A
A
Okay,
the
the
next
item-
and
it's
really,
the
the
one
big
thing
is
that
we're
trying
to
put
together
the
tree
planting
list
for
the
fall,
and
we
want
to
do
at
least
a
dozen
trees.
Since
that's
about
the
number
of
trees
that
have
been
formally
taken
out,
we
have
in
our
budget
still
four
thousand
one
hundred
and
seventy
dollars.
We
can
afford
to
plant
trees
and
then,
let's
see,
we
need
to
get
this
list
together
by
the
end
of
the
month
for
purposes
of
getting
it
to
the
nursery,
and
sooner
is
better
Emily.
B
A
Very
sensitive
about
increase,
so
we've
got
a
site
at
a
parking
lot.
That
probably
has
the
address
of
nine
North
Congress
looks
like
it
has
a
dead,
zelkova
and
Ron
Lucas
can
get
that
out
with
city
crew,
it's
very
small
and
that
could
be
replanted.
So
that's
one
of
the
sites,
I,
don't
think
you've
got
deceiving.
B
A
B
A
D
C
E
B
A
On
that
parking
lot,
steep
slope
that
goes
down
to
West,
State,
Street,
bridge
and
it'll,
be
at
the
top,
so
that
the
parking
lot
would
be
shaded
and
hackberries
are
fun.
If
people
are
watching,
they
should
go.
Google
hackberry
has
a
beautiful
bark
that
looks
like
a
dinosaur,
a
dinosaur
skin
or
something,
and
so
this
is
a
an
Bonner,
maintains
that
children
really
get
a
kick
out
of
it
and.
A
Emily
and
I
cited
three
trees
on
Ohio
and
then
have
difficulties
with
trees
and
other
sites
because
of
things
like
water
meters,
gas
meters,
utility
lines,
you
name
it.
So
we
need
probably
to
do
more
of
this
in
a
committee
meeting
and
a
site
finding
meeting,
and
it
wouldn't
be
a
bad
thing
to
do
something
this
coming
Saturday.
If
people
have
time
after
farmers
market,
you
put
your
I
know
what
you're
doing.
D
E
D
A
E
E
A
We
do
have
a
couple
of
things
that
are
bunched
already.
We
have
a
bunch
on
Ohio.
There
may
be
a
couple
more
happening
on
Morris
depending
on
the
sites.
It
would
be
nice
to
get
people
to
adopt
a
tree.
Yes,
all
right,
and
so
that's
another
thing
about
contacting
people
at
the
sites
we
had
Emily
and
I
had
adventures
on
contact.
There's.
A
D
C
A
You
want
kind
of
a
posse
yeah,
okay,
2:00
p.m.
and
just
come
to
my
place
and
we'll
find
more
sites.
Thanks
to
the
problems
with
the
internet.
Today
we
don't
have
a
report
from
lawn
on
the
street
department
work
for
trees
in
the
right-of-way,
but
he
didn't
do
a
very,
very
good
job
at
the
southeast
Ohio
tree
care
conference.
A
E
A
They've
had
that
was
interesting
to
hear
that
they've
had
a
great
reduction
in
over
time
as
a
result
of
just
doing
this
maintenance.
Preventive
me
he's
done
a
good
job.
Steve.
Do
we
have
anything
on
tree
per
meter
right
of
wave
issues
or
we'll
just
move
on
to
a
landscape
ordinance
issues?
If
you
don't
know,
okay,
let's
see
we,
we
don't
have
any
plans
before
us
at
this
time
we
may
have
some
coming
at
the
next
meeting.
Steve
do
you
have
something
here?
Oh
all,.
D
C
G
G
The
large
square
kind
of
the
upper
top
where
it
says
90
feet
across
that's,
going
to
be
an
auto
parts
store.
Mr.
Elvis
already
has
clearance
that
it's
going
to
be
a
permitted
but
regulated
use
in
the
water
protection
area,
and
he
has
presented
this
plan
for
landscape
and
approval.
Probably
the
reason
why
is
because
it's
really
close
to
being
the
25
car
7,000
square
foot
payment
break.
It's
really
close
on
all
of
those.
It's
got
22
parking
spots
in
the
front
and
then
a
long
driveway
on
the
side.
G
The
buffer
on
the
right
hand,
side
is
10
feet.
The
buffer
on
the
left
is
only
4,
and
these
illustrated
spacing
us
and
trees
they're
not
designated
specifically
but
I've.
Given
mr.
Elvis
a
copy,
the
tree
Commission's
recommended
species
list,
the
little
building
that
you
see
up
toward
the
street
or
the
lower
part
of
the
page.
What.
A
F
G
Pump
station
at
the
cities
in
the
process
of
constructing
it'll
replace
that
other
pump.
That's
out
there,
if
you
notice
to
the
bottom
right
hand,
side
of
notes
of
75-foot
city
right
away,
so
much
of
the
property
of
mr.
