A
Welcome
you
all
here
tonight
to
our
march
meeting
of
the
design
review
board
and
we
appreciate
your
participation
in
this
process
in
which
we
attempt
to
assist
our
property
owners
in
historic
and
in
downtown
overlay
districts
to
making
for
me
to
their
property
and
hopefully
enhancing
the
character,
the
already
existing,
a
character
that
we
have
in
our
downtown
neighborhoods
and
thank
you
again
for
participating
I.
Thank
you.
All
most
of
you
have
been
to
the
meetings
before
and
and
understand
the
way
we
generally
will
read
the
application.
A
A
B
A
C
Our
first
applicant
is
Brian
south
location
at
132,
chesterfield
street
south
project
description.
The
applicant
is
requesting
approval
for
the
construction
of
a
two
single-family
homes
for
the
property
at
132
chesterfield
street
south
materials
for
the
construction
include
a
brick
foundation,
smooth
cement
board
for
the
siding,
soffit
and
fascia
30-year
black
architectural
shingles
aluminum,
clad
with
windows,
to
expects
on
the
plans
and
with
doors,
also
included,
are
cold
samples
for
the
two
homes.
The
floor
plans
for
houses
are
identical
with
different
window
configurations.

A
Let's
see
the
other,
the
other
question
were
the
fence:
height
I,
believe
it's
presented
as
a
5-foot
privacy
fence
from
the
back.
This
was
a
perhaps
a
change
from
the
application
that
it
would
no
longer
come
down
the
other
way.
North
yeah,
the
Northside
alley
way
you
would
I,
guess
I
guess
terminate
at
the
back
of
the
unit.
Turning
and
stop
you'll
have.
D
It
in
the
rear,
now
what
we're
proposing
is
to
have
the
fence,
make
the
frontage
turn
the
side
to
the
porch.
Stop
pick
back
up
at
the
rear
courtyard
area
at
five
feet
same
shadow
lines.
I'm
thinking
through
this
I
might
want
to
go
to
six
feet
at
the
back
yeah.
If
you
didn't
have
any
I'll
be
doing
it.
We've
had
some
response
from
marking
on
that
right,
I
think
believe,
decide,
alleyway
fence,
do
it
all
plantings,
yeah
yup,
it's
six
feet,
Rep
run
and.
A
A
A
Yep,
thank
you
yeah
I'll,
just
ask
now.
If
anyone
would
like
to
speak
with
regard
to
the
application
at
132
chesterfield
to
town
houses,
we've
seen
some
of
the
pictures
of
them
up
here
all
right
now,
if
you
all
can
remember
the
particular
modifications
to
the
to
the
application.
That
would
be
helpful.
If
that
was
added
into
the
motion.
B
Give
it
a
shot
with
respect
to
application,
16
dash,
0,
0,
1
0
35,
a
move
that
we
approve
the
application,
as
submitted
with
the
following
modifications
to
it
first
thing
being
that
the
fence
along
the
north
side
by
the
drive
is
deleted.
The
fencing
in
the
front
of
the
houses
are
three-foot.
High
fences
in
the
back
can
be
up
to
six
foot
high
they'll
be
painted
Charleston
green.

A
A
C
Right,
our
next
applicant
is
Kevin
Riordan
at
217
park,
avenue
south
east
project
description
that
and
is
requesting
approval
for
a
new
roof
for
the
building
at
217
park
avenue
southeast
roofing
is
now
shingles
with
the
owner
prefers
a
brown
metal
roof.
Also,
the
applicant
wishes
to
add
800
square
feet
to
the
rear
of
the
building
material,
for
the
addition
will
match
the
existing
building,
we're
moving
one
door
on
the
east
side
of
the
building
and
one
window
on
the
south
side
of
the
building.

Operable
skylights,

they
operable
skylights?
