A
A
A
B
B
A
B
I
find
I
studied
abroad.
A
couple
of
summers,
so
I
find
that
I
relate
to
a
lot
of
the
students
are
here
on
foreign
exchange.
So
even
if
we
don't
speak
the
same
language,
I
understand
the
process
of
coming
to
a
new
place
and
doing
things
differently
and
dealing
with
different
money
and
and
all
of
the
things
that
comes
with
the
foreign
living
and
foreign
travel,
so
I
think
I
think
those
skills
helped
me
reach
the
whole
public.
Now.
A
B
B
The
only
way
to
to
do
an
application
is
either
in
our
office
in
person
or
online
at
Ames
utilities,
calm
and
they
just
go
to
the
start
service
form
if
they
are
transferring
from
one
location
to
another.
It's
a
little
easier.
We
can
do
that
over
the
telephone,
so
they
can
call
us
and
we
can
get
all
the
information
in
their
old
location
where
they're
going
to
move
to
and
set
up
that
transfer
through
the
phone,
but
otherwise
they
have
to
fill
out
an
application
or.
A
B
A
B
A
B
A
B
Do
get
a
lot
of
questions,
especially
because
we're
listed
in
the
phone
book
as
customer
service,
so
they
think
we're
customer
service
for
the
entire
city
a
lot
of
times.
Ok,
so
we
have
a
like
a
cheat
sheet
on
our
desks,
so
we
can
at
least
direct
people
to
the
the
right
department
and
tell
them
how
to
get
there.
So.
A
You
really
get
a
good
sense
of
the
questions
that
the
entire
city
organization
is
getting
yes.
So,
as
we
said,
this
is
a
busy
time,
and
it
wasn't
that
long
ago,
when
this
time
of
year
meant
tables
set
up
in
the
hallway
and
long
lines,
sort
of
sneaking
through
City
Hall
and
you
mentioned
online.
Is
that
what
kind
of
changed
this
we.
A
B
What
happens
is
we
have
a
number
of
people
who
do
wait
to
the
last
minute
and
sometimes
we
have
to
create
a
cutoff
deadline,
so
we
can
only
take
August
first
applications
until
you
know
three
or
four
days
prior
normally
not
during
rush.
We
can.
We
can
do
it
on
at
one
business
day
notice,
but
during
that
time
period,
just
because
of
the
sheer
volume
of
applications
that
have
to
be
processed,
we
we
sometimes
have
to
cut
them
off
and
you
might
not
get
until.
B
A
B
You
need
to
know
the
address
that
you're
moving
to
if
you're,
just
stopping
your
service
you'll
need
a
forwarding
address
so
that
we
know
where
to
send
your
refund.
If
you
have
a
deposit
check
refund,
coming
or
the
where
to
send
the
final
bill,
and
then
you
need
photo
ID.
If
you
come
in
in
person,
it
can
be
an
ISU,
ID
or
driver's
license
or
a
state
issued
ID,
but
you
would
have
to
have
that
identification
with
you
and.
A
Then
you
need
to
know,
you
said
the
address
that
you're
stopping,
but
also,
if
you're
transferring
yes,
the
address
that
you're
moving
to
so
just
just
a
series
of
information
that
you
really
do
need,
whether
you're
in
coming
in
and
person,
you
said
or
filling
out
online.
You
really
have
to
have
your
information
ready.
Yes,
it
makes
it
a
lot
easier.
Are
there
some
common
questions
or
stumbling
blocks?
You've
noticed
in
your
years
of
working
that
people
forget,
or
they
didn't
didn't,
know.
B
There's
a
lot
of
people
where
you
have
a
group
of
roommates
living
together,
one
roommates
leaving
they
happen
to
be
the
ones
who
have
the
utilities
in
their
name.
One
of
the
other
roommates
is
going
to
to
put
it
in
theirs.
They
tried
to
do
a
transfer,
it's
not
really
a
transfer,
it's
a
whole
new
account
under
their
name
and
social
security
number
and
a
lot
of
times.
They
don't
understand.
They
just
do
a
start
service,
even
though
they've
been
living
there
for
a
year
or
longer.
B
So
that's
a
common
question
that
we
get
a
lot
of
times.
We
get
questions
about
security
deposits,
a
lot
of
the
students
that
are
coming
here.
This
is
their
first
time
having
utilities
in
their
name
and
if
they
have
an
established
credit
with
us
or
or
with
another
utility
company
they'll,
be
assessed
a
security
deposit
on
their
first
month's
bill,
and
then
we
hold
onto
that
until
they
make
12
on-time
payments
in
a
row
and
then
we
refund
it
to
their
13th
bill.
B
If
they
move
out
before
that
happens,
we
just
refund
it
to
their
final
bills.
So
they
get
that
money
back.
But
the
security
deposit
is
the
highest
bill
in
the
last
12
months
at
the
location,
so
everybody
pays
a
different
security
deposit.
So
there
we
usually
get
a
lot
of
questions
about
those
in
how
they
work
so.
A
B
Website
is
Ames
utilities,
calm
and
then
we
do
also
take
email
questions.
We
have
an
email
address,
that's
fairly
long,
but
it's
available
on
the
website
on
Ames
utilities
com.
You
can
contact
us.
We
have
a
FAQ
page
where
we
actually
produced
a
video
together.
Answering
some
of
the
FAQ
s.
There's
a
link
to
that
video
on
there
and
then
the
start.
Stop
and
transfer
forums
are
on
there
and
then
some
people
are
just
buying
new
appliances
and
not
moving
from
place
to
place.
We
have
information
for
rebate
forms
on
our
website
as
well.
A
A
So
if
you're,
one
of
those
planners
or
you
really
should
be
one
of
those
planners,
get
that
application
and
get
the
process
started,
call
email.
If
you
have
questions
Nikki
I
know
it's
busy
for
you.
So
I
appreciate
you
taking
the
time
to
share
this
information
with
us.
Thank
you
for
having
me
again
if
you'd,
like
more
information
on
stop
starting
or
transferring
your
utilities,
remember
that
address
Ames
utilities,
com!
That's
where
you
can
get
the
information
you
need.
A
If
you
have
a
question
about
your
utilities,
go
ahead
and
give
them
a
call
during
business
hours.
The
number
is
5
15
to
395
120.
Well,
remember!
If
you'd,
like
