they
can
call
us

change

mailing
address

bills

with

and
can
get
a
letter
of
credit.
Otherwise,
the
deposit
is
calculated
by
the
highest
bill
in
the
last
12
months

moving

and
we
hold
onto
that
until
they
make
12
on-time
payments
in
a
row,
then
we
refund
it
to
the
13th
bill.
If
they
move
out
before
that,
12
months
is
up.
We
just
refund
it
to
their
final
bill.

you
can
still
do
that
online
or
