Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
All
right
good
afternoon,
everyone
welcome
to
another
virtual
meeting
of
our
citizens
review
board.
B
I
I
think
all
of
you
are
aware
that
I
was
suddenly
notified
through
mary,
katherine,
that
the
city
council
needed
to
use
our
room
for
a
five
o'clock
meeting
that
was
going
to
last
a
while,
and
we
could
either
made
ours
much
later
in
the
evening
or
struggle
to
find
another
day,
and
I
just
thought
it'd
be
easier
to
keep
moving
along
and
do
what
we're
doing
today
our
quorum
is
is
needs
five
members,
and
actually
we
have
everyone
participating
except
clark,
mccance,
who
will
be
with
us
as
soon
as
he
gets
out
of
the
dentist
and
jeffrey
I
I've
mentioned
in
my
email.
B
I
have
not
heard
from
him.
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
personally
deal
with
jeffrey,
you
know
either
he
has
maybe
another
email
address
that
we
could
be
using
or
or
he's
away.
So
I
never
heard
anything
back
from
him
at
all,
and
I've
been
using
the
same
address
throughout
this.
So
all
right
did
everyone
get.
First
of
all,
did
everybody
get
the
agenda.
C
B
and
just
to
refresh
we
went
through
some
early
cases.
One
of
the
cases
I
did.
We
eventually
agreed
that
a
letter
needed
to
go
to
the
chief
concerning
the
the
conduct,
as
we
saw
out
of
an
officer.
We
did
do
that.
As
you
know,
I
actually
spoke
met
with
the
chief
on
that
case
as
well,
and
I
put
together
a
letter
that
went
off
to
the
the
complaint
we
left
off
with
a
a
case
which
was
titled
crb
2020-4,
and
we're
going
to
talk
about
that
in
closed
session.
B
We,
a
number
of
members,
wanted
to
see
a
video
on
that,
so
we
decided
to
carry
that
all
right.
So
again,
roll
call,
I
guess,
as
everybody
is
present,
except
for
clark,
mccance
and
jeffrey
falls.
I
don't
know
that
we
got
a
chance
with
mary
catherine
out.
I
don't
think
we
have
minutes
from
our
last
meeting.
Do
we
not?
I.
B
Our
last
meeting
was
the
14th
of
may
just
for
the
record,
so
we'll
we'll
continue
that
we'll
get
some
minutes
that
we
can
we
can
review.
Did
anybody
have
a
question
or
wanted
to
change
anything?
That's
on
the
agenda.
B
I
have
no
communications
right
now
with
the
mayor
city
manager,
public
safety
director.
Our
last
contact,
as
you
know,
was
our
meeting
that
we
all
attended
in
august
that
I
thought
went
well
for
everybody.
It
was
good
for
council
to
get
a
chance
to
see
all
of
us
and
I
think
you
all
did
a
very
good
job.
B
C
That's
correct:
I've
been
in
discussion
with
two
individuals.
My
first
choice
was
not
able
to
dedicate
the
time
that
he
believed
would
be
necessary
to
this.
So
unfortunately,
he
was
not
able
to
come
on
board.
I'm
in
a
discussion
right
now
with
the
second
person
who's
going
to
give
me
a
short
autobiography,
which
I'll
share
with
everybody
and
with
the
mayor,
because
it's
obviously
the
mayor's
choice
as
to
whether
he
wants
to
accept
this
individual,
but
the
first
individual.
C
I
found
through
my
own
contacts,
the
second
I
went
to
saint
mary's
and
asked
them
since
they
have
a
large
hispanic
population
in
their
church.
If
they
could
help
me-
and
they
did
give
me
a
couple
of
names,
so
it's
one
of
those
people
I'm
in
contact
with
and
he
seems
interested
I.
I
think
he
would
be
a
good
addition.
But
again
you
know
we'll
let
obviously
let
the
mayor
make
that
decision.
B
Okay,
all
right
thanks
anybody
else
anything
I
had
I
just
we're
getting
this.
I
can't
believe
we're
what
three
months
off
until
christmas
this
year
is
just
so
quickly.
B
Typically,
at
the
end
of
the
year,
our
bylaws
say
that
there
is
a
nominating
committee
that
is
set
up
and
they
look
at
officers
and
also
the
terms
for
each
of
the
members.
I
believe
it's
three
years
and
I
believe
also,
if
the
member's
willing
and
there's
no
objections,
the
member
can
serve
a
second
three-year
term.
B
B
So
my
feeling,
unless
anybody
has
objection,
I
would
think
that
terms
for
those
that
came
on
at
that
time
would
should
really
start
in
17,
which
means
their
third
year
is
up
the
end
of
this
year,
and
I
don't
have
the
names
in
front
of
me
there's
very
most
of
us
except
for
me.
I
think
a
couple
others
are
have
been
on
since
day
one.
So
at
some
point
I
asked
clark
to
take
on
somebody.
B
I
a
nominated
committee
to
make
contact
and
see
if
you're,
the
ones
who
have
their
term
coming
up
are
interested
to
stay
on
and
seek
another
term.
