A
A
We
have
approval
minutes
from
the
regular
council
meeting
of
March
23rd
2023,
the
finance
committee
meeting
of
March
23
2023
and
the
public
utilities
committee
meeting
of
March
23
2023..
A
We
have
any
edits,
editions
or
admissions
to
those
units
on
the
same
Mountain,
but
the
management
stand
is
approved.
Next,
we
have
honest
participation.
We
do
have
the
mayor
that
wants
to
make
a
yeah
I,
don't
know
I
just
wanted
to
welcome,
introduce
and
recognize
our
newest
chief
of
police
for
the
city
of
irons.
A
A
Yes
hi,
my
name
is
Jay
cell
I'm,
with
Aspen
energy
under
47
Timber,
Oak
Court
in
Powell
Ohio,
here
before
you
tonight
as
it's
time
to
take
a
look
at
renewing
the
electric
and
natural
gas
aggregation
programs
and
we've
been
watching
the
market
looking
at
it
and
trying
to
find
the
best
opportunity,
utility
rates
have
been
and
the
power
prices
through
AEP
are
set
to
jump
from
where
they've
been
here
in
June.
A
Your
current
agreement
with
dainichi
is
up
here
at
the
end
of
May,
so
it's
we're
definitely
down
the
crunch
time
of
of
time
to
move
on,
and
it's
actually
worked
out
well
with,
where
the
Market's
moved
as
well.
We're
able
to
offer
a
fixed
price
today,
starting
in
June,
the
fixed
price,
is
6.975
cents
per
kilowatt
hour,
really
competitive
rate
AEP
set
to
move
to
11
cents
around
11
cents
here,
starting
to
shoot.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
really
significant
savings
for
folks.
A
Folks
always
have
the
right
to
opt
out
if
they
want
to
go
shop
on
their
own
as
well,
but
it's
giving
people
a
vetted
option
from
the
city.
Aspen
has
worked
with
the
city,
since
the
Inception
of
the
aggregation
programs
in
November
of
2015
is
when
the
original
vocalist
so
seems
pretty
pretty
significant
on
the
electric.
It
also
comes
with
a
50
000
Community
grant
that
you
all
can
use
for
projects
if
you
have
Community
Improvement
issues
to
to
address
it's.
E
A
Now
to
to
implement
the
gas
aggregation
program,
that's
actually
been
dormant
for
a
while,
and
we
can.
We
can
come
with
the
savings
right
now
and
Implement
that
at
61.4
cents
per
CCF
last
year,
Columbia
Gas
of
Ohio
average
85
cents.
So
it's
a
it's
a
solid
rate
again
comes
with
no
opt-out
fees,
so
anytime
anybody
wants
to
shop
on
their
own.
A
They
can,
but
it's
really
just
giving
folks
a
better
option
again
on
gas
to
re-implement
that
program
and
really
you're
trying
to
save
folks
money
in
the
wintertime
last
winter.
Last
last
year,
Columbia
Gas
peaked
at
about
10.,
so
61.4
should
perform
well
compared
to
that
again.
If
it
doesn't,
people
can
opt
out
so
again.
F
A
A
A
We're
happy
to
help
folks
who
have
questions
you
know
if
they
want
to
opt
out,
we've
helped
them
opt
out
if
they
have
questions
about
the
market,
electric
or
gas,
we're
happy
to
help
them
address
those
questions
as
well.
So
we'll
take
the
calls
as
we
get
together.
C
D
D
A
We
really
need
action
tonight
if
you
guys
would
be
able
to
to
be
able
to
I,
sent
everything
over
to
Terry
Smith
and
set
up
ordinances
and
that
stopped
to
be
sent
over
to
legal
for
review.
I,
don't
know
if
that's
been
approached
or
not,
but
on
electric
for
folks
not
to
get
sent
back
to
back
to
AEP
and
and
get
that
around
11
cents.
You
really
need
to
take
action
tonight.
A
If
we
missed
it
and
it
can't
happen
Okay,
but
folks
will
be
getting
sent
back
to
the
AEP
and
the
calls
will
increase
greatly
so
Chris
do
you
have
cards
or
collateral
or
anything?
