If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

It's
something
that
you
work
into,
you
know
they
have
studded
tires
bikes
that
are
meant.
You
know
for
riding
in
the
winter,
you've
probably
seen
the
large
fat,
tire,
bikes
and
then
just
dressing.
Warm
is
probably
the
most
important
thing.
Ames
is
fairly
small,
so
it's
easy
to
get
around
you're,
not
out
in
the
cold
for
an
extended
period
of
time,
so
that
makes
it
easier
to
I
think.
A
There's
a
lot
of
interest
in
our
community
about
being
a
multimodal
community,
where
we
welcome
all
forms
of
transportation
from
a
bikers
perspective,
there's
probably
things
that
motorists
do
that.
Maybe
a
motorist
doesn't
even
realize
that
they're
doing
that
that
make
biking
harder
for
a
cyclist.
Can
you
talk
a
little
bit
about
that,
while.
B
B
A
gradual
pass,
you
know,
certainly
moving
in
to
you
know
into
the
next
Lane
to
go
around
and
then
waiting
until
it
is
clear-
and
you
know,
if
we're
a
half
a
block
or
a
block
away
from
the
stop
sign,
then
you
know
just
give
the
cyclist
some
space
and
you
know
continue
to
pass
after
the
intersection.
I
will.
A
B
B
Yeah,
absolutely
not
only
our
lights,
a
good
idea,
but
they're
required
by
law.
Oftentimes
all
have
lights
on
my
bike
at
all
times
during
the
day,
typically
they're
not
on,
but
you
know,
dawn
dusk
and
at
night
and
then
I
usually
even
have
a
spare
set
of
lights
in
my
bag
in
case
one
of
them
dies
well.
