Information
Adjournment
A
A
And
our
we're
going
to
try
a
new
procedure
where
we
get
a
little
more
formal
and
if
y'all
don't
mind
when
you
all
want
to
ask
the
speaker
just
call
on
me
and
I'll
recognize
you
and
then
also
as
people
come
forward,
we're
going
to
have
a
three-minute
limit.
A
If
you
don't
mind
and
then
of
course,
if
we
ask
questions,
you
will
give
your
time
back.
But
the
first
thing
we
do,
as
you
all
may
know,
is
that
we
have
to
review
our
minutes.
In
this
case.
We've
got
a
regular
meeting
and
and
work
session
in
november,
and
then
we
also
have
a
special
work
session
and
that
probably
needs
to
be
a
second
motion,
since
it
was
a
different
night.
A
So
you've
got
minutes
here
for
november
2nd
the
work
session,
the
regular
meeting,
if
you
all,
could
review
those
and
then
we'll
have
a
second
motion
for
the
special
meeting
on
the
fourth.
If
y'all
don't
know,.
B
A
Okay,
thank
you
have
a
second,
second,
all
right,
all
in
favor
of
approving
minutes
and
of
the
work
session
and
regular
meeting
for
november
2nd.
Please
raise
your
right
hand.
Okay.
Now,
then
we
have
the
work
session
that
was
on
november
4.
A
Thank
you.
You
got
a
second
again
all
in
favor
of
the
minutes
for
november
4th
raise
your
right
hand.
Thank
you.
Okay!
Now
we
can,
I
think,
proceed
into
new
business
and
our
secretary
mary
tilton
will
be
reading
the
application,
a
summary
of
the
application
and
then
we'll
we'll
call
on
the
applicant,
our
applicant's
representative,
to
come
forward
to
the
center
microphone
and
state
your
name
and
your
address.
If
you
don't.
C
A
Okay,
I
believe
that
we
have
mr
marshall
here
to
represent
the
applicant.
If
you
don't
mind,
if
you
could
come
to
that
center,
microphone
and
and
now
mary,
do
you
want
to
do
you
want
to
do
a
tell
us
briefly
there,
the
the
scope,
I'll
just
let
sebastian.
E
C
The
existing
club
room
is
not
original
to
the
structure
and
so
they're
planning
to
make
some
plans
to
make
it
more
accessible
to
allow
life
safety
and
and
other
improvements
to
the
structure,
and
I
think
I'll
let
sebastian
take
over
from
here.
A
Yeah
go
ahead,
and
now
I
think
the
one
thing
that
you're
requesting
is
approval
to
remove
that
rare
porch.
That's
grade
level.
I
think
you
go
a
few
steps
down,
so
it's
not
really
an
accessible
room
from
the
main
club
and
then,
of
course,
some
new
handicap
bathrooms.
Is
that
that's
the
scope.
A
Okay
and
and
then
I
see,
you've
got
some
photos
if
you
want
to
quickly
give
us
a
a
summary,
since
most
people
are
familiar
with
the
green
boundary
club,
but
yours
is
a
you
know
kind
of.
A
I
think
it
will
be
mostly
viewed
from
the
rare.
What
you're
doing
that's
right
but-
and
you
are
at
this
point
that
that
right
there
on
the
right
is
the
is
the
current
existing
little
edition.
Porch
edition
correct
that
you
want
to
remove
correct
okay,.
E
So
if
I
may,
the
green
boundary
club,
designed
by
notable
local
architect,
willis
irvine
in
1928,
it
was
converted
to
a
club
in
the
50s
I
believe
and
served
in
that
function.
Ever
since,
as
mary
mentioned,
the
current
edition
at
the
rear
is
not
original.
I
believe
it's
a
late
20th
century
edition,
vinyl
siding,
exterior
duct
work,
a
metal
roof
insulated
windows
with
vinyl
spacer
bars
altogether.
I
think
incompatible
with
the
historic
significance
of
the
building,
not
just
aesthetically,
but
in
terms
of
the
massing
the
scale
as
well.
E
E
E
On
the
east
side
on
the
right
side
of
the
building
facing
the
croquet
fields
in
the
back,
we
are
proposing
to
remove
that
current
edition
entirely
to
build
a
new
addition
in
its
location
and
extend
approximately
eight
feet
out
past
the
current
exterior
wall
and
to
add
a
service
addition
that
would
house
accessible
facilities
to
bring
the
building
up
to
or
improve
the
the
amenities
for
accessible
for
accessibility
and
life.
Safety
as
well
here
are
some
existing
pictures.
E
If
we
could
go
forward
to
a
plan
really
quickly
just
to
go
over
programming
and
something
like
so
can
we
get
a
floor
plan?
Oh.
B
E
So
here's
thank
you
right
there
perfect,
so
here's
our
proposed
floor
plan
north,
if
I
can
orient
you,
is
to
the
left.
