A) Executive Session: The purpose is to receive legal advice relating to pending, threatened, or potential claims or litigation or other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege from Design Review Board attorney(s). (Must be authorized by a motion and vote of the Board.)
B) Application CERH23-010: Applicant Jessica Campbell requests approval to add new gutters to the structure at 100 Berrie Road SW (TMP 105-15-01-011).
C) Application CERH23-013: Applicant City of Aiken requests approval to replace an existing free-standing sign with a new entryway structure and sign at 135 Dupree Pl. SW (TMP 105-16-01-010).
D) Application CERH23-014: Applicants Lawrence and Collette Ball request approval to restore the wall at 405 Colleton Ave. SE (TMP 121-09-06-001).
E) Application CERD23-001021: Applicant Patrick Wray requests approval to remove an addition to the garage at 219 York St. SE (TMP 121-29-06-002).
F) Application CERD23-001022: Applicant Rakesh Jasani requests approval to move the recessed entryway forward by four feet at 148 Laurens St. SW (TMP 105-28-06-003). [Removed due to a lack of a quorum]
G) Application CERD22-001023: Discussion of, and possible action on, status of the Certificate of Appropriateness for 106 Laurens St. SW AND 235 Richland Ave. W approving the demolition, with conditions, of Hotel Aiken and associated shops
(TMP 121-21-09-001 & 121-21-09-002).
H) Executive Session: The purpose is to receive legal advice relating to pending, threatened, or potential claims or litigation or other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege from Design Review Board attorney(s), including attorney-client privileged legal advice on the status of Hotel Aiken and related properties owned by the AMDC. (Must be authorized by a motion and vote of the Board.)
I) Possible action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