Yes,
yes,
Okay!
So
this,
what
we're
saying
is
like
we
couldn't
do
this
next
week,
because
mayor
is
there's
nothing
on
the
agenda
tonight.
Okay,
that's
correct!
Yeah!
Do
you.
A
This
yeah
that
Senate
over
to
Terry
I'm
happy
to
send
it
to
you
all
as
well.
E
A
A
lot
of
residents
on
budgets
we've
got
a
lot
of
residents
on
hip.
We
got
a
lot
of
residents
on
you
know
everything
like
that
or
they
they're
eligible
they
already
in
I
mean
so
the
folks
that
have
budget
billing
can
participate
in
the
program.
Folks
that
are
on
pep
get
a
better
deal
that
way
so
included.
A
D
A
Little
math
but
we're
happy
to
help
with
that
process
as
well
and
say:
let's
look
at
it
and
see
if
this
makes
sense
for
you
to
jump
in,
but
folks
that
are
just
with
AEP
right
now,
they're,
looking
at
a
huge
increase,
we're
talking
about
you
know,
350
to
400
a
year
savings
for
folks
per
household
on
average.
So
it's
really
substantial
and
if
we
weren't
able
to
get
something
going
tonight,
folks
would
get
a
letter
that
sent
them
back
to
AEP.
F
A
Then
we
could,
we
could
look
at
like
a
July
start,
but
if
we
could
act
tonight,
somehow
it
would
be
seamless
there
wouldn't
be
any
any
letters.
You
know
alerting
folks
to
go
back
to
AEP.
F
A
Sit
in
the
same
Diana,
GB
and
public
supplier
would
still
continue
to
to
enroll
folks
and
keep
the
current
customers
in
the
current
rate.
So
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
way
that
you
guys
can
activate.
A
If
you
can
great,
if
not,
you
know
very
nervous
that
doesn't
conclude
until
then
yeah,
which
is
Four
Points,
so
it
will
be
at
two
percent
but
which
I
understand
it's
better
to
go
yeah,
but
is
the
necessity
because
you're
here
yeah
exactly
with
us,
there's
a
timeline
with
it:
we've
actually
kind
of
pushed
it
with
the
energy
of
the
supplier
to
be
able
to
keep
it.
So
it's
seamless
and
so
folks
that
don't
get
sent
back,
they
said,
hey
we're
gonna
have
to
have
something
done
tonight
like
we
would
need
to
sign
a
contract.
A
You
know
tomorrow
early
morning
to
be
able
to
hatch
energy
on
it.
If
folks
need
to
go
back
and
can't
do
anything
tonight,
okay,
it's
just
it's
going
to
be
a
little
bit
more
hairy
of
a
process.
Yeah
we're
gonna
have
more
calls
and
more.
You
know
it's
going
to
be
a
little
tougher,
but
we
can
do
it
from
my
understanding.
There
was
this
process
of.
A
Get
load
data
from
AEP
and
then
I
had
come
back
to
Terry
with
sample
ordinances
and
pricing
and
everything
to
be
able
to
move
tonight
to
be
able
to
have
emergency
legislation
approved
tonight.
I
think
she's
on
vacation,
so
excited
Tuesdays
yeah,
so
you
know
kind
of
is
what
it
is
on.
A
risk.
A
Constellation
new
energy
who's
been
the
provider
historically,
so
it's
two
different
companies,
so
that's
broker.
Do
you
have
any
pull
on
this?
That
can
give
you
an
answer
tonight.
A
So
if
we
don't
get
an
answer
tonight,
we
would
just
look
to
the
next
meeting
to
have
legislation
in
front
of
you.
You
know
I
think
we
might
have
the
same
start
date
on
natural
gas.
Electric
wouldn't
get
pushed
back
to
like
a
July
start.