Whiskey
road
is
running
right
about
where
the
baseboard
is
on
the
floor.
There
that
is
west
east
is
directly
up.
You
can
see
the
the
footprint
of
the
proposed
room
at
the
rear,
we're
showing
a
bar
there's,
currently
a
bar
in
that
room.
E
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
restrooms
an
expansion,
future
expansion
of
the
kitchen
and
a
service
corridor
that
leads
to
a
vestibule
on
the
stair
at
the
rear
that
vestibule
contains
stairs
coming
down
from
the
proposed
roof.
That
acts
as
a
second
means
of
egress
from
the
second
floor
of
the
building,
that's
to
help
improve
life
safety.
E
There
are
currently
no
ada
accessible
bathrooms
in
this
building,
which
is
why
we're
proposing
that
addition
and
it
extends
along
an
existing
site
wall
that
runs
east
to
west.
One
critical
thing
to
note
at
the
corner
of
the
site
wall,
where
the
wall
returns
and
turns
north
we're
holding
the
face
of
the
building
back
from
that
corner.
So
the
historic
wall
still
reads
as
a
historic
structure,
with
the
addition
stepping
back
slightly
and
attaching
to
it
if
we
could
switch
to
the
rear
elevation,
please
the
proposed
rear.
Oh
there.
E
It
is
thank
you,
I
guess
I'll
stay
here.
So
I
have
the
microphone.
You
can
see
the
existing
rear
of
the
building,
with
the
proposed
edition
at
the
bottom,
we're
showing
four
pairs
of
doors
with
transoms,
a
wood
baluster
at
the
top
and
a
low
pitch
roof
on
the
right
hand.
Side.
We
see
the
end
of
the
service
edition
that
has
arched
openings
or
an
arched
opening
and
an
arch
to
recess.
The
language
of
those
is
drawn
from
the
existing.
E
The
appendage
on
the
north
side
of
the
building
that
currently
serves
part
of
the
kitchen
space,
that
is
a
historic
component
of
the
building
it
has
been
incorporated
and
used.
Now
as
a
kitchen,
you
can
see
the
exhaust
unit
on
top
so
we're
using
that
language
to
drive
the
aesthetic
of
that
service
edition.
It
is
a
secondary
space.
It's
a
back
of
house
space,
but
there's
no
reason
it
can't
look
good
and
the
goal
was
to
tie
these
two
additions
seamlessly
into
the
aesthetic
of
the
building
by
respecting
the
language
of
that.
E
The
the
jordan
revival,
architecture
of
the
early
19th
and
the
20th
century,
the
aesthetic
and
the
cultural
importance
of
a
significant
winter
colony
house-
and
we
did
take
into
consideration
the
secretary
of
interior
standards
for
work
on
historic
buildings.
The
additions
are
very
much
subordinate
to
the
main
building
they're
located
at
the
rear,
they're
scaled
and
proportioned
to
complement
the
existing
historic
structure
and
our
material
palette
is
also
meant
to
do
the
same.
A
You
have
good
drawings
that
I
think
are
very
helpful
for
us.
I
just
out
of
curiosity,
there
isn't
a
s.
An
emergency
exit
then
coming
across
the
roof.
Is
that
right
of
your
new
addition.
E
A
A
E
They
could,
I
suppose,
we
wouldn't
have
any
barrier
or
we
had
not
discussed,
adding.
E
That
roof
on
the
service
edition
will
be
used
for
mechanical
equipment.
It
will
have
a
three
foot,
brick
carpet
running.
D
E
Right
so
we're
going
to
use
the
same
brick
modules,
the
same
brick
bond
and
then
we're
going
to
paint
the
brick
to
match
the
color
of
the
house.
It
will
be
a
painted
brick
building
the
addition,
the
club
room
addition
in
the
center
will
be
wood
and
that
wood
will
be
painted
to
match
the
trim
of
the
house.
A
Any
other
any
other
questions
and
I
think
you've
covered
a
lot
of
bases
and
you
you
you'll,
then,
as
soon
as
you
get
an
approval
with
us,
I
guess
you'll
be
or
have
you
worked
with
the
city
building
inspections,
department
chat.
We.
E
Have
we
had
a
preliminary
meeting
with
mr
jordan
at
the
to
do
a
a
cursory
life
safety
review
and
we'll
obviously
be
continuing
that
and
submitting
for
building
with
you?
E
And,
if
I
may
add,
we
also
had
a
I've
had
been
a
correspondence
with
a
gentleman
in
the
zoning
and
the
planning
department
who
gave
the
building
or
the
the
project
preliminary
zoning
approval
as
well.
They
will
review
that
as
it
is
submitted
for
building
review
as
well,
but
it
has
gotten
their
approvals
good.
A
A
F
A
He
is
removing
part
of
the
rear
of
green
boundary
club,
and
but
he
has
some
pretty
good
reasons
for
it.
