A
A
A
We
have
minutes
accepted.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
candy,
for
that.
Those
minutes
are
also
available
to
the
public
on
the
government
channel
as
a
posting.
So
people
may
read
those
our
first
order
of
business.
Is
the
landscape
issue?
That's
the
ordinance
issue,
pardon
me
and
we
have
a
landscape
plan
for
Bennigan's,
which
is
a
restaurant,
going
out
on
East,
State
Street
next
to
the
Eldar
Biermann
wall
and
in
front
of
Hampton.
In
the
address
there
is
a.
A
Good
address
for
1900-
and
this
is
on
the
north
side
of
the
streets
for
people
wondering
about
the
site.
It
has
some
challenges
in
that
there
is
a
great
slope
at
the
back
of
the
lot,
which
would
be
the
northern
end
of
a
lot
and
then
it
gradually
slopes
20
states.
Treating
then
there's
another
slope
right
down
to
East
the
State
Street
frontage.
A
B
B
It
doesn't
appear
to
be
an
additional
eight-foot
border
between
Bennigan's
and
Hampton
Inn
driveway,
now,
clearly,
they're
sharing
this
driveway
and
I'm
not
sure
what
how
we
should
interpret
the
landscape
ordinance.
It
says
there
should
be
an
8
foot
depending
on
the
size
of
the
property
border
on
each
side
of
the
boundary
between
the
borders.
C
A
literal
reading
of
the
ordinance
would
have
a
16-foot
grass
buffer,
because
the
drive
area
up
to
the
Hampton
is
greater
than
seven
thousand
square
feet
or
twenty
five
cars,
and
also
the
Bennigan's
lot
is
too
so.
There
should
be
an
eight-foot
reserve
on
the
Bennigan's
property,
then
eight-foot
reserve
on
the
50-foot
wide
section
of
the
hotel
lot
that
comes
down
to
State
Street.
The
original
plan
that
you've
looked
at
several
months
ago.
C
The
owner
Rick
Rose
owner
Bennigan's,
had
asked
for
a
consolidation
approval
where
he
didn't
want
to
have
interior
landscaping.
Didn't
want
to
have
anything
over
by
the
mall
wanted
to
actually
use
part
of
that
50
feet
where
he
has
the
easement
working
in
relationship
with
mr.
portal,
who
came
in
with
a
plan
not
too
long
ago
through
the
Hampton
end,
so
he
was
asking
for
consolidation
essentially
now.
The
reason
this
has
come
back
is
because
I
believed
after
you
reviewed
the
original
plan.
You
drafted
a
letter
and
sent
it
to
mr.
C
C
Mr.
Rose
has
essentially
been
out
of
contact
with
the
city
for
quite
a
while
and
did
come
to
town
last
week,
with
his
contractor
and
I
was
trying
to
get
something
squared
away
on
water,
sewer
taps
that
kind
of
thing,
and
when
he
was
in
my
office,
I
told
him.
You
need
to
react
to
the
tree
Commission's
letter
and
submit
a
new
plan,
and
he
just
told
me
then
that
whatever
the
tree
Commission
wants.
That's
what
I'll
do.
C
So
kind
of
look
at
it's
a
great
opportunity.
He
essentially
admitted
or
not
admitted
but
realized
that
his
his
plan
as
presented
was
not
going
to
fly
any
more,
but
there
was
something
else
that
had
to
be
done
and
he
was
evidently
preoccupied
with
other
issues
and
told
me
simply
to
present
it
again
the
tree
Commission
and
you
can
you
essentially
have
got
him
a
blank
slate
to
do
whatever
it
is.
C
You
need
to
do
what
I
had
marked
on
the
plan
and
what
I
told
him
was
you
need
to
over
by
the
university
mall,
take
your
driveway
and
move
it
over
lose
a
row
of
parking
on
the
eastern
side
in
order
to
get
that
landscape
buffer.
You
need
to
remove
four
parking
spots
on
the
interior.
Part
of
the
parking
lot
and
I'd
indicated
those
two
to
meet
the
five
percent
interior
requirement.
C
C
That
material
is
just
all
fill
it's
things
that
have
been
moved
around,
so
the
quality
of
the
of
the
soil
may
be
a
little
suspect,
but
you
were
concerned
about
that
slope
on
the
front
and
what
would
be
planted
there
there's
a
lot
of
right
away.