A
So
it
really
needed
to
happen
today
and
I
felt
a
special
me
I
mean
what's
your
problem
date
today,
yeah
I
mean
it's
pretty
much
tomorrow
morning
from
what
I
from
what
I
can
tell
I
mean
I
can
get
on
the
Horner
as
soon
as
I
leave
here
and
try
and
you
know
see
if
there's
anything
we
could
do
if
we
call
it
a
special
meeting
but
I'm
pretty
sure
from
my
discussions
with
Dungey
that
we
would
be
looking
at
like
a
July
start
and
everybody
going
back.
So
no
one
else
other
than
90.
A
there.
There
are
other
suppliers
out
there,
but
they
all
work
on
the
same
timeline
and
actually
got
into
being.
The
incumbent
has
some
Advantage
with
that,
because
they're
able
to
then
know
who
the
current
enrollments
are
and
the
current
participants
and
then
feed
in
the
folks
that
are
just
with
the
utility.
So
it's.
D
A
Be
able
to
get
something
going
if
we
were
able
to
move
tonight,
but
it
doesn't
look
like
that's
a
possibility
right.
We
all
have
it
on
the
agenda
and
the
earliest
we
can
do
would
be
48
hours
Monday.
That
would
be
Monday.
F
A
If
we
can
get
six
people
there
for
immediately
I
I
understand
the
important
importance
I
I
didn't
know,
it
was
up
and
I'd
gotten
some
phone
calls
about.
You
know
people
saying
that
it
was
going
to
be
canceled
once
they
canceled,
but
I
didn't
realize
it
was
this
time
sensitive.
This
is
the
first
really
a
understood,
the
gas
electric
irrigation
other
than
when
I
got
a
phone
call
when
I
called
Mr.
B
A
Here
and
I
don't
know:
I
I
hate
it,
but
it's
not
on
there
tonight
would
either
of
those
providers
a
letter
that
you
may
be
able
to
offer
any
kind
of
a
incentive
or
rebate
for
anybody
that
does
these
stuff
Bermuda
Triangles
for
that
30
days,
you
know,
moving
forward,
I
mean
I.
Can
I
can
approach
you
with
them.
I
know,
just
from
you
know,
having
discussions
with
them.
They
were
like
hey,
you
know,
as
long
as
you've
got
you
know,
emergency
legislation
in
front
of
them
and
they
were
able
to
move
tonight.
We.
A
Can
to
try
and
get
sent
back
to
the
utility,
because
that
it's
just
a
big
customer
service
issue
at
that
point,
you
know,
are
going
to
be
paying
more
money
as
well.
It's
just
it's
rough,
so
I'll
do
everything
I
can!
But
if,
if
we're
unable
to
do
something
with
that,
we'd
be
looking
at
it
until
July
started
for
everybody
on
both
Gas
and
Electric
aggregations,
we
can
make
it
happen
if
you've
all
passed
emergency
legislation
at
the
next
meeting.
A
It
just
pushed
back
the
timeline
a
little
bit
and
you
know
and
make
things
a
little
bit
more
difficult
and
folks
pay
more
money.
President
I
mean
we
possibly
can
get
together
a
meeting
Monday.
A
A
D
E
A
The
energy
bills
for
in
so
yeah,
if.
A
On
the
one
right
now
and
give
us
an
answer,
because
I
mean,
if
they're
not
going
to
give
us
until
Monday,
then
we'll
just
kind
of
make
sure
we
can
get
it
on
the
next
agenda,
but
I
mean
if
it's
going
to
be
make
a
break.
I
would
say:
we'd
get
six
people
here,
Monday!
Okay,
if
you
can
kind
of
guarantee
that
everything
will
will
flow
smoothly.
If
we
pass.
A
Can
either
way
you
know
we'll
get
it
taken
care
of
and
you
know
get
it
worked
out
either
way.
Hopefully
we
can
avoid
that.
You
know
High
bill
for
everybody
in
June,
so.
A
I,
you
have
a
little
bit
of
discussion
on
this.
This
is
something
that
I've,
you
know
trying
to
seem
to
be
yeah,
you
know
it's
their
irrelevance
and
everything
I
got
a
bunch
of
phone
calls
from.
A
I
guess
been
trained
properly,
the
railroad
companies
probably
doing.
