
and
162-63.
A
D
A
A
B
F
D
A
D
A
I,
don't
think
so
moving
along
with
resolution
2365.
Would
you
please
give
that
reading.
D
G
G
As
of
right
now,
the
Milling
seems
to
have
stopped
just
short
of
a
thousand
percent.
In
years
past,
it's
gone
to
just
a
few
feet:
Beyond
his
property.
He
claims
that
that
is
the
edge
of
our
city
minutes.
A
C
Mike
I
received
an
email
from
Patrick
McCoy
representing
the
Ironton
Council
for
the
Arts.
He
was
unable
to
be
here
this
evening,
but
wants
to
say
that
he'll
be
at
a
future
council
meeting
to
talk
about
the
Ironton
Council
for
the
Arts.
There
is
an
upcoming
concert.
C
The
Russian
Duo
from
Cleveland
will
open
the
Ironton
Council
for
the
Arts
concert
season
on
Sunday
October
3rd
at
3,
October
8th
at
3
P.M
at
Ohio,
University
Southern
mission
is
15
and
season
tickets
may
be
purchased
for
fifty
dollars
and
again
he'll
be
at
a
later
council
meeting
to
talk
about
the
Arts.
Thank.
A
C
The
irons
and
Council
for
the
Arts
yeah-
it's
a
he
just
has
in
the
re
in
the
email
here
that
the
Russian
Duo
from
Cleveland
will
open
the
Ironton
Council
for
the
Arts
concert
season.
It's.
F
F
K
Street
signs
the
new
city
street
signs
for
the
325
intersections
that
aren't
downtown
are
coming
in
as
we
speak,
there's
some
of
them
still
being
made
plus
the
ones
that
will
go
out
in
the
traffic
lights.
Downtown
that'll
be
over
the
arms.
These
aren't
coming
in
from
north
to
south
they're.
Coming
in
you
know,
based
on
how
big
the
sign
is
like
lettering,
wise
and
alphabet
order.
So
if
you
see
them
kind
of
like
one
on
a
Hepler
Street
and
then
one
on
Lorraine,
Street
and
you're
like.
Why
would
you
do
that?
K
It's
because
we're
getting
them
up
as
quick
as
we
possibly
can,
because
we
know
once
they
all
come.
It's
just
going
to
be
chaos
getting
everything
up,
but
they
are
starting
to
go
up.
They
look
really
nice
if
you
check
them
out.
It's
a
nice
new
10-foot
poles
on
any
of
those
Corners
I
just
mentioned
six
and
a
half
layers
of
good
one.
Seventh
and
half
Bush
got
one
I
know
fourth
in
the
rain
and
they're
just
putting
them
together
as
we
get
them
and
putting
them
up.
K
We
got
the
green
light
from
Eda
to
bid
the
South
Third
Street
reconstruction
project.
Finally,
Kevin
and
arcadis
are
putting
together
the
bid
documents
to
get
that
out
and
ready
to
bid
and
finally,
I
need
an
executive
session
to
discuss
personnel
and
real
estate
with
solicitors,
Council
finance
and
Brett
Thomas.
F
O
K
K
So
once
those
are
in
that's
when
we
go
back
and
read,
you
know,
build
the
entire
surface
on
the
paving,
so
asphalt
plant
typically
closes
at
the
end
of
November
opens
at
the
end
of
April,
so
I
highly
doubt:
they'll
have
water
lines
in
the
ground
by
then
to
be
able
to
come
back
and
resurface
that
area,
but
I
can
imagine
they'll
start
that
project.
Okay,.
O
H
K
Was
the
other
update
I
had
because
yeah
I
forgot
now
so
October
6th
through
8th
next
weekend?
Is
the
city-wide
yard
sale
and
the
no
permit
yard
sale
weekend
and
then
October
10th
through
14th
14th
on
Saturday
right
yeah?
Yes,
we
will
have
the
city-wide
cleanup,
we'll
have
dumpsters
at
wall
of
hands,
building
on
South
3rd
Street
for
people
to
drop
off.