They
have
more
than
a
hundred
feet,
oh
right
away,
so
they
could.
They
could
use
it
right
away
through
the
front,
plantings,
I'm,
not
sure
exactly
what
was
indicated
on
the.
C
B
A
D
A
C
C
Required
them
to
have
over
a
hundred
thing
is
they
have
a?
They
have
a
parking
easement
a
parking
agreement
to
park
on
the
side
of
university
mall
if
they
have
excessive
parking.
The
city
requirement
was
only
for
something
in
the
60s.
So
this
by
taking
that
drive,
Isle
off
reducing
some
parking
on
that
side
and
losing
four
spaces
to
tree
islands.
It's
not
going
to
put
it
below
the
quirky
requirement
of
the
city.
Now
that
might
be
a
lot
lower
than
what
he
wants.
C
F
C
C
As
clearly
defined
as
some
might
hope,
where
you
can,
you
can
see
exactly
you
can
cut
across
the
back
over
then
against
without
really
going
through
the
parking
lot.
But
it's
gonna
be
a
little
bit
of
a
maze
going
through
the
lot
I'll
be
able.
You
will
be
able
to
make
it
from
University
mall
to
the
drive
up
to
the
hotel
through
the
back
of
Bennigan's,
and
there
is
a
recorded
easement
across
the
back.
C
D
H
G
C
Of
this
is
going
to
have
to
be
reworked
what
I
did
was
I
went.
There
was
one
of
the
things
that
the
administration
wanted
was
this
cross
access,
because
we
didn't
want
people
coming
down
out
of
the
Hampton,
we're
very
close
to
a
signalized
intersection
and
then
have
trouble
getting
out
on
the
State
Street.
So
at
the
city's
request
there
was
an
agreement
between
Bennigan's,
the
Hampton
and
the
University
Mall
for
the
season.
Now
it's
not
I,
say
it's
not
the
perfect
ideal
route
across
there,
but
there
is
the
ability
to
get
across
the
easement.
C
C
D
D
A
Is
helpful
so
that
you
don't
have
some
come
orifice
asphalt,
see
that
you're
navigating
and
wondering
where
the
edge
is,
and
we
have
a
couple
of
parking
lots
like
that
in
town
that
or
hard
to
figure
out
where
you're
going
okay,
so
that
might
call
for
some
more
plant
inspector.
This
is
nice.
The
addition
of
the
trees
that
you
indicated
at
the
back
of
it
employees
parking
lot
to
help
upper
house.
The
shrub
area
over
here
might
also
be
a
candidate
for
you.
A
A
B
B
We
might
expect
all
the
way
I
want
there,
one
end
to
the
other,
taking
out
spaces
for
entries
and
so
on.
One
of
the
things
that
I
think
we're
gonna
have
to
do
is
establish.
Who
is
responsible
for
which
trees
between
afternoon
and
this
site
I
think
what
we?
What
we
should
do
is
allow
Bennigan's
to
consolidate
what
they
should
plant
along
their
Valley
State
Street
yeah.
A
B
That
way,
we're
not
going
to
impinge
on
parking
spaces
on
the
website
I
like
Steve's
idea
of
putting
the
trees
along
this
life,
taking
out
the
one
space
on
here
and
then
putting
these
interior
Lots
in
with
four
trees.
A
total
of
four
trees.
That's
a
little
bit
under
what
we
might
expect
for
this
number.
That.
A
B
A
B
D
B
B
C
C
To
keep
in
mind
too
is
I,
suspect,
I'll
have
a
proposal
for
development
of
the
front
lot
just
to
the
west
very
soon,
and
so
you'll
have
the
opportunity,
if
you'd
like
to
we're
the
trees
going
up,
the
driveway
entrance
to
the
Hampton
and
another
thing
to
just
for
people
might
be
listening.
The
comment
mr.
Ingram
made
about
quite
a
few
trees.
C
A
B
A
B
A
A
E
B
A
C
B
C
At
that
time
this
was
probably
a
couple
months
ago.
He
said
he
was
sure
the
architect
was
going
to
do
whatever
was
necessary,
whatever
that
meant.
So
what
we
can
say
is
necessary.