There
it's
not
original,
obviously,
and
the
idea
of
having
handicapped,
accessible
toilets,
I
think
is,
is
certainly
a
worthy
cause
nowadays.
A
A
A
Thank
you
and
then
we
have
next
item
b.
I
believe
in
new
business.
C
G
A
Okay,
you
all
see
this
house,
probably
as
you
turn
and
go
down
it's
about
the
third
house
down
is
that
third
or
fourth
house
down
on
the.
A
G
A
Yeah,
why
don't
we
do
this?
Why
don't
we
go
to
that
plant
plan
view
that
there
we
go
and
and
then
you
can,
you
can
sort
of
start
the
front
left,
maybe
is
that,
where
you're
extending
that
the
room
out
yes.
G
Currently,
there's
a
wing
there
that
we're
building
out
in
both
directions
the
front
of
the
house
and
that
right
side
is
technically
the
portions
of
the
house
that
are
visible
from
the
right
of
way.
The
bulk
of
the
work,
in
fact,
is
on
the
back
of
the
house,
which
is
not,
but
that
front
portion
that.
G
Young
family
moving
back
into
aitkin
with
children
and
really
you
know,
needs
a
larger
house.
So
what
we're
doing
is
taking
that
that
wing
on
the
left
that
mcdonald
was
just
talking
about
which
is
currently
the
kitchen
and
turning
it
into
the
master
bedroom
and
then
expanding
out
and
so
on,
and
so
forth,
new
kitchen
and
back
new
breakfast
room
and
back
all
shed
editions
on
the
back
portion
of
it
and
then
stairs
going
down
to
the
lower
level.
G
G
You
know,
I've
got
the
elevations
there,
but
there's
a
couple.
I
gave
mary
a
couple
schematics
that
that
I
think
in
this
case
right
here
this
drawing,
is
a
good
image
of
of
that
sort
of
front
portion
where
we're
adding
the
mud
room
and
then
a
little
vignette
towards
the
back
there
of
what
we're
doing,
which
is
sort
of
a
little
addition
on
that
existing
wing.
That
was
the
kitchen
that.
G
In
that
language
and
so
forth,
all
the
windows
we
also
like
to
upgrade
actually
to
a
divided
light
configuration
right
now.
A
lot
of
them
are
very
cheap.
Vinyl
they're,
not
you
know,
they're
they're.
A
G
In
fact,
a
true
divided
light,
look
so
we're
doing
that
with
the
windows
replacement,
sashes,
also,
hopefully
taking
off
the
existing
metal,
siding
and
exposing
the
original
underneath.
So
I.
G
A
Okay,
so
now
and.
G
Yes,
and
so
what
we'd
like
to
do
is,
is
you
know,
keep
the
same,
configuration
will
be
painted
the
same
color
and
so
on
and
so
forth,
but
essentially
bring
the
house
a
little
bit
back
to
what
it
was.
F
A
A
G
A
G
A
little
bit
of
a
I
don't
see
a
modern
aesthetic
put
a
subtle.
The
slat
board
wrap
around
on
that.
So.
A
A
G
A
H
E
B
H
G
G
You
know
we
don't
know
we
haven't
taken
all
of
the
siding
off
yet
but
the
clients,
the
owners,
I
think
to
really
this
is
their
forever
house,
so
they
want
to
do
it
right,
but
we
just
we
still
don't
know
what's
completely
under
there,
so
some
of
that
siding
may
be
deteriorated
and
then
on
a
case-by-case
basis.
If
we
can,
just
you
know,
deal
deal
with
the
desk
side
briefing.
A
G
G
G
G
A
A
Yeah,
I
think
we're
willing
to
be
flexible
on
on
the
replacement
material,
but
we,
I
believe
everybody
would
give
you
a
round
of
applause
for
trying
to
to
get
the
aluminum
siding
off.
For
one
thing,
it's
it
results
in
what
you
just
said.
We
don't
know
what
the
condition
is
underneath
and
hopefully
it's
okay,
but
you
don't
know
okay,
well
good!
Well,
thank
you,
jeff
any.
If
we
don't
have
other
questions
we'll
see,
if
others
want
to
speak
sure
with
regard
to
this.
H
H
That
this
project
be
approved
as
presented.
A
A
A
H
H
Are
we
sure
about
the
the
age
of
the
build
on
the
house
in
1950?
I'm
pretty
certain.
G
A
Yeah,
I
knew
the
family
that
lived
there
in
the
50s
and-
and
there
was
not
a
new
house-
then
it
was
it
had
been
there
and
you
can
tell
by
the
the
character
of
it.
Okay,
well,
we've
got
motion
and
second
and
all
in
favor
of
the
application.
Raise
your
right
hand,
okay,
great
well,
thank
you
for
bringing
it
to
us
and
for
embarking
on
this.
A
This
new
challenge,
we'll
we'll
look
forward
to
seeing
some
progress
over
there
having.
