Application #19-93009 – Petitioner Enloe Residential representing Eli Britt, property owner, is requesting a Variance to allow a reduction in the rear yard setback to allow for a sunroom on property zoned Multifamily-High Density (RMH) generally located at 102 Champion Pine Ln (TPN 106-16-02-036). WITHDRAWN

Application #19-93010 – Petitioner Michael Wenzinger of GMC representing the Aiken County School District is requesting a Variance to the depth of a planting strip along East Pine Log Rd to allow for parking as part of a school renovation on property zoned Residential Single-Family (RS-10) generally located at 255 East Pine Log Rd (TPN 122-09-06-001).
