me

proposal

historic
character

the

other
side
could
be
also
visible

historic
integrity

building

and
cherished
structure
in
the
community
and

don't
want
that
to
change

I
live
at

just
talk
to
your
point
about
an
elevator
in
the
front.
There's
two
things
that
I
want
to
mention
to
you,

we
did
a
some
surveys.
We
did
a
public,
an
opportunity,
give
us
input
clear
was
they
would
like
to
have
a
more
accessible
entrance
from
the
front,
and
so
we've
been
kicking
that
around.
But
there
was
one
thing
that
we
weren't
sure
about
I'm
glad
this
has
come
up
tonight.

We
would
have
to
really
modify
the
exterior
of
that
building
to
have
an
elevator
shaft
and
we
didn't
know
how
the
board
would
feel
about
that.
There's
two
places
we
could
we
either
on
the
south
side.
But
then
the
other
place
is
in

middle
between
the
two
buildings
and
there's
strong
interest
developing
in
doing
something
about
the
the
north
wing,
and
so
that
could
become
a
viable
part
of
the
library
and
so
between.
The
two
wings
would
be
a
natural
place
for
an
elevator.
