The
plan
includes
the
construction
of
a
masonry
wall
along

college
and
Avenue
in
Sumpter
Street
property
lines,
and
the
applicant
did
work
with
the
homeowners
based
on
the
feedback
provided
by
the
board
at
last
month's
work
session
to
address
the
board's
concern.

those
are
summarized
in
your
staff
report
and
new
drawings
were
submitted
to
reflect
those
changes.

coming
down

two
additions
to
this.

and
the
new
front
porch
is
in
keeping
with
the
language
of
the
original
house,
and
the
roof
profile
is
to
accommodate
the
existing
shutters,
etc,
etc.

restore
this
section
of
the
ordinance
to
be
more
in
line
with
what
we
believe,
the
intent
of
the
authors
of
the
ordinance
and
the
council
that
enacted

been
as
well
as
to
be
consistent
with
the
state
enabling
legislation.

checklist

you

the
foundations
and
that's
5%.

they
have
those
type
of
records.

just
don't
know
that
on
a
remodeling
there's
a
standard
form,
you

to
say
this
has
been
done
or
this
hasn't
been
done
and
that's
the
reason
I
thought
I
brought
up
the
documentation
is.

someone
related

project

it's
a
homeowner
or

project
manager,

builder

have

turn
in
some
kind

receipts
or

estimate
of

how
much
work
has
been
completed

list

look
around

committee

final

look
at

work

completed

inspection.

inspections

permit

processed
one
final
sort

certification.

worked

him,
because
there
was
no
record
of
where
receipts
had
actually
been
submitted.

with
him
on
cases

it

clear.

called
some
contract,
ders
and
benders
to
verify
what
exactly
the
document
covered
and
then
I
documented
it

correspond
to
the
scope
of
work
that
you
all
had
approved.
If
you
remember
the
format
of
that
sheet,
where
they
have
to
link
photo
they'll,
do
a
description
of
work.

effective
planning
staff,

confer

Building
Inspection
staff
as

verify

completion

what

paint
and
trim
restoration,
we
don't
need
to
bring
the
building
official
and
for
that,
if
it's
something
more
complicated
than
well.

of
the
value
of
the
home
is
probably
significant
and
I'd
be
surprised
if
you
could
do
it
without
a
building
permit
goodnight,
that's
not
an
insignificant
amount
of
money,
so
I
think
there's
going
to
be
a
building
permit
and
you

but
again
the
building
inspection
department
does
not
care
about
cost,
so
they
will
not.
They
won't
have
anything
to
cost.

permits
you
do
all
that's
used
for
is
to
go
to
the
tax
assessor
to
let
them
know
the
approximate
value
of
the
work
to
use,
as
is
one
piece
of
data
in
their
new
assessment
evaluation.
They
don't
necessarily
say
that's
it.
That's
just
a
piece
of
data
for
the
tax
assessor
and,
of
course,
the
actual
permit
itself
is
based
off
of
that
value
too.
So,
most
of
times
builders
don't
overstate
value
because
they
paid
based
on
every
thousand
dollars.

say
we
need

do

concerned

planning
department
needs
to
understand
what
their
expectation