A
I
found
out
that
the
actual
speed
limit
through
town
was
40
miles
an
hour.
This
ordinance
would
reduce
it
to
25
miles
an
hour.
There's
two
positives.
I
think
this
would
happen
in
the
recent.
You
know.
Research
I
did
so
you
know
the
cities
that
have
were
townships
or
whatever
it
was
to
add
speed
limits
of
25
or
fewer
miles
per
hour,
going
through
their
city
limits
or
Township
limits.
A
Whatever
there
was
a
statistic
that
said,
they
had
fewer
direllians
too,
as
I
talked
to
John
Elam
a
lot
about
this
one
evening
and
we
were
discussing
the
cold,
the
coldness.
A
I,
don't
think
we
have
a
lot
of
railroad
crossings,
that's
going
to
tie
up
people
from
getting
to
and
from
20
20,
like
I
said,
along
with
that
I'll,
you
know
we
can
give
this
three
readings
to
get
more
inputs
do
away,
but
I
think
Portsmouth
has
one
because
I
got
stuck
behind
there
and
training
and
tried
to
go
all
around
their
own
City,
trying
to
avoid
it
and
able
to
stop
moving
real
slow
through
there.
So
that
might
be
someone
who's
got
it
all
right
already
and
they've
called
us
saying:
I'm
free
the.
D
A
E
A
Mean
yeah
like
one:
maybe
it's
Center,
Street
or
before
is
there
I
mean
train
from
training,
or
is
there
like
a
license
plate
for
produce?
Well,
they
have
walls
of
who's
rolling
through
the
app,
and
you
know
there's
a
lot
of
them
yeah,
just
depending
on
how
much
you
want
to
do.
Just
like
you
go
through
a
toll
booth
and
you
closer
without
paying
like
foreign.
D
I,
remember
him
standing
there
four
years
ago
it
it's
a
it's
an
automated
system
called
lidar
and
I
at
the
time
it
was
a
handheld
device
that
in
it's
it's
a
civil
penalty,
not
a
not
a
criminal
penalty
or
if
you
don't
pay
it,
but
but
I'm
sure
they
have
the
technology
to
put
a
stationary
device.
I
think
they.
But
it's
a
it's.
A
system
called
lidar,
but
Dan
actually
was
already
shopped.
A
A
A
But
if
we
need
to
include
if
we
need
to
make
an
amendment
to
this
ordinance
to
include
what
Chief
proposed
I'm
fine
with
that
too,
all
right.
D
D
E
E
A
Dude
you
just
want
to
send
a
certified
letter
of
an
ordinance
and
include
the
ordinance
in
there.
Okay
I've
got
any
other
discussion
on
this
all
right.
Moving
on
to
ordinance
23
26,
which
please
give
that
first
reading
book
authorizing
interest
in
the
mayor
to
enter
into
a
contract
with
Metropolitan
Housing,
Authority
and
declining
emergency.
A
A
A
All
right
order
is
2326
has
been
adopted.
Moving
on
to
ordinance
2328.
Would
you
please
give
that
first
freeze
creating
North
Ironton
storm
waters,
flood
pump
fund
46
and
including
an
emergency
first
reading
wow
the
funds
may
give
ordinance
2328
a
favorable
recommendation
and
I
would
like
to
suspend
the
rules
and
get
a
second
third

been

moving
along
the

Can
you
please
give

A
A
The
title
remember:
we'll:
have
a
motion
on
table
ordinance,
22,

A
A
A
I'm
sure
God
is
successful.
English

A
It's
language
pulled
from
orc
and
OAC
to
Define
recovery,
housing,
Outpatient,
Treatment.
F
A
That's
not
true
even
yeah,
but
then
Brigham
came
back
and
said
it.
D
F
A
D
A
That
declaration
well
finance
committee
give
this
critical
recommendation
I'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
pass
resolution.
23.5
Chris
I
just
want
a
quick
discussion
about
this.
