think
the
biggest
thing
first
of
all,
I
always
tell
people
just
try
to
make
small
changes
in
your
lifestyle.
John,
don't
do
anything
fatty
just
try
to
pick
one
thing:
make
a
lifestyle
change.
What
I
personally
like
to
do,
if
they're
not
sure
what,
where
what
direction
they
want
to
go
in,
is
to
sit
down
with
them
and
try
to
pinpoint
what
do
they
like?
What
do
they
like
for
exercise
as
I,
like
group
classes?

I'm
happy
to
sit
down
with
them
as
well.
A
lot
of
phone
calls,
I
I
do
have,
and
people
aren't
sure
where
to
start
so
we
you
know,
we
start
from
the
big
picture
and
asked
them
what
they
like.
What
they've
done,
if
they've
done
anything
in
the
past
that
they've
liked,
are
they
available
daytime
evening
etc
and
just
kind
try,
just
narrow
it
down
to
things
that
they
will
stay
with
and
be
successful
at.

So
many
choices
out
there,
which
is
great
and
fitness
I,
mean
30
years
ago.
There
was
very
little
choices.
It
was
basically
one
time
type
of
fitness
class.
Now,
there's
really
truly
something
for
everybody,
and
but
when
you
do
look
through
the
brochure
there's
so
much,
it's
so
easy
to
be
overwhelmed
by
how
many
choices
there
are.
So
that's
when
it's
good
just
to
maybe
get
some
advice
and
have
someone
direct
you
into
the
right
right
class.
For
you
a
right
program,
a
class
isn't
for
everybody.
Well,
are
just
going
to
say
no
I,
love.

That's
why
the
weight
room
cardio
room
is
such
a
good
option
for
people
they
can
come
at
their
own
leisure
and
our
hours
are
five
a.m.
to
10pm
monday
through
friday,
and
then
not
quite
as
long
on
the
weekends
but
still
open
on
the
weekends,
and
so
they
can
come
out
their
own
leisure
and
they
can
work
out.
We
get
a
huge
group
that
comes
in
at
5am.
They
love
that
early
morning.
You
know
people
like
it
in
the
winter
and.

And
you
know
just
in
the
fitness
10
fitness
industry
in
general,
the
really
trying
to
get
people
to
be
more
conscious
of
working
it
in
through
your
day,
rather
than
just
one
big
exercise
session
and
then
sitting
the
rest
of
the
day
so
find
those
20
30
minute
times
during
the
day
or
even
10
minutes
where
you
can
be
active
where
you
can
move,
we
can
get
it
from
your
desk
and
build
the
weight
room
for
20
minutes.
You
know,
if
that's
all
you
have
in
your
day.
20
minutes
is
great
well.
