A
A
A
B
Yes,
I,
provided
you
with
a
copy
of
the
authorizing
ordinance.
Actually,
it's
called
the
development
agreement
between
City
Council
and
we're
actually
the
city
of
Athens
and
the
developer
Beaumont
green
LLC.
The
ordinance
is
o-o
507
stated
in
the
past,
March
5th
2007.
If
you
look
at
turn
to
what
would
be
page
3
under
city
responsibilities,
section
II,
it
says
it
is
the
city's
intent
to
annex
the
property
with
an
r3
zoning
designation.
B
So
when
I
saw
that
this
was
on
the
agenda,
I
wonder
hole
up
a
copy
of
that
just
so
you
knew
with
that.
A
development
agreement
had
said
and
I
generated
an
exhibit
to
that
you
can
forward
on
to
the
City
Council
if
you'd
like.
If
you
do
recommend
our
three
I
can
change
it.
If
you
want
to
make
it
something
different,
but
it
shows
the
properties
in
the
zoning
districts
in
that
area.
B
Beaumont,
greens,
right
next
to
the
Highway
Patrol,
which
was
the
last
piece
of
property
that
was
annexed
in
that
area.
Recently
it's
zone
b3
and
then,
of
course,
across
the
street.
You
can
see
all
the
area
that's
being
annexed
that
exists
in
the
city
and
the
addition
or
extension
of
the
Holzer
clinic
area
and
the
zoning
mat
in
that
area.
B
One
other
thing
this
doesn't
really
have
anything
to
do
with
this,
but
it
does
have
to
that
for
this
map.
That
I'd,
like
to
point
out,
there's
been
a
lot
of
discussion
about
open
space
zoning
and
if
you
look
on
the
south
side
of
East
State
Street,
you
see
that
large
open
space
area
that
follows
exactly
the
new
floodway
boundary
line.
So
now
you
know
when
we
do
have
opportunity,
we
try
to
make
spaces.
That
would
you
know
otherwise,
because
the
flood
hazard
not
be
developable
that
those
be
zoned
open
space.
B
C
So
I
would
like
the
city
to
maybe
explore
that
it's
a
trail
east
minor
access
have
it
brought
up.
You
know
asked
just
a
discussion
point
by
council
with
the
developers
as
part
of
this
I
think
that
I
think
it
was
several
years
ago
before
the
project
actually
went
through,
that
people
had
approached
them
and
they
seemed
fairly
a
minimal.
So
I
think
that
would
be
a
good
opportunity
to
work
with
somebody
and
doing
you
know:
private,
individual
and
the
city
working
together.
