fitness
classes
for
all
ages
and
levels.
We
offer
strength,
training,
cardio,
workouts,
mind
body,
workouts,
aqua
and
senior
classes,
they're
all
offered
at
different
times
and
days
to
fit
everyone's
schedule.

Our
program
is
a
top-notch
quality
program
with
dedicated
instructors
who
will
provide
you
with
a
safe
fun.
Workout
zuma
is
one
of
our
more
popular
classes.
Ditch
your
workout
join
our
zumba
party.
Sumba
is
a
latin-based
group,
fitness
class
that
combines
amazing
international
music
with
dynamic
fun
exercise.

also
offer
zuma
gold,
which
is
designed
for
the
active,
older,
adult
or
beginners
and
zumba
tony,
which
targets
body
sculpting
exercises
using
soft
weighted
toning
sticks
to
create
a
strength,
training,
dance
fitness
party,
one
of
our
newest
classes,
is
dance
jams.
Dance
champs
is
very
similar
to
zumba,
but
we
dance
to
the
top
hits
heard
on
the
radio.

most
popular
strength,
training
class
is
our
power
pump.
Class
power
pump
is
a
unique
strength,
training
class
for
all
ages.
We
focus
on
working
each
muscle
group
for
four
minutes
with
a
minute
of
cardio
in
between
a
lot
of
people
prefer
this
way
of
strength
training
instead
of
the
traditional
weight
room,
they
can
get
a
total
body
workout
in
one
hour
and
modifications
are
given
by
instructors,
so
all
levels
and
ages
can
take
these
classes.

Our
senior
classes,
known
as
spiff
classes
or
spiffy
after
60,
are
very
popular
in
the
ames
community.
We
offer
a
variety
of
classes
which
include
strength,
training,
cardio,
weight,
room
classes
and
combination
classes,
combining
a
cardio
component
strength
and
yoga
older
adults
realize
the
importance
of
staying
fit
and
enjoy
the
workouts
while
socializing
with
other
seniors.

Most
of
the
senior
classes
occur
here
at
the
community
center.
One
of
our
newest
classes
on
the
schedule
in
january
is
our
step
bar
fusion
class.
This
class
is
offered
on
tuesday
nights
and
will
feature
30
minutes
of
traditional
basic
step
and
30
minutes
of
pilates
bar
other
unique
classes
on
our
schedule
include
our
core
strength,
class
step
interval
and
cardio
pump.

We
have
in
the
deep
classes
and
shallow
water
classes
in
the
evenings
and
weekends
at
the
high
school
municipal
pool
and
a
variety
of
morning
and
evening
classes
held
at
the
new
green
hills,
retirement
wellness,
center
pool
aqua
is
a
low
impact
exercise
class.
That
is
an
overall
conditioning
program
and
many
find
it
the
best
way
to
stay
in
shape.