Just
to
make
a
note
that
this
is
a
part
of
the
enormous
undertaking,
North
End
storm
water
system,
upgrades
Obama
section
by
Chris
to
pass
resolution
23

clearly.
A
Hi
resolution
2325
is
passed
you're
living
on
the
resolution
23-27,
which
please
give
that
reason
authorizing
the
use
of
the
employee,
dishonesty
of
people,
performance
and
Beauty
policy
for
officers,
employers
and
appointees
of
the
City
of
Lexington
Ohio
will
be
playing
in
London.
Well,
the
finance
committee
give
resolution
2327
farewell
recommendations
and
I'd
like
to
make
promotions
that
didn't
pass
resolution.
23.7
Chris.
A
A
2331
available
recommendation,
so
I
can
make
promotion
to
pass
resolution
4331
project.
Second
admission.
I've
got
a
quick
discussion
on
this
mayor
and
John.
Did
you
guys
discuss?
Did
you
guys?
Did
you
find
out
what
you
mean?
This
is
the
third
street
water
line
and
pavement
correct.
Yeah,
yes,
John
had
called
me
before
the
meeting
and
I
didn't
have
the
information
yeah
that
was
just
for
ovrdc
to
administer
the
grant.
This
Federal
grant
requires
someone
other
than
your
typical
file.
A
A
Resolution
2331
is
passing
moving
on
miscellaneous.
We
have
Mr
Perry
with
a
couple
of
things
in
this
morning
this
year.
D
That's
great
I
just
wanted
to
see
it
Mr,
so
yeah.
A
So,
yes,
and
speaking
with
with
the
supplier
with
the
energy
it
looks
like
if
they
can
legally
do
anything,
they
will
so
they
recommend
to
yes
have
a
special
meeting
on
Monday.
If
you
can
there's
21
billing
Cycles,
so
they
miss
three
days
by
delaying
it
by
instead
of
executing
and
starting
the
process
tomorrow,
instead
starting
it
on
Tuesday
with
almost
three
months
cycle
days,
so
they
could
potentially
have
those
folks
that
get
filled
on
those
days,
not
get
the
new
rate.
So
you
might
have
some
you.
A
D
A
Can
legally
do
something
with
that
which
they're
going
to
review
tomorrow?
They
will
so
I
recommend
to
do
it
on
Monday,
if
you're
able
to
right
so
their
contract
for
0.8
seconds
ago
that
that
lasted
through
coming
down
I
can
invest.
Wouldn't
it
be
based
off
when
they're
readers
read
so
like.
A
D
A
A
It's
because
it
takes
a
certain
kind
of
amount
of
days
for
them
to
notify
for
you
to
go
and
register
the
off-down
notice
for
that
following
a
month,
and
they
have
it's
getting
down
legislation
tomorrow,
contracts
tomorrow
execution
and
then
that
process
starts
because
they
have
to
delay
it
Saturday
or
Sunday
right,
really
Friday
Friday,
Saturday,
Sunday
Monday,
and
then
they
do
it
on
Tuesdays.
They
were
already
up
against
Lolly.
So
now.
A
Else
this
one
Lincoln
market,
so
there's
other
competitors
out
there-
scientists
the
lowest
right
now,
so
not
only
are
they
the
equivalent
to
provide
a
whole
different
way.
If
you
will
grow
up,
they
also
would
be
a
little
bit
so
they're
both,
but
we
have
to
do
that
right
now.
We
could
definitely
do
something
on
Monday.
A
The
18th
and
Wednesday
the
19th
4
45
regarding
the
community
aggregation
energy
aggregation
plans.
We
have
to
schedule
three
meetings,
but
but
we
intend
that
we
can
get
six
six
council
members
here.
We
depend
on
yeah.
A
17
Tuesday
18th
Wednesday,
19th,
445,
council
chambers,
special
meeting
regarding
Community
aggregation
funding.
Okay
I'll
refresh
that
day
as
well
the
market
news
every
day,
so
it
could
move
slightly
off
or
slightly
down
the
price
I'll
do
whatever
here,
I
can
to
hold
it
right
now,
yeah!
So
I
really
appreciate
you
guys
yeah.
