healthy
living,
welcome
to
the
community
center.
As
of
July
1st,
we
are
open
for
business
today,
I'd
like
to
take
you
through
some
of
the
modifications
we've
made
to
keep
you
and
our
city
staff
safe
and
healthy,
as
you
join
us
to
come
exercise
so
come
this
way.
I
will
take
you
through
and
we
will
show
you
all
the
changes
we've
made
as
you
enter
through
the
West
doors
you
will
notice
in
our
lobby.
We
have
the
appropriate
signage
so
that
everyone
is
social
distancing.

We
ask
you
to
stand
six
feet
apart
from
the
person
in
front
of
you.
So
if
you
do
need
to
register
for
a
class
or
program,
you
will
come
up
to
the
north
window
and
be
helped
by
our
support
staff.
If
you
just
need
to
swipe
in
for
the
cardio
or
weight
room,
you
will
just
swipe
yourself
in
on
the
South
window
after
you've
completed
whatever
you
need
to
get
done
going
into
the
community
center.
Follow

as
we
enter
into
the
community
center.
You
will
notice
appropriate
signage
where
you
should
walk.

are
asking
that
you
stay
within
the
cones
and
follow
the
arrows
if
you
are
headed
into
the
cardio
weight
room
notice
that
we
have
moved
some
of
the
cardio
equipment
out
to
the
gym
help
us
allow
for
social
distancing.
While
you
get
your
workout
in,
if
you
have
reserved
a
treadmill,
rower
or
one
of
the
lifted
polls,
you're
going
to
follow
the
signage
and
enter
into
the
cardio
room
note,
this
is
a
cardio
room
entrance
and
exit.

So
both
the
weight
room
and
the
cardio
room
will
be
available
by
reservation.
Only
you
may
sign
up
and
half
our
time
slot
on
our
website.
We
will
only
allow
four
participants
in
the
weight
room
at
one
time.
We
are
asking
our
participants
to
clean
their
exercise
equipment
both
before
and
after
they
workout
with
the
paper
towels
and
the
disinfectant
provided.
So
again,
just
a
reminder:
this
is
the
entrance
and
the
exit
for
those
working
out
in
our
flavor.

go
into
the
gym
and
talk
about
our
group,
fitness
Pocky.

So
some
of
the
modifications
that
we've
made
in
our
group
fitness
program
is,
we
have
created
a
lot
of
outdoor
fitness
classes
for
those
who
prefer
to
exercise
outdoors.
In
addition,
we've
moved
a
lot
of
our
group
fitness
classes
down
here
to
our
gymnasium,
where
we
have
plenty
of
opportunity
to
social
distance.
Last
but
not
least,
we
have
kept
some
of
the
classes
up
in
our
group
fitness
room.

However,
we
have
markings
on
the
floor
for
everyone
to
social
distance,
limiting
the
number
of
participants
that
we
will
allow
in
the
room.
At
one
time
all
participants
will
be
spaced
a
minimum
of
10
feet
apart.
We've
also
shortened
class
time
and
made
sure
there
is
a
period
of
time
in
between
classes
to
allow
for
transition
of
people
coming
in
and
out
of
the
drill.

to
make
your
reservation,
use
the
weight,
room
and
cardio
room,
and
we
are
really
looking
forward
to
having
you
all
back
at
the
community
center
and
exercise
together.
