parks

recreation
offers
a
wide
variety
of
wellness
programs
for
all
ages
and
all
levels.
You
have
strength,
training,
workouts,
cardio,
workouts,
mind
body
classes,
aqua
classes
and
classes
for
older
adults
all
are
offered
at
different
times
and
days
to
fit
everyone's
schedule.

We
continue
to
offer
classes
both
in
person
and
virtually
to
cater
to
everyone's
preference.
Our
program
is
a
top-notch
quality
program
with
dedicated
instructors
who
will
provide
you
with
a
safe
fun.
Workout
want
to
take
it
outdoors
to
work
out
the
summer.
We
offer
a
lot
of
outdoor
options
as
well
for
great
workouts
classes
being
offered
outdoors
include
our
newest
class
balance,
strength
and
stretch,
yoga,
simply
strength,
cardio
pump
and
so
much
more
want.
An
intense
workout
try,
our
extreme
outdoor
boot
camp,
which
combines
cardio
and
resistance
training
in
a
total
body.
A
Workout
yoga
in
the
park
is
back
this
summer
and
will
be
offered
every
saturday
at
banjo
park
from
10
to
11
a.m.
Throughout
the
summer,
with
the
exception
of
july
3rd
join
yoga
instructors
from
various
yoga
studios
in
ames
for
this
free
class
appropriate
for
all
skill
levels,
the
outdoor
classes
offer
a
unique
atmosphere
to
relax
and
invigorate,
at
the
same
time,
other
new
outdoor
classes.
We
have
this
summer
include
beginner,
tai,
chi
and
parkour.

Our
tai
chi
class
is
designed
to
get
you
started.
You
will
learn
the
basic
postures
movement
and
breath
work
and
the
first
movement
of
the
yang
style,
tai
chi
form
parkour,
is
a
class
for
older
adults
who
are
50
years
old
or
older
and
who
want
to
gain
balance,
strength,
agility
and
self-confidence
while
having
fun
love
the
cool
join
in
our
variety
of
aqua
classes
at
the
beautiful
furman
aquatic
center.
This
summer
we
offer
classes
every
morning
monday
through
thursday,
at
11
a.m.

Our
total
aqua
conditioning
class
is
a
great
low
impact,
but
intense
aqua,
workout.
Another
fun
outdoor
class
is
our
stroller
power.
Fitness
class,
her
mom
and
dad
can
work
out
with
his
or
her
baby
and
stay
and
get
in
shape
and
be
with
your
baby
and
meet
other
moms
or
dads.
While
the
kids
are
in
the
strollers,
parents
get
a
great
workout
and
it's
a
great
way
to
work
out
at
various
parks
around
kings.

Our
group
fitness
schedule
offers
over
50
classes
a
week
and
many
of
our
classes
are
still
held
virtually
as
well
as
in
person.
Popular
classes
include
zumba,
step
interval,
simply
strength
and
our
newest
class
scope
and
stretch
fusion.
We
also
offer
small
group
training
classes,
including
cycle
interval,
trx
and
boxing
boot
camp,
where
you
train
to
dab
cook
punch
and
kick
the
punching
bag
all
while
gaining
strength
and
scan
amount.
Our
older
adult
classes
continue
to
be
very
popular.

Watch
is
a
chair
based
class
that
helps
with
strength
and
flexibility
and
range
of
motion
exercises
our
mind.
Body
workouts
include
a
variety
of
yoga
classes,
including
gentle
yoga,
yoga,
pilates,
bar
and
bodies,
mind
body
classes
have
gained
popularity
in
the
fitness
industry.
