1) Consideration of the Minutes for the Work Session and Regular Meeting on February 22, 2021.

II. PRESENTATIONS:
1) Update from the Aiken County Homeless Coalition by Roxana Sirk, Chair of the Homeless Coalition.

III. OLD BUSINESS: Further Consideration of:
1) Discussion of Appointees to Various City Boards, Commissions, and Committees.
2) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance Amending the City Code to Adopt the 2022 Revised Model Business License Ordinance.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE II OF THE AIKEN CITY CODE TO ADOPT THE 2022 REVISED MODEL BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AIKEN.
3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 420 Chatham Street and Zone it Residential Single- Family ( RS-10).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY OWNED BY TRAVIS COURTNEY AND SKYLAR FOX AND LOCATED AT 420 CHATHAM STREET SE AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-10).
4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 110 Cedarwood Park and Zone it Residential Single-Family (RS-15).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AIKEN PROPERTY OWNED BY KENNETH OCHS AND LOCATED AT 127 CEDARWOOD PARK AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
5) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance Amending the FY 2020- 21 Budget for Purchase of a Compactor for the Downtown.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2020 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2021, FOR PURCHASE OF COMPACTOR FOR THE DOWNTOWN.

IV. NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the FY 2020- 21 Budget For Funding to the Aiken Municipal Development Commission
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2020 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2021, FOR FUNDING TO THE AIKEN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

V. PETITIONS AND REQUESTS:
1) Recommendations from Accommodations Tax Committee for Allocation of Funds from the 2021- 2022 Cycle.
2) Request by Cumbee Center for Permission to Place Teal Ribbons in the Downtown for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
