Capable
of
being
done
on
this
specific
piece
of
land,
of
course,
the
second
person,
the
proper
I
think
I,
gave
you
some
photographs
up
there,
showing
that
the
Sutton
does
modern
map
building.
It
is
a
essentially
from
Street
elevation,
a
one-story
structure
that
it
has
a
full
basement
underneath
it
78
feet
long
by
about
27
feet
wide
and
the
building
next
door
you
can
see
is
the
Patent
Office
business
and
what
I
I
submitted
to
the
city
for
an
application
for
a
use.
E
B
D
B
B
And
looking
at
that,
we
looking
at
the
development
potential
of
that
site
as
to
residential
in
mixed-use
commercial
in
this
b1,
which
is
emitted
by,
could
I
believe
I
considered,
adding
two
stories
to
the
existing
one-story
building
and
then
also
renovating
the
lower
floor
as
residential
or
rental
property.
Three
apartments,
essentially,
with
the
first
floor,
the
street
level
of
being
commercial
remaining
one
around
I.
B
At
the
point,
I
think
there
are
actual
single-family
dwellings,
people
that,
and
if
you
as
you
can
also
see
I
know,
if
you
probably
know
the
West
carpenter
street
elevation
of
that
building,
is
the
worst-looking
elevation
of
them
all.
In
terms
of
the
way
it's
been
kept
up
to
the
maintain
and
we've
just
felt
that
this
would
be
a
good
potential
use
for
this
particular
site
and
trying
to
provide
better
still
providing
the
b1
commercial
activities
which
are
allowed
by
code
on
the
site,
but
also
the
corporative
some
residential
use
as
well.
Question.

G

G
B
B
G
B
D
G
F
B
H
B
B
That's
that's
the
config
pretty
much
the
configuration.
It
is
right
now
and
people
actually
perpendicularly
perpendicular
to
the
property
building
and
then
the
line
there,
but
because
of
the
it's,
not
legal
in
terms
of
the
parking
spot
area,
I
was
not
capable
of
showing
that
actually
more
cars
could
fit
in
that
front
of
this
new
modern
map
that
actually
are
indicated
on.
D
B
The
curb
cuts
that
are
existing
I
think
that
just
trying
to
enhance
that
intersection
with
the
trees.
Now
some
of
these
trees
I
have
plant
them
on
the
right
away,
which
I
have
to
make
sure
that's,
okay,
instead
of
on
the
property
but
I
think
as
accurate
as
I
can
on
this.
Drawing
I
have
not
had
a
survey
done
specifically:
I
have
just
used
the
flat
maps
available
and
aerial
photography
available
through
the
cities,
references
to
superimpose
these
building
and
the
property
lines
on
the
site.
A
D
A
D
B
B
Just
one
more
just
if
you
go
to
the
you,
look
at
the
West
Park
under
Street,
the
left
side,
there
were
I,
have
a
yellow,
color
there.
That
is
all
sidewalk
right
now,
even
though
it's
in
very
poor
condition,
the
rest
of
it
is
completely
open
to
West
carpenter
street.
There
is
no
curve.
It's
just
pull.
B
B
Concept
is
to
actually
have
the
entry
over
we're
just
where
it
says.
Wes
carpenters
briefed
on
that
drawing
I
have
that
hatched
area
there.
That
would
be
the
interest
and
there'd
be
a
stairwell
at
that
corner
that
the
building's
moving
up
so
I
would
take
a
tiny
bit
of
the
first
floor
and
actually
make
it
a
communicating
stair
to
get
to
the
second
and
third
floor
and
also.
D
B
G
B
F
E
My
concern
is:
it's
just
feathered:
it's
a
very
urban,
locked
and
yep
from
what
that
Billings
is
so
suburban,
its
surrounded
by
sea
parking
and
it
seems
like
I,
understand,
there's
a
basement
there
that
you
want
to
try
to
use
for
or
use,
but
is
there
another
way
that
you
can
cite
the
building
that
it
has
more
of
a
presence
than
sort
of
being
to
see.
You
know
parking
stalls
that
especially
because
Lancaster
Street
seems,
like
you
know
you
kind
of
come
sort
of
really
wraps
around
that
law.
E
B
Primer,
well
one
of
the
things
that,
for
my
past
experience
of
dealing
with
the
code
I,
the
building
that
lot
is
not
the
former
law
right,
and
so,
if
I
tried
to
make
the
building
clipper
in
any
larger
I
would
run
into
ball
control
issues
that
you
know
would
prevent
me
from
doing
anything.
Honest
I'm
supposed
to
have
a
forty
foot,
rear
setback,
no
30
I,
know
I.
Don't
quite
have
that
right
now
on
that
one
corner
of
the
building,
so
essentially
what
I
always
try
to
do
and
I
evaluate
with
the
capability
or
the?
B
F
B
And
just
build
owner
what
I'm
going
to
do
and
I've
done
this
numerous
times
is
I'm
build
a
new
building
inside
this
one.