I
hope
hope
you
do,
but
that's
your
choice.
So
I
just
had
made
note.
We
have
a
couple
of
bylaw
things
that
I
think
need
to
be
addressed.
The
mayor
just
contacted
me,
as
I
was
coming
in
here,
that
north.
D
B
E
B
E
I
am
on
a
committee
or
a
three
three
persons
committee
that
will
be
meeting
tomorrow
morning
with
the
north
augusta
leaders,
city
leaders,
and
that
is
one
of
the
things
that
we
are
going
to
be
talking
about.
The
citizens
review
board
and
how
it
hours
is
set
up,
and
I
think
they
have
contacted
the
city
of
aitkin
to
get
some
ideas
and
whatnot.
E
But
it's
something
that
a
group
of
us
feel
is
needed
in
north
augusta
as
well,
so
I'll
be
with
a
couple
of
other
people
tomorrow
discussing
that
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
out
because
I
was
asked
today
earlier-
do
we
have
term
limits-
and
I
remember
them
for
something
about
three
years,
but
it
seems
like
we
can
serve
two
three-year
terms,
and
does
that
mean
at
the
end
of
that
time?
We
are.
We
have
to
go
off
and
are
not
ever
allowed
to
return
or
what
does
the
ballots.
B
My
recollection
you're,
correct
and
most
organizations
have
that
it
there
it's
initially
a
three-year
term
and
if
the
individual
is
willing
and
there's
no
problems
with
the
rest
of
the
board
and
so
forth,
the
person
can
serve
a
second
three-year
term
and
the
way
the
bylaws
are
set
now
bylaws
could
be
changed,
so
we
don't
have
to
live
with
this
if
we
don't
want,
but
at
the
end
of
three
years
normally
right
now,
the
member
would
have
to
step
off,
I
believe
for
one
year
and
then
they
could
seek
to
come
back
on
if
there
was
an
opening
and
they
wished
to
do
that.
B
Most
organizations-
I've
been
on
several
around
aitkin
are
very
similar
and
sometimes
after
six
years
people
say
you
know,
I've
enjoyed
it,
but
it's
time
for
time
for
some
new
new
you
know
new
faces
yeah.
But
yes,
right
now,
james
you're
correct
it's
it's
initially
three
years
and
a
second
three.
If
the
person
wants
to
wants
to
do
that
most
of
these
organizations
when
they
get
started.
This
was
probably
similar.
B
F
B
C
B
So
we'll
we'll
look
at
that
and
I
may
have
mary
kathryn
help
us
out
a
little
bit
getting
a
rough
idea
when
everybody
came
on.
So
they
know
where,
where
they're
at.
B
Yeah
is,
is
it
as
I
mentioned
it,
though
initially
a
three-year
and
and
they
can
a
second
three
years
of.
F
They
can
do
two
consecutive
terms
of
three
years
and
then
they
would
have
to
have
one
year
of
non-membership
right
and
then
they
could
be
appointed
again
to
start
their
cycle
anew.
C
C
B
C
B
B
We'll
probably
continue
that
at
our
next
meeting
and
as
I
said,
mary
catherine
may
at
least
get
everybody's
when
they
understand
their
terms
and
give
everybody
a
chance
to
decide
what
they
want
to
do,
whether
they
want
to
take
the
opportunity
to
step
off
after
this
three
years
and
let
a
new
person
come
on
or
they'd
like
to
stay
with
us
for
another
term
and
that's
certainly
their
choice.
I'm
comfortable
keeping
everybody
right
where
they
are,
but.
C
B
And
I
don't
know
we
have
any
other
committee
reports
at
the
moment
like
nothing,
any
old
business,
anything
that
other
than
the
cases
that
we'll
go
through
anybody
have
any
old
business,
nothing,
okay,
new
business,
nothing
other
than
the
globe
fees
go
through
these
complaints,
and
these
things
will
have
to
be
reviewed
by
us
in
a
closed
session,
so
we're
now
moving
to
executive
session.
I
guess
we
need
a
motion
to
do
that.
A
A
D
E
D
B
Right
we
in
public
session,
yet.
B
Okay,
all
right,
I
guess,
as
each
of
us
speak
your
your
profile,
pops
up
there.
So
all
right,
we
have
returned
from
our
closed
session,
in
which
a
number
of
cases
have
been
reviewed
and
I'm
going
to
go
through
each
of
the
cases
and
we
will
inform
the
public
whether
we
agreed
or
disagreed
with
the
determination
that
was
made
by
aiken
department
of
public
safety.
B
I
can
also
say
that
all
of
the
cases
that
we
will
be
mentioning
shortly,
none
of
the
complaints
once
they
received
the
response
or
or
final
determination
by
aiken
park,
public
safety
filed
any
further
appeal
to
this
board.
There
were
no
letters
or
any
other
communication
that
they
were
objected
to
the
determination
that
was
made
by
public
safety.
B
The
first
case
was
the.
B
B
For
an
agreement
on
that,
we
did
five
at
our
last
meeting,
so
we're
now
on
crb
2020-06
dc.