Is
you
take
this
letter
with
these
recommendations,
created
a
sight,
drawing
force
for
landscaping
and
resubmit
that
so.
H
G
D
C
G
C
A
B
C
C
Of
these
I
mean
they're
there.
These
are
all
there's
a
lot
of
limitations
on
each
of
these
sites
and
there's
a
lot
going
on
the
owner
wants
to
maximize
the
area
for
customers
of
conducting
business.
The
city
has
an
interest
in
having
the
city
look
a
certain
way:
landscape
ordinance
as
part
of
that
to
help
beautify
the
city
and
actually
to
raise
property
values
is
a
kind
of
an
outcome
of
this
property
will
be
worth
a
lot.
More
would
have
been
just
pavement
all
the
way
around.
C
E
E
A
E
C
A
A
C
C
Burden
ball
came
to
the
Board
of
Zoning
Appeals,
because
Kroger's
needed
a
the
flood
variance
elevation
variance.
The
building
was
constructed
about
eight
inches
lower
than
what
the
city
requires.
It
was
an
error
found
during
a
review
of
their
recent
remodeling
several
years
ago.
The
cost
of
improvement
dictated
flood
proofing.
C
C
There
were
areas
that
the
tree
Commission
had
recommended:
retrofitting
cleaning
up
some
additional
trees
on
State
Street,
some
on
OU's
property
behind
the
building
and
the
representative
Kroger's
and
the
representative,
the
engineering
firm
acknowledged
receiving
that
letter
and
that
they
would
do
all
they
could
to
work
with
a
tree
Commission
and
the
university
to
plant
as
many
trees
as
possible.
They
want
to
be
a
good
neighbor
there.
They
knew
that
they
were
just
meeting
the
park
requirement,
but
they
didn't
want
that
to
be
left
right
there.
So
they're
agreeable
really
to
just
about
anything.
A
You
want
to
do
to
be
honest
with
you.
Well
will
we
have
some
specifics
that
we
can
put
together
for
them
on
sites
and
types
of
trees,
and
maybe
we
could
even
block
out
the
office
store
to
the
east
of
them
that
they'd
like
to
hide
or
maybe
not,
but
we
have
some
good
suggestions
for
use
of
those
spaces
so
that
they
would
have
an
attractive
entry
and
they've
got
a
wonderful
opportunity
on
the
western
side
of
the
parking
lot
to
create
serious
shape
for
parking
and.
C
A
C
A
A
G
Wow
this
is
stuff
telling,
with
the
AP
China
about
the
power
and
I
think
you
forgot,
the
last
email
we've
been
going
back
and
forth
with
John
talk
about
this
same
stuff.
Essentially,
we
gave
him
some.
We
gave
the
language
from
the
86
ordinance
and
can
you
change
that?
They
came
back
to
us.
Levi
wrote
an
answering
machine
message
saying:
no,
we
don't
were
not
entertain
to
anything
to
add
Clooney,
in
other
words
changing
languages
they
like
to
today
right
away
utilities
and
right
away.
G
G
One
thing
I
would
like
to
do
is
thank
you
more
feedback
on
do
at
the
meeting.
They
brought
up
the
idea
that
when
you
do
prune
trees,
when
they
mark
trees,
they
actually
spit
out
yellow
tags.
I
get
to
meet
somebody
who
has
had
one
initial
attacks
on
their
door.
If
possible,
I'd
like
to
see
how
what
percentage
of
people
are
getting
yellow
tags
saying
your
tree
is
about
to
prune
and
what
kind
of
sieges
are
actually
happening
on
the
ground.
H
G
E
G
Ordinance
essentially,
just
as
you
know,
you're
allowed
to
do
whatever
it
takes
to
cut
the
trees
up,
for
rather
those
utilize
electric
lines
going
what
we
were
trying
to
say
that
they
would
follow
some
kind
of
opera
standards
tree
cutting
standards
again,
they
said.
Well,
we
don't
have
to
amend
this.
We
probably
won't
at
the
same
time
they
were
still
willing
to
talk
to
us
about
things.
I
know
we
sent
the
meeting
scheduled
to
them.
I
did
I'm
sure
they
would.
