If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
As
we
all
know,
these
are
definitely
unusual
and
unprecedented
times,
while
City
Hall
remains
closed
to
the
public,
so
the
employees
continue
to
focus
on
providing
Ames
residents
with
the
essential
services
that
they
need
each
day
to
maintain
their
health
and
safety
we
are
committed
to
serving
each
one
of
you
want
to
share
with
you.
Some
information
I
hope
that
you
will
find
helpful.
A
number
of
you
have
contacted
me
and
asked:
how
can
you
help
I
have
five
suggestions
on
ways
that
you
can
benefit?
A
Not
only
our
community,
but
your
neighbors
and
the
county
first
is
a
food
pantry
with
many
finding
themselves
temporarily
unemployed.
There's
a
growing
pressure
on
the
food
pantry.
We
ask
you
to
consider
donating
food
items
in
particular
rice,
pasta,
other
items,
and/or
cash,
call
local
pantries
and
find
out
what
they
currently
need.
You
may
consider
volunteering
to
help
there
first
ask
if
you
can
be
an
asset
and
at
the
time
would
work
out
well
with
your
schedule
and
there's.
Secondly,
it's
my
understanding
that
there's
a
growing
need
for
blood
donations.
A
Please
contact
local
blood
organizations
to
find
out
if
they
are
indeed
in
need
of
that
and
consider
donating
blood.
The
third
opportunity
is
to
make
items
and
donate
them.
According
to
the
Mary
Greeley
Medical
Center
website,
they
apparently
have
adequate
donated
face
masks
and
are
made
face,
masks
right
now.
A
Fourth
opportunity
is
to
create
visible
signs
and
encouragement
such
as
chalking
the
walk,
making
signs.
People
can
see
when
they
drive
or
walk
by
and
fifth
send
notes
of
encouragement
call
our
face
time,
friends
family,
to
stay
connected.
These
are
just
a
few
suggestions
of
things
you
can
do
to
help
during
this
time
of
need.
As
you
know,
this
is
a
fluid
and
rapidly
evolving
situation.
Conditions
can
and
will
change
quickly.
We
have
an
exceptional
local
partner
network
that
is
working
closely
together
to
meet
the
needs
of
our
community.
