A
B
Chairman
I've
had
opportunity
to
review
these.
It's
the
March
14th
2017
work
session
in
regular
meeting
minutes
and
identified
in
the
very
beginning,
and
we,
as
we
talk
to
our
open
session
a
few
minutes
ago.
The
member
present
to
the
member
absent
represented
by
season
2
pool
as
a
corrected
minute
admitted
all.
A
A
An
application
17-2
0,
0
0
5
for
annexation,
parcel
number
120,
12,
0,
5,
0
5,
the
applicant
is
antonio
Denzel
Washington's
and
the
location
is
853.
Osmond
Drive.
Is
there
someone
here
who
would
like
to
see
mr.
Washington
I
presume
mr.
Washington,
would
you
like
to
step
forward,
and
obviously
we
have
your
name
and
address?
Is
there
anything
that
you
would
like
us
to
to
know
about
your
application?
That
may
not
be
here.
C
Well,
really
I
I
would
like
to
be.
You
know
informed
a
little
better
because
I
really
out
when
I,
when
I
moved
in
the
house,
I
just
wanted
to
get
the
water
turned
on
and
my
request
was
rejected,
saying
I
need
to
be
at
neck
skin.
You
know
I
really
want
you
know
if
I
could
get
a
better
understanding
of
why
that
has
to
happen.
I
know
they
told
me
you
know,
because
what
only
explanation
I
got
was
because
our
property
was
adjacent
to
the
city.
So
you
know
I
was
I.
D
D
So
the
City
Council
amended
their
annexation
policy
regarding
water
and
sewer
service
for
properties
outside
the
city
limits
that
was
done
in
September
2016.
So
it's
fairly
recent
and
we're
still
working
with
the
real
estate
agents
and
trying
to
get
as
an
actual
item
on
the
MLS
and
things
like
that
to
get
the
disclosures
out
earlier.
The
policy
says
that
if
you
are
adjacent
to
the
city,
the
pregnant,
the
property
changes
ownership
and
that
ownership
is
in
between
spouses
specifically
then
to
be.
D
D
Conversely,
if
the
property
is
is
not
adjacent
so
further
out
into
the
county,
those
properties
are
being
required
to
enter
into
an
annexation
agreement
with
the
city
saying
that
at
the
time,
if
and
when
that
property
does
become
contiguous
to
the
city
limits
that
a
petition
for
annexation
will
be
filed
like
your
sir,
so
that
that's
the
the
kind
of
the
short
version
of
that
policy.
Okay
and.
C
B
Police
and
fire
service
and
the
fire
service
in
the
city
of
Aitkin.
That
area
would
be
significantly
lower
for
an
insurance
premium
based
on
the
ISO
later
the
insurance
service
organization
rating
for
the
fire
service
in
that
area.
As
soon
as
you
go
outside
the
city
of
Aitkin,
it
goes
up
higher
okay,
so
that
would
be
a
benefit
to
you,
the
response
time
which
they
have
full-time
employees,
garbage
service.
All
the
city,
services
that
are
provided
might
be
in
the
city
they
can
enjoy.
Mr.
A
B
A
Any
discussion
all
right
all
in
favor,
okay,
mr.
Washington
the
process
now
is
that
this
has
been
approved
by
the
Commission,
which
means
it
goes
to
City
Council.
With
our
recommendation
for
approval
you'd
like
to
attend
the
City
Council
meeting,
at
which
this
application
will
be
heard,
you
may
contact
the
city
manager's
office
and
they'd
like
to
know
when
you're
on
the
agenda
that'll
be
another
very
similar
process
to
this.