G
H
G
H
G
H
A
G
B
I
E
B
B
B
D
A
A
A
A
Branches
should
be
cut
two
laterals
or
parent
branch,
and
not
at
a
pre-established
clearing
limit,
which
is
an
interesting
in
a
sentence
and
end
point,
because
in
many
cases
what
we're
getting
is
a
corridor
of
a
defined
limit
and
what
would
be
a
better
arrangement
would
be
to
avoid
stub
cuts,
which
means
that
a
tree
has
a
branch.
That's
just
whacked
off
here
and
you
could
perhaps
be
better
advised
to
take
it
all
the
way
back
to
the
for
the
trunk
or
to
some
point
where
another
branch
comes
down.
A
You're
cutting
at
that
point,
so
you
wouldn't
have
that
tunnel
effect
and
the
tree
would
be
healthier
and
in
the
case
of
trees
that
have
been
repeatedly
topped.
Those
trees
are
ultimately
a
potential
hazard
for
for
citizens
as
a
silver
maple.
They
have
Monica
beach,
100
feet
high
and
that
has
been
cut
to
be
under
a
power
line
can
develop
a
terrible
rotting
situation.
Apparently
it's
possible
that
some
of
these
crews
from
Ashland
have
indeed
found
trees
that
have
standing
water.
A
Perhaps
in
the
dead
of
the
crown
trunk,
that's
been
cut
off,
so
those
are
trees
that
probably
are
trees
that
needed
to
come
down
something
small
or
put
in
their
place,
and
you
need
to
work
in
cooperation
with
a
EP
to
get
replacement
trees
in
those
situations.
But
there's
a
lot
of
reasons
to
do
the
right
thing
about
pruning
and
remove
those.
It's
not
everybody
to
be
safe.
The
power
company,
people
and
people
who
live
and
walk
near
trees,
I
see.
D
A
D
A
Came
at
a
two
and
a
half
year
cycle
that
would
improve
things
too
if
they
made
all
the
residential
areas
a
more
frequent
cycle
for
pruning
so
that
they
wouldn't
have
to
take
these
enormous
cuts
when
they
come
back
after
five
years
and
in
some
cases
there
might
think
neighborhoods
are
that
hemant
Forest
Street
has
a
lot
of
pruning
dots
right
now
indicated
about
20
or
so
and
I.
Don't
think
that
Street
has
received
pruning
in
maybe
more
than
five
years,
so
the
pruning
there
is
going
to
make
them
feel
deforested.
D
G
B
B
B
A
A
J
J
I
was
just
trying
to
do
some
rough
calculation
if
the
obscene
Upper,
Arlington
and
other
places
getting
on
a
program
to
remove
ash
trees,
totally
at
least
from
there
there
right
away,
even
if
I
use
the
conservative
figure
say
three
hundred
dollars
per
tree
to
take
out,
because
you
know
we
all
know
to
take
seven
eight
hundred
dollars
on
some
summer,
a
relatively
cheap.
But
maybe
if
we
get
a
mass
contract
and.
J
J
Questions
that
we
might
have
so
part
of
the
you
know
it's
going
through
my
mind
is
that
pen
inventories
fifteen
years
old,
it
was
1991
done
by
Kent,
State
people,
and
maybe
one
of
the
things
that
we
need
to
start
with
is
just
copy.
That
I'll
be
showed
me.
There
was
a
lot
of
description
of
how
they
rated
trees
and
if
it
was
a
good
shape
and
shape
and
size
of
them
a
whole
lot
of
other
things,
but
with
GIS
or
no
other
methods
that
we
have
today
and
all
students
here.
J
That
would
be
lovely
love
to
get
a
part-time
job.
There
wasn't
work
as
long
as
they
were.
We
had
a
good
plan
in
place
to
say
how
do
you
do
it
and
what
are
you
looking
for,
because
we've
never
really
even
assessed
as
far
as
I
know,
and
that's
one
of
the
three
companies
comes
to
us
and
says:
oh
we've
got
this:
you'll
really
have
a
methodology
of
inspection,
our
trees
get
phone
calls
and
sort
of
heaviness
proposition,
so
it
probably
wouldn't
be
a
bad
idea
to
upgrade
our
our
inventory.
J
You
know
as
a
first
step
to
this,
but
I
think
there's
also
an
alert
just
to
the
public
or
council
that
this
is
just.
