It mentions stormwater concerns and the stormwater sorry their existing stormwater facility, as it was relate to the Centennial south Centennial expansion project, which would ultimately connect to the powder house connector, which would alleviate traffic on whiskey Road as part of our program. To do that.

The upon legal consultation with our legal counsel, we've not included in here a request or a recommended condition of approval for dedication at this time of that pond. But we are pursuing an MoU or development agreement with the applicant at the same time to make sure that we have that facility, which is crucial in connecting and extending south Centennial Avenue. So we are working on that. We don't anticipate an increase in storm water from this development they're, essentially replacing impervious surface with impervious surface I've, had a discussion with McDonald law who represents.

It represents the applicant on this between our meetings and he confirmed that there would likely be a reduction in impervious surface and maybe an increase in there would likely be an increase in open space or green space associated with dress. Okay,.

And again, to recap from our work session for those that may not have seen that this is the same concept plan that was considered by Planning Commission previously, when the open space calculation was enumerated by the applicant, they asked for a waiver to be considered for a minimum of 15 percent open spaces. Twenty-Five percent open space based on their concept plan. They feel fairly likely that it would come in higher than that, probably closer to the 20 percent range right now the site is about 11 percent.

Let me just throw throw out which we have also which we've talked about a little bit, although we, we are slightly waiving the green space requirement here. This is an existing piece of property, a mall which is already built.

It is not a piece of property which is open and easily managed, so I think we're not we're not setting a precedent here where we would automatically remove or lower the green space requirement, because this is an unusual circumstance enough and unlikely to occur if its way, again so haven't said that any other discussion all right, all in favor, raise your right hand, Charles.