A
I
know
they're
on
the
website
and
I
pass
out
all
my
cards.
You
guys
feel
free
to
reach
out
anytime
and
yeah
I'll
be
in
touch
with
you
directly
about
this,
as
we
move
forward
as
well
before
I.
Take
off
thank.
F
A
Good
I
do
want
to
give
a
quick
update
for
I've
spoken
with
Brent
Thomas.
Regarding.
A
To
kind
of
take
the
reins
because
a
lot
of
it
last
year,
the
first
event:
we
did
a
lot
of
the
work
you
know
in
in
threat
and
third
and
center,
but
he
threats
wanting
to
get
get.
Somebody
centralized
and
said
us
working
on
this
and
it's
the
way.
I
was
working
on
that.
If
you
want
to
get
somebody
that
kind
of
steers
steers
the
boat,
so
he
was
supposed
to
call
somebody
or
in
contact
with
this
afternoon.
A
For
that,
as
soon
as
fast
we're
open
sorry
again,.
A
A
At
our
Public
Utilities
committee
meeting
on
March
23rd,
we
were
discussing
especially
when
we've
had
a
meeting
that
we
had
in
2019
and
Michael
Pierce
wanted
me
to
delay
that
that
was
expanded
and
I
just
confirm
with
genres.
In
an
email
to
everybody.
A
Either
by
email,
thank
you,
I'm.
Sorry,
I.
A
A
A
B
E
E
A
D
C
D
A
D
A
Thank
you,
hello,
hey
Mac,
you're,
just
on
speakerphone,
we're
in
Council
and
needing
clarification
on
steps
to
take
for
ordinance
2280.
A
B
A
Compiles
certain
handles.
A
D
B
Oh
so
you
you
made
a
motion
to
take
it
off.
The
table
has
been
voted
on
and
everything
yeah
yeah.
You
know
someone
just
have
to
make
a
note
at
the
Menace
that
you.
C
B
Okay,
it
was
just
yeah
I,
just
made
a
note.
B
B
C
C
To
the
plant
commission,
fine
commission
federally
recommended
it.
I
I've
made
the
motion
Mr
Pyle's.
A
Segment
that
motion,
so
it
was
favorably
recommended
by
the
Planning
Commission.
Now
we
intend
to
put
it.
A
Special
meeting
will
also
include
third
reading
of
amended
ordinance
2280
put
up
the
vote,
so
we've
got
two
things
on
the
agenda
for
the
special
meeting
Monday.
A
It
was
referred
and
not
all
right,
Mr
Perry,
yes,.
E
Oh,
no
sorry
I
put
a
reminder
out
that
Center,
where
it
was
forums
that
were
required
by
the
state
auditor
and
I
just
was
reminding
you
to
see
if
you
always
brought.
A
Around
here,
I
need
that
I
need
something
else.
One
other
thing
before
Chris
gets
started.
I
have
exclamation
guys.
Please
remind
that.
That's
got
enough.
A
lot
sooner
than
I
always
forget
to
remind
everybody
that
they
just
got
to
get
that
in.
A
Thanks
a
lot
mayor
thanks
for
introducing
Chief
Johnson
tonight,
perfect
timing
give
a
special
recommendation.
A
special
recognition
is
what
I'm
trying
to
say
to
ipd
and
chief
Johnson.
A
Two
specific
incidents
that
happened
on
the
same
day
this
past
Monday
at
the
domestic
rocket
shelter,
there's
petitioner
looking
for
a
project
border,
that's
been
residing
with
us
for
a
short
period
of
time.
A
You
guys
will
be
shocked
to
know
that
the
domestic
violence
shelter
supposed
to
be
an
anonymous
place
to
be.
You
can
Google
it.
You
want
to
find
it
report
on
Google,
so
the
respondent
found
her
showed
up
and
was
harassing
her
at
the
front
of
the
building.
The
director
of
the
shelter
called
the
police
and
within
just
a
very
couple
of
minutes.
A
Three
officers
showed
up
took
our
report.
