like

partner

brewing
business
under
our
belt,
it's
one
of
our
growth
opportunities
to
bring
food
service
inside
and
capitalize
off

that

evaluate

will
need

add-on,

maybe
we
could
fit
it

on
how

proposed

my
concern
is:
there
is
some
flooding
in
the
area
and
I
was
wondering
how
much
excavation
or
how
much
trees,
how

trees

cut
down

make
room
for
the
property

proposed
business
and
also
how
much
parking
lot
space
will
be
added.
I
mean
things
seem
to
be
simple
sometimes,
but
in
the
end
it
becomes
more
complex
because
of
issues
that
occur
during
the
constructions.

get

down

neighbors

hit

properties

develop

we
look
at
the
size
and
types
of
trees
for

landscape

city

determine
a
good
spacing
of
tree
replacement.

know
a
little
more
detail
in

favor

the
conditions
that

outlined

how
I'm
not
really
a
big
fan
of
having
all
these
garages
on
the

the
front
side
norm,

really
want
to
see
a
straight
line:

and
facade
waiver.

known

the

has
extended
water
lines
out

rendered
services
off
of
the
main
going
from
the
shaw
creek
water
plant
out
to
the
industrial
park,
and
so
we
know
that
there
is

supply

water

side

us-1,
and
so
the
request
is
to
utilize
the
water.
For
this
eight
lots
originally
was
nine,
but,
as
you
can
see,
the
first
lot
on
the
left
was
sold
off
while
the
concept
work
was
going
on
and
they
do
have
city
water
service.

point
out
that
there
has
been
a
slight
change
in
the
layout
plan.
The
cul-de-sac
that
you
see
bordering
on
the
end
of
the
property
has
actually
been
shortened
up
and
those
lots
are
closed
around
so
that
there
is
no
further
access
through
through
that
area.
That
is
an
existing
old
mine
access
road.

like
the
cul-de-sac
up
against
the
the
end
of
the
property
for
in
in
the
condition
of
access
had
not
been
worked
out
totally
at
that
time.

will
come
back

we
have
some
contingencies

we
are
working
on
there
and

we
will
address
any
contingencies

conditions

approved
a
little

differences
between

city
regulations

county

mean,
to
be
frank:
these
people
aren't
in
the
city
they're
not
represented
by
the
city.
You
know
they
don't
get
a
vote,
you
know,
so
I
would
just
in
the
future.
Maybe
if
you
can,
you
know,
write
something
up
or
point
me
in
the
right
direction.

look
myself
to
see
the
differences
between
signage

the
city
and
the
county
and
the
differences
between
the
tree
preservation
between
the
city
and

county.
So
when
we
impose
our
own
city
rules
on
people
who
don't
live
in
the
cities,
I
can
at
least
have
an
understanding
of
what
those
differences
are.

require
much

to
look
into

and

that