Okay
I'll
have
a
complete
new
structural
system
which
will
carry
they.
For
that
mean
it
will
be
completely
independent
of
the
structure
of
this
existence
dropout
facility
here
right.
B
B
Got
the
grows
and
company
down
there
is
little
we're
almost
down
to
on
a
farther
down
north
Lancaster,
where
there's
some
our
larger
apartment
structures,
but
for
the
most
part,
this
is
a
transition
between
the
bigger
buildings
and
the
littler
buildings
and
I'm
sure
that
we
would
have
an
articulated
building
with
porches
and
balconies.
So
would
be
nice.
Let's
try
to
make
it
blend
in
as
much
as
possible.
F
F
F
B
F
G
A
A
You
know
in
this
sort
of
thing
and
I'm
also
encouraged,
because
several
times
we've
had
people
come
with
ideas
for
its
similar
sized
little
bigger
Lots,
but
having
you
know
so
many
apartments,
but
it
just
you
know,
then
it
runs
into
just
too
much
density
and
so
I
think
that,
personally
from
this
right
here,
I
see
a
really
nice
balance
between
the
commercial
in
there
and
for
myself
and
looking
at
how
many
apartments
are
there.
So
I
I
think
that
that
is
I.
Commend
you
for
that
I
think.
A
That's
great
I,
also
like
the
idea
when
you
start
looking
at
surrounding
uses
the
fact
that
to
kind
of
replicate
some
of
the
architectural
details
from
the
other
houses
and
I
know
a
lot
of
those
places
have
Gables
and
stuff,
and
so
I
know
you're
in
David's
work.
So
no
worries
about
that.
So
the
process
with
this
is
I.
Would
encourage
you
to
get
on
the
docket
of
the
other
Commission's,
specifically
the
tree
Commission?
G
A
H
H
That's
my
two
cents
on
it
and
we,
the
tree
Commission,
we'll
get
them
on
the
agenda
with
them,
see
what
the
reason
we
didn't
proceed
that
far
forward
at
this
point
is
because
there's
a
real
estate
transaction
that
has
to
go
through
right
between
the
current
owner
of
the
site
and
the
person
somebody
wants
to
buy
and
do
the
redevelopment
so
I
didn't
think
it
was
wise
for
us
to
sign
a
case
to
this
one.
We
still
have
a
real
estate
transaction.
A
B
A
B
G
Think
it's
a
good
one,
actually
I
guess
I,
just
wonder
where
the
look
at
the
tree
island
you're,
putting
in
there
this
these
according
to
sketch
or
they
map
that
you're
presenting
these
are
actually
no
more
than
what's
in
the
city
right
away.
Right
now
turns
to
the
curves
present:
curb
cuts,
no
okay,
so
we're
not
I'm.
B
Know
these
these
curb
cuts
and
I
did
try
to
make
them
as
accurate,
because
I
could.
Okay.
If
the
information
I
have
okay.
G
B
B
E
D
D
E
B
C
D
B
D
B
F
F
C
F
H
With
how
it
actually
works
on
straight
away,
city
council
two
weeks
ago,
I
believe
the
three
weeks
ago
there
was
a
the
planning
planning
committee
recommended
that
to
Jennifer's
Simon,
that
she
from
the
Athens
chamber
that
she
get
in
contact
with
some
of
her
people
to
come
back
and
give
their
recommendations
or
their
problems
with
title
41.
Now
that's
been
going
through
for
the
last
year
and
I
met
with
them
this
morning,
their
government
affairs
committee,
and
it
was
brought
up
again
and
I,
want
to
thought
the
Planning
Commission.
H
Should
it's
useful
to
look
at
it
through
what
actually
happens
rather
than
what
the
code
says
we
do
so
we
can
actually
visualize
and
see
what
the
process
is.
So,
if
we're
going
to
be
revealing
this
for
council
that,
if
the
Planning
Commission
has
any
recommendations
with
how
it
works
or
things
that
should
be
fixed
on
it,
that
we
can
discuss
that
as
well.
D
H
D
H
C
H
You
mean
it
as
far
as
everybody
reviewing
it
streets,
water
well
at
etc.
That
well,
that
you
mean.
H
C
H
C
H
C
Done
I
guess
in
the
past
they
tell
me
we've
gotten
pretty
far
down
the
road
with
a
project
and
then
wellhead
protection
is
brought
in
and
it's
more
to
do
with
the
triangle
right
all
the
information
that
they
have
to
do
when
you
have
like
some
of
our
most
recent
health
care
facilities
have
been
tons
of
the
MSDS
data
sheets
that
they
have
to
get
in
and
whatever.
So
it's
a
timing.
H
F
H
F
H
G
In
theory,
okay,
let's
just
play
out
why
we
would
deny
something
like
this:
it
either
doesn't
fit
our
code.
