shop
for
all

fitness
needs.
We
have
a
program
for
everyone.
Our
weight
room
is
equipped
with
a
complete
line
of
Cybex
equipment
and
free
weights
to
provide
a
total
strength.
Training
workout,
the
cardio
equipment,
has
tvs
on
each
piece
of
equipment
to
pass
the
time.
While
you
work
out
our
weight
room
and
cardio
room
is
open
seven
days
a
week.

on
staff
that
can
help
you
reach
your
goals,
whether
they
are
to
lose
weight,
build
strength
or
just
to
stay
motivated

sticking

fitness
classes

classes
on
their
group
fitness
schedule,
we

a
class
for
everyone,

Training
with
cardio
training

provide
a
total
body
workout

and
insanity
are

excellent
classes

an
intense
cardio
component.
Looking

a
strength,
training,
class

Pilates
can
provide
that.

class
on
the
fitness
schedule
is

fitness,
where
participants
use
lightly
weighted
drumsticks
for
exercising

fun
music

Fitness
incorporates
cardio
conditioning
and
strength
training

yoga

Pilates
inspired
movements
looking
for
classes
which
offer
a
little
less
intensity

our
spiff
classes
for
older
adults

new

sneakers,

Cycling
is
a
fun
athletic
based
cardiovascular
workout,
set
to
fun
music.
To
give
you
a
challenging
but
fun
class.
Our
cycling
studio
is
equipped
with
11
top-of-the-line
Kaiser
bikes
I

try
something
new,
try
a
fusion
class
such
as
cycle
TRX
cycle,
core
or
TRX,
and
if
you
prefer
aqua
workouts,
look
no
further.
We
offer
a
wide
variety
of
aqua
classes,
both
in
the
mornings
and
evenings
at
the
green
hills.

Wellness
center,
both
shallow
and
deep
water
classes
are
offered
at
the
Ames
High
municipal
pool
and
early-morning
classes
are
at
the
warm
water,
forker
pool
located
on
the
ISU
campus,
and
in
the
summer
we
have
a
wide
variety
of
classes.

the
beautiful
Furman
outdoor
Aquatic
Center,
we
even
offer
prenatal
aqua
classes,
Ames,
Parks
and
Recreation
offers
so
much
to
keep
you
healthy
all
year
round.
