healthy
living,
ames
parks
and
recreation
offers
a
wide
variety
of
group.
Fitness
classes
for
all
ages
and
levels,
strength,
training,
cardio
classes,
mind-body,
workouts
and
classes
for
older
adults
are
all
offered
at
different
times
and
days
to
fit
everyone's
busy
schedule,
and
many
of
our
group,
fitness
classes
now
are
on
zoom,
so
you
can
work
out
safely
and
privately.
In
your
own
home,
we
offer
a
top-notch
quality
program
with
dedicated
instructors
who
will
provide
you
with
a
safe
fun
workout.

Some
of
the
changes
we
have
made
to
our
group
fitness
program,
in
addition
to
adding
a
virtual
component,
is
holding
many
of
our
classes
in
the
spacious
gymnasium,
where
it
is
so
much
easier
to
social
distance.
We
ask
that
participants
wear
their
mask
up
to
the
start
of
the
group
fitness
class
and
then
immediately
after
the
class
to
ensure
keeping
all
our
participants
and
instructors
safe.

Some
of
our
popular
classes
we
are
offering
now
include
zumba
and
zumba
gold
both
are
held
in
person
in
the
gym
and
virtually
zumba
is
a
dance
party
style
class
with
fun
music
to
international
songs,
get
your
work
out
and
join
one
of
our
dance
fitness
parties.
Zumba
gold
is
designed
for
the
active,
older,
adult
or
beginners
new
to
zumba.

Simply
strength
is
a
unique
strength,
training
class
for
all
ages
and
all
fitness
levels.
We
focus
on
working
each
major
muscle
group
for
a
total
body,
workout
other
good
strength,
training
workouts,
that
we
offer
include
core
blast
and
core
and
leg
blast
and
all
our
strength,
training
classes
are
meeting
both
in
person
and
virtually
on
zoom
other
classes.

They
still
get
to
socialize
some
before
and
after
class
on
zoom,
which
makes
everyone
feel
good
our
mind.
Body
classes
include
pilates,
pilates
bar
yoga
and
gentle
again,
all
these
classes
are
held
virtually
as
well
in
this
crazy
time
in
the
world.
Many
have
found
comfort
in
dealing
with
the
stress
of
everyday
life
with
yoga
and
gentle
yoga.
