A
In
the
meantime,
we
will
welcome
you
to
our
June
meeting
of
design
view
board.
We
just
completed
a
brief
work
session
and
went
over
some
of
the
tonight's
agenda.
We
also
want
to
thank
you
for
participating
in
this
process
and
where
your
Design
Review
Board,
assists
property
owners
and
making
improvements
to
their
property
and
overlay
districts
and
historic
districts.

Normally
I
would
have
a
problem
with
going
from
an
808
or
some
unusual
design,
yeah
and
not
having
a
you
know,
true,
divided
like
window,
but
this
is
a
non-conforming
house
and
I.
Just
don't
see
a
problem
with
it
in
this
case,
I
think
it's
different
than
a
lot
of
our
applications.
We
normally
see
yeah
I.
A
Believe,
that's
that's
the
case.
It's
a
1950s
ranch
house
and
the
windows
do
need
to
be
improved
one
way
or
the
other,
so
I
think
the
muttons
are
sort
of
a
you
know
secondary
issue.
Okay,
we
have
a
comment
now,
a
motion.
Second,
all
in
favor
of
the
application
submitted
raise
your
right
hand.
Okay,
it's
supposed
okay,.

A
A
H
Don't
really
have
a
good
survey
because
there's
old
fence
posts
on
the
other
side
of
my
wood
fence,
I
don't
want
to
keep
saying
the
Kombi
center,
but
I
don't
know
Hamptons
last
name
to
that
house.
There's
some
old
fence
posts
back
there.
That
I
think
is
actually
the
property
line
and
it's
almost
two
feet
beyond
my
wooden
fence.
Right.
A

F

A
A
A
A
G
That's
the
thing
from
a
design
point
of
view.
You
know:
I
questioned
you
earlier
about
the
16-foot
depth.
You
know.
That's
basically
gonna
limit
you
to
a
small
car
type.
You
know
if,
if
anybody
ever
decides,
they
want
to
drive
like
a
suburban
or
a
larger
vehicle.
It's
gonna
be
hanging
out
of
that.
So
before
you
build,
you
may
want
to
yeah.
A
A
H
A
A
Right
that
you
would
see
okay
and
a
cupola,
yes,
okay,
thank
you
any
now,
we'll
ask
if
others
want
to
speak
with
regard
to
this
particular
new
carport
I,
don't
see
anyone
here.
So
would
someone
like
to
make
a
motion
and
and
just
mention
the
arches
at
the
entrance
side
and
and
the
fact
that
she'll
be
submitting
a
measured
site
plan.
J

C
Issue
or
company
certificate,
but
it
I,
don't
know
the
language
off.
The
top
of
my
head
said
you
might
want
to
just
add
it
to
be
safe.

Property
in
question
is
the
joy
cottage
stable,
which
is
considered
to
be
a
landmark
property
in
the
historic
overlay
district.
It's
listed
on
the
National
Historic
Register
was
constructed
in
approximately
1897,
and
the
applicant
is
requesting
permission
to
install
solar
flat
solar
panels
on
sections
two
sections
of
the
roof.

Hodges,
did
you
do
any
other
energy
savings
measures
around
the
house
start
planning
any
other?
Yes,.
A
And
I
could
ask
you
the
real,
difficult
question
you
probably
didn't
know.
We
were
gonna,
be
asking
all
these
questions,
but
out
of
curiosity
as
much
as
anything
do
you
know
if
the
house
is
is
well
insulated
or
insulated?
I
know
it
was
a
stable,
so
it
had
probably
had
more
thorough
renovations
than
if
it
did
the
Joel
cottage.
In
a
way.
Oh.

A
Sorry
and
more
efficient,
and
you
got
these
large
houses-
you
need
to
you
know,
come
up
with
ways
to
to
improve
the
you
know
the
efficiency
in
the
cost
of
operating
it
any
other.
Okay.
Now
we
can
vote
all
in
favor
of
the
application
for
the
solar
panels.
Raise
your
right
hand.
Okay,
we've
got
one
two
three.
Okay,
all
opposed:
okay,
not.
I
A
I
C
Two
quick
updates
from
staff
save
the
date
for
September
17th
at
3:30
p.m.
that's,
a
Tuesday
we'll
have
one
and
a
half
hours.
So
that's
half
of
your
continuing
education
requirement,
training
session
on
parliamentary
procedure,
and
you
will
have
a
new
fresh
crisp
copy
of
the
old
a
can
design
guidelines
that
incorporates
all
of
the
word
for
three
or
four
additions
over
the
last
few
years.
So
you
won't
have
loose
pages
and
we're
gonna
move
to
a
binder
style
so
that
if
there
are
additional
additions,
you
can
insert
them.
