offers
a
wide
variety
of
wellness
programs
for
all
ages
and
levels.
We
have
strength,
training,
cardio,
workouts,
mind
body,
workouts,
aqua,
kids,
classes
and
senior
classes
are
all
offered
at
different
times
and
days
to
fit
everyone's
schedule.
Our
program
is
a
top-notch
quality
program
with
dedicated
structor's,
who
will
provide
you
with
the
safe
fun
workout
want
to
take
it
outdoors.
The
summer
we
have
for
a
lot
of
outdoor
options
for
great
workouts.
Our
extreme
outdoor
bootcamp
combines
cardio
and
resistance
training
in
a
total
body.
A
Workout
designed
to
boost
your
metabolism,
burn
fat
and
strengthen
your
muscles
all
while
enjoying
the
beautiful
Ames
parks
beginning
in
june,
we
will
be
offering
free
yoga
classes
at
the
bandshell
park.
Every
Saturday
from
ten
to
eleven
a.m.
throughout
the
summer,
join
yoga
instructors
from
various
yoga
studios
and
aims
for
a
free
class
appropriate
for
all
skill
levels.
The
outdoor
classes
offer
a
unique
atmosphere
to
relax
and
invigorate
all
at
the
same
time,
love
the
pool
who
doesn't
join
in
our
variety
of
aqua
classes.

the
beautiful
Furman
Aquatic
Center,
we
offer
classes
both
in
the
morning
and
evening,
and
both
shallow
water
classes
and
deep
water
classes
are
offered
for
great
low
impact,
but
intense
workout.
Another
really
fun.
Outdoor
class
we
offer
is
our
stroller
power
of
fitness
class
where
moms
and
dads
can
work
out
with
his
or
her
baby,
and
it's
a
great
way
to
get
in
shape,
be
with
your
baby
and
meet
other
moms
and
dads.
While
the
kids
are
in
the
stroller
parents
get
a
great
workout.
This
class
also
meets
at
various
parks
around
Ames.

class
is
for
kids
ages,
seven
and
up
and
we'll
meet
tuesday
and
thursday
evenings
for
a
group
run,
you'll
receive
a
training
calendar
and
all
the
confidence
you
need
to
run
a
5k
other
teen
classes
that
we
offer
include
our
kids,
Zumba
classes,
teen
power
pump
and
our
teen
strength,
training
class,
which
meets
in
the
community
center
weight
room
in
this
class.
Safe
lifting
form
and
technique
are
stressed
during
each
workout
session.
Our
group
fitness
schedule
offers
over
50
classes
a
week.
A
Popular
cardio
classes
include
Zumba,
cardio,
dance
step
and
our
hit
class
or
a
high-intensity
interval
class.
We
also
have
a
variety
of
strength
classes
to
choose
from
including
our
famous
power
pump
and
zumba
Toning
classes,
our
senior
classes
otherwise
known
as
our
spiff
classes
or
spiffy
after
60
are
very
popular
in
the
aims
community.
We
offer
a
variety
of
classes
which
includes
strength,
training,
cardio,
weight,
room
classes
and
combination
classes,
combining
a
cardio
component
strength
and
yoga.
Older
adults
realize
the
importance
of
staying
fit
and
enjoy
the
workouts
while
socializing
with
other
seniors.

also
offer
silversneakers
classes,
which
is
a
chair
base
class
that
helps
with
strength,
flexibility
and
range
of
motion
exercises
our
mind.
Body
workouts
include
a
variety
of
yoga
classes,
including
gentle
yoga,
yoga
for
beginners
and
pilates,
and
our
newest
class
Pilates
bar
Plante's
bars
sweep
in
the
country
as
one
of
the
most
popular
classes,
and
we
offer
it
now
at
Ames,
Parks
and
Recreation.
Pilates
bar
is
an
intense
fusion
of
Pilates
sculpting
and
ballet
based
exercises
and
will
change
the
way
your
body
looks
longer
leaner
and
stronger.

My
body
has
gained
so
much
popularity
in
the
fitness
industry
in
the
last
5-10
years
and
it's
so
important
to
include
in
one's
wellness
program.
Not
only
does
it
increase
flexibility
and
strength,
it
helps
manage
stress
and
anxiety
and
can
really
help
one
obtain
a
peaceful
body
in
mind.
In
addition
to
all
these
offerings,
we
have
a
variety
of
aqua
classes,
both
at
greenhills
wellness
center
and
the
I
issue
for
carpool
aqua
is
a
low-impact
exercise.
That
is
an
overall
conditioning
program
and
many
find
it
is
the
best
way
to
stay
in
shape.