We
just
talk
to
the
city
right
away
here
on
streets
and
we
probably
I
think
I
was
conservative
with
$120,000
problem,
but
I
didn't
know
before
I
started
looking
down
through
the
tree
in
inventory
that
we
only
had
170
I
was
worried,
we
might
have
300
or
400
of
I
was
only
one
in
my
yard
and
I
know.
J
J
Commission
put
a
plan
together
because
one
of
the
things
I
mean
I
talked
about
later
and
that
light
late
last
week
was
I,
guess
recommended
it's
not
right
now,
state
law
or
anybody
else's
law
like
if
you
discover
enrollment
or
they're,
supposed
to
Radek
eight
that
and
then
a
quarter
of
a
mile
in
every
direction.
My.
F
J
F
D
F
J
B
J
J
J
I'm,
looking
at
probably
are
primarily
toward
one
what
was
just
roosting
when
he's
in
training
as
an
arborist.
He
has
an
interest
in
it.
He
has
the
GIS
background,
but
he
isn't.
He
isn't
going
to
spend
hours
every
day
on
Vedic
day-to-day
supervision
and
the
overall
direction
and
the
Fulton
funnel
form.
Yes,
that's.
J
So
because
I
think
that
can't
be
just
love
it
into
that
Teresa,
because
I've
noticed
in
my
neighborhood
I
think
that
we
probably
have
a
dozen
or
more
fighters
and
it
died.
In
the
last
year,
total
three
carriers
are
taking
one
out
and
it
was
property.
Today,
next-door
neighbor
had
like
seven
truths
they
had
to
have
taken
out
this
year,
so
something
there's
other
things
that
go.
B
J
J
J
Know
three
ways:
one
is
you
wait
to
see
if
it
happens
and
if
it
does
have
the
money
available,
they
would
have
to
spend
fifty
two
hundred
one
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
in
a
year,
but
then
one
of
the
disadvantage
to
that.
If
people
really
believe
it's
going
to
hit
us
at
some
point,
is
you're
going
to
have
over
what
period
of
time
when
we're
planning
is
in
freeze
and
what
kind
of
tree
should
we
marry
planning?
J
You
know
again,
that's
part
of
the
thing
or
even,
if
we
do
the
removal,
should
you
do
it
spotty
up
a
little
bit
everywhere,
so
that
the
nutria
ghost
is
going
to
be
equally
dispersed
too.
So
if
we
get
the
drought
like
conditions,
they
do
those
alluded
to.
We
had
a
little
better
chances,
see
yes
asking.
B
B
F
We
know
when
there
are
supposed
to
be
at
least
one
tree
in
every
Township,
in
many
cases,
two
trees
in
every
Township
across
the
state
that
are
trapped,
trees
that
will
be
cut
down
at
the
end
of
this
season
and
checked
for
him
of
ice
bores.
Now,
if
that
shows
up
ice
Boris
closer
to
Athens,
that
would
I
think
change
our
timeframe.
It
does
not
show
any
ash,
borers
say
closer
than
Franklin
County.
J
D
F
I
F
F
B
J
J
Have
poles
I
think
in
one
of
the
layers
that
you
have,
but
we
don't
have
leopard
some
would
probably
get
just
about
where
the
electric
lines
are,
but
we
don't
have
capacity
or
those
kind
of
things.
That's
why
I
say
no,
but
I
mean
I,
think
one
hairs
like
all
the
streetlights
and
that
type
of
stuff.
Okay,.
G
I
guess
the
reason
why
I'm
asking
is
because,
if
we're
starting
to
look
at
you
know
12
picture
of
trees
and
tell
about
replacement
of
some
species
of
trees
along
the
way
as
flights
come
through
or
infestations,
come
to
the
next
thing
that
is
okay.
We're
going
to
replace
a
tree
a
or
B
it'd
be
nice
to
have
that
information.
G
F
J
Can't
just
go
out
and
do
a
flaming
about
you
use
the
priests
foolishness.
You
know,
I
mean
you
have
to
use
resources
and
the
tree
Commission
is
a
resource.
