Welcome your folks here and appreciate your participation and we appreciate the Public Safety presence that right we don't expect anything controversial tonight.

We have one item and we're waiting for the applicant and if they don't get here pretty soon, we may have to continue it to the next month, but in the meantime we could go ahead and review our minutes.