What
we
decide
it's,
not
in
the
best
interests
of
a
comprehensive
plan,
so
they
could
come
back
at
us
with
a
modification
they
could
come
here.
In
theory,
go
to
this
done.
Blood
appeals
for
some
of
the
something
that
doesn't
fit
code,
at
least
in
a
title:
23
right
away
issues
we
go
to
council.
G
So
in
terms
of
appeal,
the
rejection
out
try
to
think
why
we
to
reject
it
outright
would
imply
that
it
doesn't
fit
something
in
our
code
in
general,
all
right
write
up
that
they
can't
even
change
at
this
point:
okay
or
they're,
not
willing
to
change.
Does
that
make
sense?
So
when
you
say
that
you
know
they
want
to
appeal,
it
I
mean
that
just
say:
let's
go
to
the
Court
of
Appeals
and
just
win
a
case
and
build
a
building
in
the
cars
of
what
we
want.
G
D
A
G
G
In
fact,
I
don't
even
know
it's
got
for
a
full
board
right
now,
so
you
can
see
where
there's
avenues
of
appeals,
at
least
in
three
of
those
aspects
right
there
where
this
title
goes
of
29:31
the
housing
race,
23,
zoning
and
right-of-way,
of
course,
would
be
again
by
default.
Goes
to
council
after
that,
and
what
other
problems
will
be.
We
anticipate
happen
here.
You
know
is
it
because
they
did
build
it
according
to
the
fire
requirements.
G
A
F
A
F
H
Think
at
this
point
they
didn't
have
there
wasn't
much
concern
because
there
hadn't
been
enough
there
at
this
there's
only
one
project,
that's
gone
from
start
to
finish
through
it,
nothing
and
thats
it
we
have,
and
then
we
have
Glenfinnan
since
property
on
Columbus
Road,
which
is
in
process
right
now.
So
we
don't
have
enough
to
really
see
what's
working
on
it.
What's
not
working
great
business
is
we're
at
their
position
on
right
now.
E
D
E
E
E
G
G
G
Mean
if
they're,
if
they're
not
gonna,
be
giving
us,
you
know
I
doubt
we
need
for
this
particular
one.
We
just
saw
a
traffic
impact
study,
but
if
somebody's
saying
you
know
you
did
not
give
me
what
I
need
here,
it's
adequate
to
fire
study
right.
You
know,
egress
address,
it's
gonna,
stop
before
you
exactly.
They
should
even
cut
to
it.
So
yeah
you're,
right,
okay,
so
amendment
maybe
because.
E
I
mean
that's
that
I
think
this
sort
of
thing
that
we're
trying
to
do
now
is
make
sure
people
come
in
come
in.
First
will
do
communications,
make
sure
we
can
give
you
some
positive
negative
feedback
either
way,
and
then
that
way
you
know,
that's
only
gonna
help
prepare
them
when
they
really
go
for
vacation
yeah.
A
I'm
I'm
wondering
if
part
of
this
review
since
there
has
been
so
few
processes
finished
it's
a
little
premature
and
we
need
to
wait
and
instead
of
having
a
calendar
time
to
review
it
saying
you
know,
maybe
after
a
few,
more
projects
are
completed
or
something
that
would
just
make
more
sense.
I
mean
I
know
that
the
person
the
first
process
process
she
was
interviewed
by
the
newspaper,
so
it
was
great
face
friendly
and
customer
satisfaction,
which
is
what
we
like
to
hear
but
yeah.
E
I'm
sorry
again,
I'd
still
I
mean
there's
to
me.
There's
nothing
wrong
with
setting
milestones
in
the
15
days.
They're.
Not
and
again
they
can
say
they're
only
looking
to
say
it's
complete
right,
so
there's
more
documentation
needed
for
them
to
make
their
decision.
They
just
have
to
say
that
within
15
days,
then
this.
G
D
A
E
A
Mean
I
think
that
interviewing
though
the
first
person
you
know,
what
would
you
approve
might
be
a
I
mean
we
didn't
have
the
checklist
with
that
one
I
mean
that's
something
that
came
out
of
that
process
is
checklist
and
stuff,
so
I
mean
it's
been
going
under
constant
review
internally,
making
new
Chuck,
quests
and
flowcharts
and
stuff.
So
you.
H
Review
may
take
longer
than
15
days
and
that's
something
that
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
have
written
in
there,
because
requirement
is
that
everything
must
be
reviewed
within
15
days
of
service
safety.
Director
saying
that
the
application
is
complete
and
from
that
point
then
we
have
to
at
the
end
of
that
15
days,
then
that
we
move
it
back
to
the
planning,
Commissioner
and
so
I.
H
G
A
A
A
A
A
Thank
you
next
on
the
agenda
is
the
opportunity
for
citizens
to
speak
okay
announcements.
Another
business
in
the
next
meeting
is
November
15
2008
at
12
o'clock.
What
happened
to
know.