So
that's
why
I
wanted
to
personally
come
and
say
I'm
concerned
about
this
I'd
like
us
to
get
a
direction
going,
I'm,
not
saying
you
do
it
next
month
or
three
months,
just
four
months
from
now
or
something,
but
if
we
could
start
as
one
of
the
subtasks,
and
maybe
you
spent
fifteen
to
twenty
minutes
per
meeting
on
it.
J
As
Anna
farted
saying
we
try
to
get
Ron
in
here's,
we
try
to
get
the
old
guard
who
we
contract
with
for
GIS
now
and
see
what
their
resources
are.
The
contacts
of
folks
at
the
University
for
their
resources
and
student
help
or
projects
of
class.
You
know
or
different
things
like
that,
because
this
is
practical,
real-life
stuff.
D
J
D
B
G
E
E
A
This
generally
speaking,
probably
it
wasn't
ash
because
they
tended
to
be
more
expensive
things,
so
we're
saved
by
certain
cheapness
all
around,
but
there
there
isn't.
We
really
do
need
inventory
because
of
this
kind
of
patchwork
of
information.
We
don't
know
what's
out
there
and
that
1991
census
of
just
showing
here
there
were
3,000
trees.
There
were
only
something
like
5.8
percent
of
them.
This
176
trees
were
the
ash
trees.
A
In
the
speak
tree
population,
if,
however,
something
came
along
that
eight
maples,
we
would
really
be
in
trouble
because
we
have
something
like
22
at
least
3%,
maybe
more
like
28%.
For
many
of
those
things
are
good
that
were
inventory.
I.
Think
after
the
1991
inventory
inventory
heard
me,
there
was
a
removal
of
some
200
trees
that
were
found
to
be
hazard,
trees
but
or
we're
blocking
signs
causing
probably
say
that
appendices
or.
A
So
there
are
fewer
of
those
trees
are
present
then,
and
then
you
might
expect
we
have
not.
The
city's
probably
removed
more
trees
than
it
has
planted
in
that
period
because
of
the
big
removal
at
that
time
and
then
continuing
removals
ever
after
when
we
plant
I
think
they
are,
we
planted
40
trees,
but
mostly
it's
33
years
or
20
years.
So
getting
up
to
just
the
initial
removal
is
something
happened
that
hasn't
happened.
Three.
D
A
Wasn't
that
well,
in
that
case,
it
was
healthy
for
for
everyone,
because
there
were
trees
that
had
a
Emily
in
some
case
were
walking,
stop
signs,
or
there
were
other
reasons.
You
know
what
trees
were
up
to,
and
this
include
an
assessment
of
whether
the
tree
was
in
excellent
condition,
good
condition,
poor
condition
or
dead
and.
D
E
In
view
of
all
the
maples,
we
have
another
thing
we
might
do
in
public
education
is
promote
for
planning
and
other
tree
species
yeah,
because
we
do
have
such
a
high
percentage
in
it.
And
it's
not
just
like
in
these
developments.
It's
not
just
that.
Oh
well,
we've
got
10
maples
2
maples
that
many,
but
the
tendency
is
to
get
10
maples
of
exactly
the
same
variety
which,
on
the
face
of
it,
doesn't
seem
that
bad.
However,
these
are
often
clones
of
each
other.
They
are
genetically
identical.
E
E
J
F
A
E
D
E
F
A
B
A
F
D
I
F
A
E
A
And
this
the
same
DVD
is
available
at
the
library.
We've
got
two
copies
and
bonner
gave
us
a
second
copy
so
that
people
could
check
it
out
at
the
library.
So
one
if
one
is
interested
in
with
Emily
ash
were
you
can
go,
get
the
DVD
at
the
home,
Street
library,
Athens
county
library,
and
it
is
the
emerald
ash
borer.
The
green
Menace
is
the
title
of
the
rav
d
tree
permits
and.
F
A
A
So
we
have
coming
up
the
third
annual
award
for
landscapes
at
businesses.
Basically,
we
have
done
this
in
at
the
sea
of
2004.
The
first
award
winners
for
the
best
new
landscaping
was
Ruby
Tuesday's
and
the
best
established
landscaping
was
Ohio
University
in
those
are
the
two
categories,
and
then
last
year
the
the
best
new
landscaping
was
closed
and
the
best
established
landscaping
was
Hakan,
Valley
Bank,
and
you
can
see
that
the
qualifications
there,
if
you
think
about
this,
those
two
categories
is
that
there
have
to
be
shade
trees
in
a
parking
lot.
