crime

nice

have
my
car

vandalized
twice
and

did
not
report
it

policeman

stolen,
but

homes

bit

domestic
violence,
and

going
there

there

crime.
There
may
have
decreased
some
since
the
police
are
now
stationed
across
the
street

raised

good
question

area

the

zoning

supposed

up
that

going
to

those
concerns

important

type

level

investment

apartments
will
cost
roughly
25
million
dollars
to
build,

broken
up
per
unit

roughly
275
000
to
build
one
single
unit,
25
million
for
the
entire
thing,
so
Improvement
on
the
North
side,
I

think
it's
very
clear
that
showing
that
25
million
dollars
being
invested
on
the
North
side,
bringing
rooftops
is
a
clear
indication
that
these
City's
efforts
to
draw
development
to
the
north
side
are
working
right.

It's
not
only
showing
that
it's
a
possibility,
but
it's
it's
a
realistic
item
that
can
happen
bringing
rooftops
there
will
show
grocery
stores
that
there
there's
a
larger
tax
base,
that's
available
to
develop
there,
so
so
on

so
forth.

the

affordable?
It's
essentially
just
the
best
way
that
this
program
works.
It's
the
best
way
to
get
the
maximum
amount
of
units
as
quickly
as
possible.

We
can
look
at
expanding
a
little
bit
and
adding
some
to
to
add
in
market
rate
units
would
require
adding
additional
units,
and
we
wanted
to
keep
that
unit
count
as
low
as
possible
with
it
still
being
financially
feasible.
For
us,
we
can
certainly
look
at
making
it
mixed
income.
One
of
you
asked
that
I
feel
like
I'm
just
chatting
at
you
yeah

I
I
think
one
of
the
big
questions
was
property
values
and
I'll
go
back
to
you,
this
being
a
25
million
dollar
private
investment
of
equity
and
debt
into
this
area,
an
area
where
the
city
is
specifically
requesting
development
to
come.
Every
document
that
the
city
has
put
out
seems
to
be
highlighting
the
north
side
come
develop
here.

Come
build
something
here
again,
these
these
units
cost
275
000
a
piece
just
to
build
one
of
them,
it's
275
thousand
dollars,
and
so
we
we
believe
it's
very
hard
to
put
those
two
things
together:
the
city
calling
for
development,
this
development
being
as
big
of
a
private
investment
as
it
is
along
with
going
into
an
area
where
the
city
is
calling
for
development
spurring
future
development.
We
find
it
very
difficult
to
see
property
values
decreasing
in
the
future
because
of
those
things
all
of
those
environments
happening
together.

that

reserving

and
you
