motion
that
we
approve

possible
conditions
listed,
but
also
some
clarification
on
a
few
items
that
we
discussed
in
our
work
session
to
include
the
signage
and
the
location
of
the
signage
and
the
height
of
such
signage
and
the
dumpster
location
and
then
the
actual
plot
location.
This
would
be
three
possible
conditions
and
then
an
additional
one
would
be
the
cueing
of
the
traffic.