A
That's
one
of
the
qualifications
for
being
nominated
for
this
award,
so
we
are
now
calling
for
nominations
for
businesses
that
have
been
landscaping
that
have
new
landscaping
or
that
have
established
landscaping
and
that
landscaping
has
trees,
shade
trees
in
the
parking
lot.
We
are
going
to
review
them.
We
have
members
of
the
tree
Commission,
who
have
perhaps
served
in
this
capacity
over
YouTube
too
many
times,
but
I
bet
you
are
willing
to
do
it
again.
A
Perhaps
so,
if
you
have
a
nomination
of
a
business
that
you
would
like
to
make,
please
send
the
name
of
the
business
and
its
address
to
the
mayor's
office.
Candy
Brad
Bradley
will
keep
the
list
for
us,
and
the
treat
mission
will
look
at
the
sites
and
then
an
award
will
be
made
sometime
in
October,
probably
for
the
the
leaders.
The
deadline
for
submitting
nominations
is
the
end
of
September
September
30th.
E
E
A
E
B
E
B
A
A
A
A
69
Morris
very
much
want
to
keep
the
tree
as
long
as
possible
and
if
and
when
it
comes
down,
would
love
to
have
a
replacement,
but
it
would
I'd
be
one
of
those
grind
off
the
stump
in
order
to
replant
there's
in
any
space
and
David
found
a
tree
at
150
words,
that
might
mean
possible
pruning.
We
might
group
these
things
for
the
contractor,
but
we'll
get
a
final
word
from
an
on
that
there
is
the
most
difficult
one
was
15
ring.
A
Street
it's
hard
to
find
and
Bryan's
uluka
did
a
really
good
job
of
putting
together
a
ramp.
I
would
never
figured
this
out.
So
if
people
want
to
look
at
this
map
and
go
take
a
look
at
this
tree
that
a
15
ring,
it
is
an
old
walnut
that
is
up
the
dead-end
alley
beside
a
house
offering
and
then
there's
a
slope
and
there's
a
walnut
that
has
a
rakish
angle,
meaning
over
15
rings
Street,
and
that
is
an
area
that
has
had
two
in
defense.
A
D
A
Wade
right
in
the
the
question
is
the
site,
perhaps
the
angle
of
the
trees
of
and
the
fact
that
there
have
been
some
really
dramatic
events
with
trees
and
that
never
been
through
the
rain
storms
twice
the
third
one
that
we've
had
before
the
meeting
was
85
in
Elmwood
and
ants.
Look
because
it
before
it's
I
do
believe
again,
it's
an
oak
tree.
That
is
right
at
the
sidewalk.
They
almost.

A
C
A
A
A
E
A
A
A
D
C
C
I,
don't
need
State,
Street
and
Mike
pitcher,
who
was
an
engineer
with
site
quest
who
did
the
site
location
for
hotel
I
spoke
with
him.
He
received
a
letter.
He
still
said
he
had
to
get
me
something
back
in
writing.
There
were
two
issues
involved.
One
was
the
size
of
the
flag
that
they
were
putting
on
the
tower
and
he
promised
me
that
before
the
4th
of
July,
he
would
have
he'll
put
a
larger
flag
on
which
he
did.
People
notice.
A
C
The
second
issue
was
I
believe
there
were
14,
blue
spruce
were
required
to
be
planted
with
the
planting
height
of
6
feet
and
I
asked
him
why
only
11
2
foot
had
been
planted.
He
said
he
talked
with
the
contractor
who
said
6.
Voters
weren't
available
only
only
ones
that
were
2
feet
high
and
he
couldn't
explain
why
he
planted
fewer
than
the
number.
C
Pitcher
was
very
sensitive.
To
be
honest
with
you,
the
whole
thing
he
he
feels
like
he's,
the
one
that
came
to
town
did
the
presentation
went
to
the
meetings
made
the
agreements
and
he
feels
obligated
to
get
with
all
tell
you
know
to
say
this
is
what
I
negotiated
on
your
behalf.
You
need
to
follow
through
with
it,
so
he
was
very,
very
cooperative.