He
was
long
gone
I'm
sure
he
sat
around
the
corner,
waiting
for
them
to
leave
15-20
minutes
later.
I
doubles
back
as
the
Director
was
leaving
I
have
him
pull
up,
walked
into
the
office
and
heard
her
have
a
shouting
match
with
this
guy
I
checked
on
her
peace,
encouraging
her
to
come
out
and
see
how
they
can
get
out
to
the
other
right
now,
so
on
so
forth,
I
was
able
to
be
part
of
that
conversation
on
audio
recording.
A
Went
out
to
be
Allied
games
at
the
end
got
a
photo
of
the
vehicle
as
I
approached
the
vehicle
he
saw
the
time
I
took
off
the
cowboy
called
Joe
Ross
figuring
faster
than
911.
He
called
a
couple
of
officers
again.
They
were
there
in
record
time
took
another
incident
report
confirmed
from
me
on
that
second
incident,
so.
F
A
A
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
responsibility
on
to
a
couple
Economic
Development
updates.
We've
got.
We've
got
an
opportunity
to
partner
with
a
couple
of
differents.
A
A
A
A
They
are
partnering
currently
with
you
at
body
in
Huntington.
They
have
a
six-week
program
and
also
a
six-month
program
with
my
understanding.
I
felt
really
kind
of
fuzzy
on
what
the
difference,
but
for
each
of
those
programs,
the
folks
that
are
enrolled
in
the
programs
in
height
and
they
are
learning
technology
to
to
work
on
to
to
fabricate
to
prepare
fiber
optics.
F
F
A
A
They
would
have
at
least
three
or
four
instructors
that
would
be
paying
city
income
taxes,
we're
still
trying
to
determine
whether
or
not
there's,
20
or
25.
Students
in
pain
would
also
maybe
be
pain
in
form
of
the
stipendum
and
probably
not
likely,
but
if
it's
just
good
old-fashioned
taxable
revenue-
and
that
would
be
you
know-
20
or
25-
more
easy.
A
F
A
Issue
that
I
discovered
regarding
commercial
property
here
in
Ironton
got
a
business
in
Cincinnati
that
is
looking
to
possibly
create
a
call
center.
They
come
to
this
about
six
months
ago
and
fox
kind
of
died
off
and
they
reached
back
out
to
me
about
a
month
ago,
first
place
the
kingdom.
Ohio
was
the
U.S
Bank
building
it
goes,
Upper
Floor
is
being
available.
A
Commercial
of
the
commercial
Enterprise
represented
there
in
building
in
touch
with
the
folks
at
corporates
that
are
dealing
with
it
turns
out.
Ledc
is
what
each
purchased
back,
which
you
know
is
not
necessarily
a
horrible
thing
is
not
initially
but
two
cheap
concerns.
That
I've
got
is
that
none
of
this
was
mentioned
to
this
body,
not
that
it
has
to
be,
but
maybe
just
out
of
courtesy.
A
Or
not
I'm
just
trying
to
leave
this
in
a
quandary,
so
I
had
a
hour
and
a
half
conversation
with
Dr
Davis
yesterday
it
was
a
great
conversation,
both
ways
that,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I
told
him
I
speak
before
people
that
hired
me
to
do
this
job
and
I've
spoken.
Several
people
on
Council
most
were
not
aware
of
this.
This
thing
happening,
and
you
know,
there's
a
there's,
a
procession
that
goes
on
with
ledc,
that
things.
F
A
In
Ironton-
and
nobody
knows
about
it
until
it's
exciting
papers,
I
think
in
the
mayor's
defense,
Dr
Davis
maybe
put
the
mayor
in
a
bit
of
a
jackpot
by
asking
the
mayor
to
not
have
the
discussion
with
anybody.
A
A
I,
don't
know
any
entity
on
the
planet.
That
is
a
bigger
capitalist
than
a
bank
and
I.
Just
can't
imagine
that
a
bank
wouldn't
want
to
have
multiple
bits,
not
privy
to
all
of
the
specific
details
behind
it,
but
you
know
when
there's
something:
that's
sizable
literally
figuratively
happening
in
downtown
Ironton,
it's
and
and
most
or
all
of
us
are
not
aware
of
it.
