46:55 (2) Application 20-92006 – Petitioners Elizabeth Ross & Morgan Milner are requesting a Special Exception pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 3.1.5 to permit a Bed & Breakfast Inn on property zoned Residential Multifamily Low Density (RML) located at 114 Colleton Avenue SE (TPN 121-29-07-005).
