planning.

building
650

700
square
foot,
tiny
homes
in
that
area
over
there,
which
is
there

hasn't

nothing
built

the
wild.
So
we're
planning
on
starting
out
with
four
holes
over
there,
and
if
we
can
build
more,
we
will
but
we're
gonna
start
out
with
four
whenever
y'all
decide.
If
I
can
have
the
property
to
do
it
with
the
rezoning,
but
we're
ready
to
start
anytime
that
we
could
get
dissolved.

just
briefly,
the
request
is
to
rezone
this
property
to
a
single
family,
residential
district,
the
existing
resid,
sorry,
the
existing
industrial
structure
would
be
torn
down.
A
lot
would
be
subdivided
and
two
homes
of
historic
value
would
be
relocated
onto
the
site.
The
the
rest
of
the
block
was
subdivided
and
rezoned
to
an
rs-10
concept
several
years
ago,
back
in
the
late
2007
range.
I
believe
this
would
be
kind
of
an
extension
of
that
similar
concept,
but
instead
of
new
build,
you
would
have
homes
relocated
to
the
site.

property
owner
would
like
to
request
that
there
be
a
condition
of
approval
added
that
essentially,
if
this,
if,
if
the
property
were
not
to
be
closed
on
for
this
concept,
that
it
would
maintain
its
current
zoning
district
of
light
industrial,
so
it
would
take
the
sailor
transfer
property
within
120
days
to
to
make
the
zoning
to
go
into
effect.

Our
project
calls
for
us
to
move
to
homes
that
were
going
to
be
demolished.

in
the
city,
they're
historic-
and
this
is
the
best
location
we
could
find
that
would
accommodate
those
two
houses.

refer

the

structures
being
relocated
as
abandoned.
They
they
are
currently
unoccupied.
Abandoned
is
probably
not
the
correct
term

that,

unoccupied,
so
they
would
be
relocating
those
structures
to
the
site.
