Regarding
117
carlton
avenue
southwest
the
applicants
are
requesting
approval
to
demolish
the
two
buildings
located
at
117.
Carlton
avenue,
southwest
the
house
and
apartment
are
in
a
state
of
disrepair
and
have
foundation
issues
and
structural
issues.
Brant
larlie
has
written
a
letter
concerning
the
three
buildings
and
photos
document
the
issues
discussed
if
approval
is
granted,
the
applicants
would
like
to
build
two
buildings
which
would
be
more
compatible
with
the
Wilcox
Jasmine
cottage
and
other
properties
in
the
area.

E
We're
looking
at
the
overall
design
is
that
this
is
just
for
a
demolition,
but
us
we
move
forward
with
the
design
they'll
have
to
resubmit,
but
we're
not.
We
like
the
border
to
it,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
it
will
work
with
with
our
concept
moving
forward,
and
that
was
the
reason
why
I
would
suggested
that
we
made
me
keep
it
for
now
to
see
how
it
really
integrated
with
the
overall
concept.
I
was
moving
toward
the.
E
G
Those
buildings
up,
I've
been
in
those
buildings
numerous
time
they
are
clearly
in
a
state
of
disrepair,
I'm,
not
an
expert
on
not
a
builder,
so
I
can't
you
know
vouch
for
whether
it
should
be
remodeled
ready.
You
know
my
understanding
is
that
it's
very
young
financially
feasible
to
evolve
to
rehab,
both
the
manor
house
and
college,
and
it's
my
hope
that
in
fact,
eventually
the
garage,
the
shed,
will
also
be
taken
down
and
remodel
to
some
other
function.
It's
a
nice
odd
as
it
started,
and
it
should
be
there
and.
G
I
Good
evening
my
name
is
Rhonda
Lang
and
I
live
directly
behind
the
property
at
Sun
college
at
a
venir,
that's
in
question
and
I
run
the
property
length.
The
entire
property
length
of
their
south
side
of
dialysis
property
I
have
the
problem
of
over
looking
at
property.
Every
morning,
all
my
North
windows
phase
that
property
and
it's
been
in
a
state
of
utter
dilapidation
for
a
very
very
long
time.
It
is
very
unsightly
and
I
really
believe
that
it
does
need
to
come
down.
I
The
only
question
I
have
is
the
same
when
you
did
about
the
barn
remaining
I
believe
this
in
the
worst
state,
even
perhaps
worse
than
houses,
because
it's
not
ever
been
maintained
to
any
and
inform
so
I
would
also
like
to
see
that
taken
down
in
the
future.
Whatever
the
future
plans
are,
although
I
understand
could
be
useful
during
the
rebuilding
process
and
demolition
process
by
Francois,
I
would
like
to
see
the
same
footprint
or
pretty
much,
and
something
about
it
hold
on
that
property
would
be
an
asset
rather
than
detriment
to
the
neighborhood.
Thank.

Then
I
understand
the
worry
about
it
as
well.
I
think
as
a
as
a
project
moving
forward,
the
actual
footprint
of
it
could
be
useful
in
the
design
that
we
have
I'm
moving
forward.
Speaking
to
our
neighbors
behind
a
totally
understand
it
where
it's
coming
from,
but
in
at
the
end
result
is
the
part
of
snot
going
to
remain
its
in
its
current
state,
but
it
would
help
in
the
design
as
we're
moving
forward
from
an
architectural
standpoint
and
in
working
with
with
jeff
burton
on
it.
E
A
L
Me
that,
were
not
architects
and
our
architect
has
said
to
us.
He
has
a
plan
with
the
first
two.
But
the
third
is
not
challenging
him
at
this
moment
and
if
he
were
here
right
now,
I'd
defer
to
him.
Well,
I,
don't
know
if
he
thinks
it's
cute
and
he's
going
to
change
the
outside
of
it
or
what
he's
going
to
do.
But
today,
I,
don't
know
exactly
what
he's
planning
to
do
with
it,
but.

