Meeting
of
the
city
of
Aitkin
design,
reboard,
we
appreciate
your
participation
in
this
process
and
which
our
board
attempts
to
assist
property
owners
in
making
improvements
to
property.
The
disease
are
in
the
historic
district
or
an
overlay
district,
and
if
you're,
if
you're
not
familiar
with
the
process,
we
will,
as
the
other
board
members,
are
reviewing
the
minutes
and
shortly
we'll
have
a
motion
on
the
minutes
for
last
month.
But
our
secretary
mr.
A
bland
Rheinland
will
read
these
applications
in
order,
I
think
there's
probably
just
one
tonight
and
then
after
he
reads
that
then
we'll
ask
someone
to
come
to
this
Center
lectern
and
give
your
name
and
address,
and
then,
if
you
have
anything
else,
you
want
to
add
you're
welcome
to
edit.
Are
you
if
it's
just
to
be
available
for
questions,
then
we'll
proceed
with
our
with
our
consideration
of
the
of
the
application
and
the
vote?
B
A
C
All
right,
the
one
and
only
application
this
evening
is
this-
is
under
item
three
new
business.
Under
the
historic
overlay
district
application,
CRH
17-0
35,
the
property
site
is
232
Greenville,
Street
Northwest.
The
applicant
is
proposing
an
accessory
apartment,
approximately
646
square
feet
in
the
rear
yard
of
a
it's,
an
adaptive,
reuse
of
a
single-family
residence
on
the
site
used
now
by
a
non-profit,
it's
zoned
for
office
uses.
C
So
the
primary
structure
was
built
around
1900
and
is
a
contributing
structure
to
the
overlay
district
and
the
cottage
would
be
built
there.
The
cottage
style
apartment
would
be
built
in
the
rear
yard,
generally
north
east
of
the
primary
residence
and
would
be
partially
visible
from
the
Greenville
right
away.
Primarily
as
you
look
down
the
driveway,
the
existing
driveway
of
the
primary
residence.

D
It
would
not
impact
a
budget
very
much
other
than
at
some
point.
You
know
it's
a
pretty
small
structure
to
begin
with,
it
would
just
be
whatever
the
reference
isn't
and
the
actual
dimensions
at
a
wall
versus
overhang
wouldn't
have
to
do
some
some
changing
they're
just
to
make
sure
that
the
Rep
the
dimensions
in
reference
to
each
other
look
correct.
But
you
shouldn't
be
a
problem.

A
G
I'm
Lisa
turned
all
the
executive
director
at
Mental,
Health
America
vacant
County,
so
over
nurture
home.
My
home
address
is
1056
Bradley
Mill,
Road,
Aiken
South
Carolina
I
wanted
to
share
that
mr.
Carraway
has
been
involved
with
nurture
home
for
years
and
years
he's
a
member
of
the
project
vision
team
that
comes
every
year
for
United
Way,
and
so
what
they
do
every
year
is
maintain
the
stability
and
structure
of
nurture
home.
G
But
what
we're
doing
is
we're
trying
to
make
sure
we're
cohesive
with
the
color
such
as
this
past
year,
project
vision
came
and
fixed,
our
porch
that
had
you
know,
constantly
needed
repair
the
front
porch
with
this
year
they
fixed
it
lasting
and
now
they
painted
it
for
us,
a
nice
complementary
color
of
gray.
So
on
we
love
pretty
things.
We
want
the
hot
cottage
to
look
like
the
house.
We
want
it
to
give
the
same
feel
as
the
house,
so
we
appreciate
y'all
taking
the
time
to
hear
from
us
yeah.
B
A
E
You
sighs
well
I
had
a
couple
of
concerns.
You
know
that
we
that
we
brought
up
during
the
meeting.
Oh
the
interview,
but
the
you
know,
I
think,
given
the
nature
of
the
work
you
guys
are
trying
to
do
here.
You
know
in
trying
to
help
the
community
that
I
think
a
little
bit
of
leeway
run
warranted
in
this
case.
I.
A
Think
you
can
make
a
case
that
it's
far
enough,
that
it's
not
the
main
residence
that
the
main
structure,
which
would
be
20
30
feet
from
the
street,
but
it's
it's
back
there
now.
You
do
see
the
profile
of
it
a
little
bit
more.
So
if
they're
willing
to
consider
you
know
increasing
the
scale
of
it,
I
think
that
make
it
fit
and
then
make
a
bit
better
all
right.
Now
we
had
a
motion.
Second,
we
have
some
discussion
and
all
in
favor
of
the
motion
as
amended.
