step.
We
find
the
step
in
some
of
our
fitness
classes
and
we're
just
going
to
discuss
with
her
how
it's
used
in
a
fitness
class.

been
teaching
step?

When
the
step
first
came
out,
it
was
a
lot
of
basic
choreography
and
really
not
very
many
power
moves.
Then
it
kind
of
evolved,
choreography
got
more
complex
and
more
difficult,
and
now
we've
kind
of
gotten
back
to
more
basic
moves.
But
we
add
a
lot
of
intensity
and
power
moves
also,
so
you
can
really
get
that
heart
rate
going
right.
So.

Intense
classes,
a
lot
of
different
levels
of
fitness,
you
can
have
a
beginner
and
you
can
have
an
advanced
exerciser.
There's
a
different
I'll
give
different
options
as
far
as
a
motion
later
you
know,
a
basic
or
running
up
a
basic
you've
also
got
different
risers,
where
you
can
do
one
riser
on
each
side
or
two
risers
on
each
side
to
vary
the
intensity
right.
So
when
some
people
just
use
the
platform,
some
people
just
use
the
platform
I've
even
seen.
Some
people
just
use
the
floor.

have
a
couple
people
on
my
monday
morning,
step
class
that
just
use
the
floor
without
the
steps.
So
you
can
really
change
up
the
intensity
by
how
many
risers
you
put
underneath
it,
which
is
another
just
great
opportunity
for
people
to
change
up
their
workouts
yeah.
So
I'd
like
you
to
show
us
some
basic
moves
that
you
would
find
when
you
go
to
a
step
class.

you've
got
up
this
one
party
arms
people
like
to
do

so
instead
of
a

step,
let's
stop
for
a
second
and
a
lot
of
times,
we'll
do
something
back
and
forth,
like

corner
to
corner
or
a
hamstring
corner
to
corner
okay.
So
let's
just
try
an

corner
to
corner
going
this
way.

medium
intensity
you're
just
going
to
give
a
little
jog
higher
intensity.
You
can
really
get
up
one
more
and
then
merge
I
messed
up
the
last
one.
That's

We
mess
up
all
the
time,
no
biggie
as
long
as
you're
having
fun
and
you've
got
a
good
attitude.
You
know
the
first
couple
times
you
come
into
a
step
class
might
be
a
little
intimidating.
You
don't
know
what
moves
are
called
just
keep
coming
back
a
few
times.
People
will
catch
on
it.

so
that's
great

this
is
really
great
information
about
the
step.
So
we
have
some
of
step
classes
here
and
our
group
in
a
scheduled
Ames
parks,
recreation,
and
then
we
have
some
classes
just
that
just
utilize
the
steps
such
as
our
power
pump
house,
etc
for
some
intense
intervals.
So
it's
a
great
tool.
We
love
having
step
classes.
