If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
B
It
starts
to
snow
or
the
streets
become
slick
depending
on
the
timing.
Our
crews
will
receive
a
call
from
police
or
if
it's
during
the
day,
they
see
the
conditions
and
then
we
usually
go
out
and
start
ice
control
intersections
and
things
like
that
and
then
as
the
snow
accumulates,
then
we
start
to
plow
well,.
A
B
We
try
as
much
as
we
can
to
put
Bryan
down,
which
is
a
salt
water
solution,
and
they
call
that
pretreatment
and
we've
over
the
last
few
years
really
focused
on
doing
that.
It's
a
way
to
be
proactive,
you're
trying
to
stop
the
bond
between
the
snow
and
the
pavement.
So
when
you
do
start
plowing
the
snow
seems
to
come
off
better
and
it's
easier
to
melt
it
from
the
bottom
up.
Then
the
top
now.
A
B
The
good
thing
about
brian
is
that
it's
only
a
23-percent
salt
solution,
so
it
actually
is
better
for
the
cars
and
pavement
and
since
it's
kind
of
beneath
the
snow,
you
don't
you
have
to
use
it
for
much
salt.
So
if
we.
A
B
B
And
so
Brian
helps
us
kind
of
achieve
kind
of
reducing
our
salt
usage.
So
we
feel
like
it's
a
good
solution
to
use
when
you
can.
This
year
has
been
tricky
at
times
because
of
the
cold
weather
and
pavement
conditions.
Sometimes
you
know
the
Brian
when
it
would
freeze
before
it
would
be
effective.
So.
B
Definitely
is
colder
seems
to
be
a
trend
this
year
that
it
only
warms
up
to
allow
the
snow
to
fall.
Then
it
kind
of
goes
into
a
cold
snap,
which
we're
going
to
see
here
again
a
couple
days
that
we're
going
to
get
some
snowfall
and
then
the
cold
temperatures
come
back
and
it
does
seem
to
cause
some
issues
salts
less
effective,
the
colder
it
gets.
So
you
will
see
that
that
when
that
cold
comes,
we
can't
melt
the
snow
as
effectively.
It
also
causes
it
onto
the
pavement.
A
B
A
B
I
would
say
a
lot
of
side.
Streets
don't
fall
into
that
category,
so
you
might
have
to
you
know,
maybe
not
park
in
front
of
your
apartment,
complex
or
residents,
but
maybe
a
side
street
would
be
available
and
so
I
would-
or
you
know,
driveway
maybe
park
in
your
driveway-
wait
till
the
snows
done
and
then
when
you're
cleaning
your
driveway
I'll
move
your
car
out,
because
that
we
don't
do
it
all
clear
for
the
snow
ordinance
it's
just
once.
B
B
I
would
always
encourage
people
and
it
I'm
it's
snowing
on
whatever
Street.
It
helps
us
to
get
cars
off
the
street
if
you've
seen
a
lot
of
our
new
trucks
have
a
plow
in
a
wing
plow.
So
we
can
really
almost
do
the
entire
street
on
one
pass.
If
there's
no
parked
cars,
we
can
go
faster
and
do
a
better
job.
If
there's
no
cars
but
snow
routes,
it's
important
because
you
don't
want
to
get
ticketed
and
towed,
find
out
that
your
car
is
gone
during
a
snow
event.
B
A
B
It
can
be
I'm
depending
on
areas
and
parked
cars
with
the
wing
plow.
Sometimes
you
might
have
to
pick
up
your
wing
to
make
it
through
and
then
drop
it
back
down
after
you
get
through
the
park,
cars
and
obviously
you'll
see
the
wind
rose
around
the
cars
and
then
you
know
usually
a
day
or
two.
We
ought
to
come
back
and
plow
those
areas
again,
pricing
that
more
this
year,
because
the
cold
kind
of
keeps
that
snow
there
there's
no
melting.
So
then
we
have
to
kind
of
go
back.
B
A
B
A
B
When
we
get
over
three
inches,
we
call
in
our
contractors.
Most
of
them
are
surrounding
area
farmers
who
use
tractors,
they
use
city
plows
on
them,
but
you
will
see
tractors
of
kind
of
various
shapes
and
sizes
working
in
the
residential
areas
and
that's
how
we
kind
of
make
sure
that
we
can
cover
the
entire
area
and
meet
our
policy
to
clear
all
the
streets
on
snows
over
3
inches
under
3
or
right
at
three.
Your
pricey
city
forces
doing
those
residential
streets
and.
B
A
B
We
have
kind
of
three
three
ways
that
are
easy
and
also
a
phone
number,
so
you
can
email
us
at
snow
streets
at
city
aims
the
I
us.
You
can
also
use
the
city's
Facebook
and
Twitter
account.
Those
are
probably
the
easiest
for
us,
so
we
can
react
as
we
have
time.
We
also
have
the
snow
desk
number,
which
people
can
call
and
leave
a
message
and
we'll
get
to
those
four
streets
or
didn't
get
plowed
or
mailboxes
that
might
have
been
damaged
and
we'll
make
sure
those
are
taken
care
of
so.
A
B
Yep
anything
like
that
and
then
for
sidewalks.
We
also
have
a
phone
desk
number
for
sidewalk
reports
and
also
an
email
which
is
just
snow
walks
instead
of
snow
streets
and
that
allows
people
to
email
in
addresses
where
they
may
see.
Sidewalks
aren't
shoveled,
and
then
we
will
deal
with
those
as
they
come
up.
So.
B
Last
year
we
went
to
early
May,
but
I
think
when
you're
in
the
public
works
department
in
a
city
in
Iowa,
it's
kind
of
year-round,
it's
just
varying
levels,
so
we're
always
talking
equipment.
How
we
can
do
better
things
like
that
this
year
we
do
have
a
new
truck.
That's
out,
so
we're
now
up
to
11
dump
trucks
that
we
can
get
out
and
so
kind
of
throughout
the
year
we
talked
you
know:
how
could
we
do
things
better?
What
could
we
change?
B
A
A
You're
looking
to
find
out
if
the
aim,
snorin
and
Susan
effect
or
not
make
sure
to
check
our
website
at
city
of
Ames
or
you
can
also
follow
us
on
Facebook
or
Twitter,
and
get
that
information,
as
well
as
the
local
media,
and
don't
forget
to
mark
your
calendars
for
Monday
februari
17th,
that's
president's
day
and
City
Hall
and
most
of
the
offices
will
be
closed.
Well,
that's
our
show
for
today,
thanks
for
watching
and
tune
in
next
week.
For
this
weekend,
names.
