is
our
scheduled,
regular
meeting
a
few
things
before
we
jump
into
the
items
that
are
presented
in
front
of
us.
There
are
guidelines
for
the
city
of
aitkin
planning
mission.
Meeting
meetings
are
public
forums
in
which
many
opinions
are
expressed,
and
the
business
of
the
city
must
be
conducted
as
such.
Disciplined
honorable
and
professional
decorum
is
paramount.

and
respectful
communication
is
required
during
public
hearings.
All
questions
and
statements
from
the
public
shall
be
directed
to
the
chair.
If
you
wish

speak,

order

allow
an
opportunity

wishes

Commission
speakers
should
limit

comments

Our
proposal
is
to
do
the
rezoning,
but
this
is
part
of
demolishing
the
existing
golden
corral
building
on
site,
which
is
about
9
300
square
feet
and
building
back
a
7,
800
square
foot,
olive
garden,
restaurant
increasing
the
amount
of
open
space
at
the
project
and
keeping
basically
117
parking
spaces.

first
step

get

annotation
and
redoing
process,

we
suspect,

the
topography
on
the
site
that
we're
gonna
have

bring

fill
once
we
scrape
the
existing
structures
and
start
grading
the
site,
we're
going
to
have
a
geotech
analysis.

city

seeing

be
done
as
it
relates
to
the
development
of
the

rush
them.

development,

hurry
up
and
hit
the

assure

that
what
we're
putting
out
there
it's
gonna,

nothing
but
increase

value
for

mother

father

that
area.

be

walked
the
site,

I
wasn't
didn't
have
my
eyes
on
trees
at
the
time,
but
is
there
some
flexibility
with
working
with
us
during
I'm,
anticipating
some

dirt
moving
out
there
to
where
you
know,
a
lot
of
the
trees
will
have
to
be
removed
and
filled
around.

do
is
look
at

areas
that
we
feel
like
that
you
can
conserve
and
try
to
you

save
as
much
as
you
can
there
and
then
and
then,
as
far
as
actually
doing
the
tree
survey,
so
you're
not
trying

do
an
entire
site,
knowing
full
well
you're,
going
to
have
to
take
half
of
it
down
just
for
your
roadways
and
things
of
that
nature.
