the
city
of
planning

commission
meeting
to
order.

right
into
our
items
on
the
agenda
number
one
approval
minutes
of
the
october
12th
2021
work
session
and
regular
meeting
and
have
a
motion
motion

discussion
all
in

Jack
has
had
some
issues
in
his
health,
and
that
is
more
important
than
his
chairman
of
the
planning
commission.
So
I'd
ask
that
everyone
keep
him
and
his
wife
and
your
thoughts
and
prayers
as
he
deals
with
the
health
and
issues
that
he's
been
dealt
with
so
again,
as
the
vice
chair
of
the
planning
commission.
I've
obviously
filled
in
this
evening,
but
with
that
I
would
like
to
bring
into
a
discussion
and
a
potential
motion
as
a
interim
chair
replacement,
as
you
guys
may
have.

we
spoke
of
in
the
work
session,
there
are
some
commitments
that
I
have
moving
into
2022
that
are
going
to
be
a
somewhat
of
a
time
factor
and
with
that
graciously
ryan
reynolds
has
been
offered
his
services
to
to
the
commission.
So
he
has
made
me
aware
of
his
role
in
intent
to
become
the
interim
chair
of
the
planning
commission,
as
we
will
also
have
to
vote
in
2022
in
january
for
new
officers
for
the
commission.
So
with
that,
I
would
like
to
bring
any
other
discussion
to
the
table.

I'd
like
to
move
that,
we
nominate
ryan
reynolds
for
the
position
of
interim
chair
to
fill
out
the
remainder
of
jack
hunter's
term.

will

that
potentially

meeting,

an
amendment
to
the
land,
development
regulation,
regulations
and
obviously
we'll
go
ahead
and
move
right
in
to
call
mr
thomas
paired
up.
Who
is
the
city
banking
engineer,
give
us
a
little
more
background
on
this
amendment
to
the
land
development
regulations.

under

6.5
an
amendment
for
that
section
and
a
change
to
six,
not
6.5
3.22,
which
would
update
the
final
plot
requirement
just
striking
through.

those
are
the
two
changes
to
the
ldr
that
we'd
like
to
make.