A
A
Thank
God
for
the
Park
Street
apartments.
For
that
entire
walk
to
be
sitting
in.
That's
just
a
that's
a
bad
situation
when
I
when
I
drive
through
Ashland
I,
look
at
breed
of
Avenue
just
three
in
a
month
agreeing
about
with
you
from
you
know,
from
the
ATT
store
going
all
the
way
down
to
Taco
Bell.
A
A
To
figure
blame
about
anybody
in
particular,
but
I
put
one
take
my
fiduciary
responsibility
to
to
the
city
of
Irish
very
seriously
and,
as
the
chair
of
the
commercial
industrial
committee,
just
very
heavily
tied
to
be
the
economic
success
of
Ironton
and
economic
development,
it's
frustrating
to
see
that
we've
got
so
many
properties
that
are
out
of
touch
our
Outreach.
So
I
think
that
you
know,
if
you
want
to
call
it
me
or
for
industrial,
because
this
will
probably
be
better
off.
Let's
get
us
in
that
type
of
meeting
yeah.
A
Some
people
are
outside
our
community
have
have
said
that,
and
this
this
really
raped
me
the
wrong
way.
Ironton
should
accept
our
fate
and
become
the
next
Rome
Township
becoming
bedroom
community
to
action.
Rome
Township
this
month,
hi
I
said
hell:
no
I
I,
don't
I,
don't
I,
don't
like
that.
I
think.
There's
plenty
of
life
left
in
Ironton.
We've
just
got
to
re-engage
our
own
technology.
Development
apparatuses
is
Nate
and
and.
F
A
F
C
F
A
A
A
If
one
parent
is
a
stay-at-home
parent
and
the
at
work
parent
does
most
of
the
stuff
out
the
mountain
at
the
airport
parent
says,
I'm
going
to
stop
and
pick
up
some
lottery
tickets
for
us,
but
the
at
home
parent
is
out
running
errand
food.
Whatever
shouldn't
that
parent,
maybe
pick
up
a
couple:
lottery
tickets
too.
That's
the
way!
I
look
at
we've
already
got
a
great
situation
of
we've.
A
All
admitted
that
for
the
little
bit
that
we
pay
the
CEO
the
return
on
investment
perfect
sense,
but
if
we
have
the
ability
to
apply
for
our
own
grants
here
in
Iowa,
that's
part
of
our
own
economic
development,
team,
cic
or
whatever
it
is
not
just
gives
us
more
opportunities
to
be
affordable
experience.
So
the
good
news
is
small
team
of
us.
A
Last
thing,
your
flow
history
lesson:
this
is
tied

the

Community
College.
That
really
pissed
me
up.
A
In
the
history
of
our
country
there
have
been
before
I'm
sorry,
13
towns
named
Ironton
all
were
so
named
because
of
large
process
of
iron
form.
They
range
from
Ironton
to
Ironton
New
York,
Ironton,
Minnesota,
Ironton,
Missouri,
Ironton
Louisiana,
our
July
animal
watch
info
iron
from
Ohio,
however,
was
the
most
successful
because

one
time

Eight

you
know
so,
populations,
Center,
wise
and
Ironton
Ohio
is
a
special
place,
not
to
mention
we
have
a
river
of
career.
So
I
really
think
that
the
comments
were
made,
the
bedroom
community
and
put
that
in
their
bedroom
community
and
smoke.
It
just
feel,
like
we've,
got
to
figure
out
a
way
to
reinvest.

You
know,
but
whether
whether
it's
in
the
charter
that
we
are
to
legislate
and
appropriate
for
now,
I
go
back
to
my
statement.
If
Not,
Us,
Then
Who,
and
if
not
now,
we
will
because
the
bottom
line
is.
We
are
in
the
book
we're
sitting
in
the
Jason
Pennsville.
This
was
a
private
entity.
It's
now
the
city
building
City
somehow
figured
out
how
they
were
going
to
purchase
it.
