1) Consideration of the Minutes of the Joint Executive Session on
November 21, 2022, the Work Session of November 28, 2022, and the
Regular Meeting of November 28, 2022.

PRESENTATIONS:
1) Recognition of Aiken High School Lady Hornets Volleyball Team for
Winning the 2022 South Carolina High School League AAAA State
Championship.

3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property
at 404 and 408 Silver Bluff Road and Zone it General Business.
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 404 AND 408 SILVER BLUFF ROAD AND TO ZONE THE
SAME GENERAL BUSINESS (GB).
4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property
at 23 Russellwood Court and Zone it Residential Single-family (RS-15).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 23
RUSSELLWOOD COURT AND TO ZONE THE SAME
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
5) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Rezone Property
at 1905 Whiskey Road and Approve a Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY REALTY INCOME CORPORATION FROM GENERAL
BUSINESS TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL (PC) AND TO APPROVE
A CONCEPT PLAN.