Do
I
have
a
motion
on
that.
C
B
B
B
We
have
motion
the
motion
is,
is
that
we
have?
We
are
in
agreement
with
the
determination
that
was
made
by
aiken
department,
public
safety,
correct
correct.
Do
we
have
a
second.
E
E
D
B
Hi,
okay,
the
eyes
have
it:
those
patterns
all
be
shown,
as
we
have
agreed
to
to
those
cases
all
right.
I
think
that
covers
everything.
That's
on
our
agenda
for
today.
Hopefully,
when
we
get
together,
we
may
be
back
in
person.
Perhaps
masked
will
still
be
needed
by
the
way
it
physically.
I
do
we
do.
We
feel
that
we
could
conduct
the
meeting
with
a
appropriate
distance
at
the
council
council
chambers
up
at
the
dais
there
in
october.
D
A
F
It
would
certainly
this
is
the
largest
of
any
board
that
I'm
aware
of
so
it
might
not
look
like
the
other
boards,
but
I'll
I'll
check
with
gary
gary
might
be
able
might
be
on
here
right
now.
He
would
be
filming,
so
he
could
could
speak
to
whether
or
not
it
would
be
doable
in
terms
of
filming
for
youtube.
B
Well,
I
would
prefer
us
to
still
be
seated
where
we
normally
sit
in
the
council
and
just
in
case
somebody
should
come
in
from
the
public
to
just
observe
us,
or
we
want
to
make
a
statement
or
something
and
hesitant
to
want
to
be
seated
out
scattered
in
the
audience,
not
knowing
who
might
be
coming
so
right.
Now
I
hopefully
we
can
do
that.
We'll
certainly
keep
everybody
posted.
A
A
It
would
just
be
basically
the
social
distancing
and
whatever
precautions
that
need
to
be
made
in
reference
or
to
the
pandemic,
but
nothing
different.
I
mean
you
guys,
would
conduct
the
meeting
just
like
you
would
they
do
in
the
city
council
meeting
put
a
couple
of
people
at
a
table
in
the
front,
or
at
least
one
person.
So
if
we
can't
do
six
feet
up
on
the
bench
you
could
put
two
down
below
and
you
would
still
be
okay.
B
Well,
what
we
would
have
if,
if
we
had
a
full
compliment,
we'd
have
nine
people
that
would
need
to
be
seated
up
up
there
at
the
council.
A
With
the
council,
I
think
that
we
could
do
seven
because
at
the
city
council
we're
able
to
get
six
up,
so
we
may
be
able
to
work
that
out.
You
know
in
the
chamber,
if,
if
you
have
a
full
capacity
of
members
is
showing
up,
I
will.
I
think
we
would
be
able
to
accommodate
that
and
just
run
the
meeting
normally
without
having
to
try
to
zoom
someone
in
or
because
that
can
become
a
nightmare
on
a
live
stream
from
the
chamber
and.
B
All
right
so
we'll
that's
that
that's
the
intent
right
now
for
everybody
and
and
we'll
see
how
things
progress
there
will
come
a
time.
Hopefully
these
masks
can
go
into
some
kind
of
a
museum
or
something
that
we
won't
ever
have
to
use
them
again.
But
I
don't
see
that
happening
for
for
a
few
months.
So
anything
else
for
the
good.
The
order
from
anybody.
E
John
james
government,
let
me
ask
we
talked
earlier
and
I
told
you
about
a
meeting
I
have
tomorrow.
Yes,
are
we
comfortable
now
with
a
nine?
Is
it
nine
a
ten
person
committee?
You
know
we
started
out
with
fifteen
right
and
if
we
have
right
now
we
have
nine
to
ten.
We.
B
E
Yeah
I'm
just
trying
to
when
I
go
tomorrow,
I
I
guess
my
quote,
I
mean
my
comment
to
them
would
be:
let's
don't
start
out
if
they
with
with
15,
let's
probably
look
at
10
to
11
as
the
maximum
number
to
go
with
and
making
sure
that
we
use
all
of
our
different.
What
is
it
racial
makeup
and
whatnot
and
and
of
course,
male
or
female,
and
that
kind
of
thing-
and
I
just
wanted
to
have
an
idea
as
to
what
we're
comfortable
with
here
in
akin
yeah.
E
B
I
think
that's
that's
good.
I
think
that
10
or
11,
representing.
B
The
various
areas
of
the
community,
various
you
know,
makeup
of
their
community.
Obviously
you
don't
want
somebody
on
there.
That's
got
a
sister
brother
or
somebody
that's
on
their
police
department
and
those
kind
of
things,
and
and-
and
I
don't
even
think,
public
officials-
I
don't
think
somebody
also
happens
to
be
a
council
member
should
be
on
this.
This
should
be
citizens
but
yeah.
I
think
that's
that's
a
fair
number
other
than
that.
D
B
Thank
you
all
right.
I
guess
with
that,
we
we
are
in
adjournment,
everybody
stay
well,
we'll
see
you
again
soon.