Brandon

for
the
location
is
a
fantasy
at
four
thirty.
Three
new
berry
street
southwest
the
applicant
is
requesting
approval
to
construct
a
walking
path
on
the
Aiken
County
Historical
Museum
property
at
full,
4433
newbury
street
southwest
the
path
will
be
mulched
or
wood
chips
and
run
from
the
main
drive
to
the
school
house
on
the
property
as
displayed
in
Exhibit
B.
The
purpose
of
the
path
is
to
provide
an
alternative
to
the
current
practice
of
having
school
groups
outside
the
museum's
wall.

Just
extra
information
there
was
the
map
and
where
they're
currently
walking
the
children
arm,
and
here
was
a
illustration
of
the
trail
where
it
starts,
and
this
small
patch
of
abit
say
is
right.
There,
it
runs
through
and
the
end
of
it
comes
out
right
there
in
the
driveway,
and
this
was
a
representation
of
the
kind
of
trail
that
we'd
be
using
with
the
mulch,
and
this
was
some
information
on
what
I
researched.
How
to
like
her
mazzaglia's
properly
make
sure
is
that
right
and
if
we
were
decided,
we
need
steps.
H
Ma'am
me
and
some
fellow
Scouts
very.
M
My
name
is
Mary
wide
I'm,
the
assistant
director
in
the
educator
there
at
the
banksia
and
I'm,
actually
the
one
who
requested
that
Brandon
take
on
this
project,
because
it's
something
we've
been
needing
for
a
long
time
and
it's
just
something
that
we
don't
have
any
facilities
to
do
ourselves.
But
I
think
it
would
be
a
great
asset
to
bringing
groups
into
the
city
area
and
allowing
them
to
walk,
not
just
the
school
groups,
but
also
that
was
just
walking
the
grounds.
N
Just
aware
of
what
exactly
is
he
has
so
we
believe
that
the
slope
of
the
hill
is
such
that
there
is
no
problem
with
erosion.
Right
now,
I
mean
it's
just
basically
just
five
strong
liens
and
we
believe
that
it's
the
slope
is
such
that
will
give
will
not
require
steps,
but
it
was
brought
to
our
attention
that
if
it
did
require
steps,
there
was
a
recommendation
that
they
meet
timber,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
this
was
not
in
your
original
package.
So.
E
N
N
Sir,
there
there
will
be
either
four
by
four
or
six
by
six
and
the
sections
that
they're
most
of
the
areas
are,
in
the
325
degree
slope,
but
there
are
about
five
sections
that
are
five
feet
long,
their
approach,
10
degrees
in
slope.
The
percent
grade
is
more
like
17
and
US
forest
service
when
they
do
hiking
trails.
That
generally
don't
require
steps
into
a
contract
for
centering.
That's
why,
after
walking
it
in
just
looking
at
it,
we
don't
believe
it
go,
and
the
numbers
show
that
it
doesn't.
It
doesn't
approach.
N
Twenty-Five
percent
is
more
than
seventeen
percent
foot,
but
if
it
were
since
we're
here
and
did
report
was
a
needle
to
it
and
we
would
like
to
include
you
know
the
possibility
of
timber
steps.
Now
when
we
say
this,
we
mean
basically
a
five
or
six
foot
section.
You
know,
because
you
can
have
some
trails
that
have
a
a
slight
grade
and
they're
50
on
and
then
you
come
to
town
to
steep
grade
and
you
need
a
couple
of
steps
and
that's
what
would
be
talking
about.
A
N
N
N
Okay,
so,
basically,
you
know
they're,
just
landscaping
fabric
is
a
it's
moving
away.
Existing
you
know
material
is
voluntary
and
ground-based
removing
that
back
to
get
to
the
existing
grade
and
then
playing
in
the
average
of
about
four
inches
of
mulch
for
a
three
foot
trail,
which
shows
there
about
four
foot
wide
because
it
hasn't
kind
of
natural
aging
instead
of
metal,
edging
or
plastic
edging.
It's
just
kind
of
natural.