Elvis
he's
tied
up
in
highway
huesemann.
So
that's
why
the
city
is
able
to
place
the
pump
station
there,
but
it
also
means
mr.
Elvis
has
limited
use
of
that
land.
G
At
least
you
know,
eight
eight
feet
between
the
building
it'll
be
an
area
plan,
so
this
is
one
that's
just
kind
of
not
really
sure
what
the
final
site
plan
will
be
pending
council's
decision
on
the
revocable
license,
but
spoke
to
mr.
Alps
about
it,
and
he
brought
me
this
plan
this
morning,
so
I'm
going
to
get
it
to
just
quick,
as
I
could
probably
he'll
be
glad
to
take
recommendations
on
species
of
trees.
That's
all
fill
area
mm-hmm
in
there.

As
to
the
third
item-
landscape
ordinance,
revision,
David
Ingram
has
circulated
that
is
circulating
that
the
Chamber's
gotten
a
copy,
Jennifer
Simon
and
the
law
director
release
at
Eliason
thanks
to
david,
and
he
sent
it
to
neighborhood
associations
also
for
comment,
and
so
we're
hoping
that
it
moves
through
in
about
a
month's
time.
Although
that
is
perhaps
optimistic,
but
gets.
F
E
E
A
Did
people
get
a
chance
for
her
I've
seen,
ok,
I
didn't
there
was
only
one
change
that
I
saw
and
corrected
by
email,
and
it's
about
Beaumont
green.
Where
there
was,
we
did
see
review
there,
landscape
planned
for
the
della
drive
senior
residence
and
we
need
to
insert
that.
We
gave
a
provisional
approval
with
the
following
provisions
that
they
replace
the
Don
redwoods
scheduled
at
the
northwest
corner
of
the
site
with
Bald
Cypress
and
replaced
the
hedge
maple
is
scheduled
with
Freeman
maples,
because
hedge
maples
don't
do
well
here.
C
D
F
D
G
B
G
A
A
G
Steve,
what
I
just
want
you
to
have
this
as
an
illustration,
because
I've
read
in
the
newspaper
the
other
day
about
some
problems
with
enforcing
the
tree
ordinance
the
landscape
ordinance.
So
it's
when
to
give
you
this
an
example
of
what
is
done
up
until
this
point.
Ron
Lucas
from
the
street
department,
Nick
Carr
from
water
sewer
and
myself
have
been
in
contact
via
telephone
with
the
owner
who
kept
promising
us
that
don't
worry,
I'll,
take
care
of
everything
and
finally
got
to
the
point
where
we
had
to
start
documenting
everything.
G
So
the
first
document
that
went
out
was
a
letter
dated
July
31st
from
nick
carter,
director,
Water
and
Sewer.
It
had
to
do
with
erosion,
sediment
erosion,
control
at
the
front
of
the
property,
essentially
Notice
of
Violation.
Then
mr.
car
on
September
14th
wrote
in
order
to
comply
and
just
as
interdepartmental
support,
I
did
a
letter
on
September
18th.
That
pointed
out
two
deficiencies
from
landscape
ordinance,
two
deficiencies
related
to
the
zoning
code.
G
G
October
19th,
so
what
what
we
finally
ended
up
having
to
do
here
was
lay
out
documentation.
If
we
have
to
take
this
to
the
step
of
possible
prosecution,
we
have
to
have
our
case
in
place,
so
we
try
the
best
we
can
to
deal
with
property
owners
to
get
them
to
comply
without
having
to
go
through
all
this.
What
I
wanted
to
illustrate
to
you
is
that
there.
C
A
B
Looks
like
three
different
letters,
but
nothing
comes
back
at
you,
not
even
a
peep.
G
G
Lucas
see
we're
on
dealt
with
this
originally
because
a
lot
of
that
sediment
was
coming
out
on
East,
8th
Street,
so
Ron
dealt
with
it
from
a
street
department
perspective.
It
was
clogging
up
catch
bases
and
kind
of
spewing
out
on
East,
8th
Street,
but
ron
was
dealing.
I
gave
him
the
owner's
name
and
contact
information,
and
so
Ron
was
dealing
with
him
early
on
as
a
street
issue.
G
There's
no
documentation
related
to
that
except
some
emails
which
I
guess
are
really
public
records,
so
I
do
have
copies
of
those
the
office
to
well
illustrate,
as
we've
gone
to
extraordinary
lengths,
I
think
to
get
Bennigan's
to
comply.
So
if
we
have
to
go
to
the
next
step
and
forward
this
to
Prosecutor's
Office,
that's
one.
You
know
this
this
and
some
emails
would
be
an
example
of
what
it
takes
actually
to
bring
someone
to
possible
prosecution.
B
G
B
B
D
D
G
G
The
only
thing
that
I
had
I
noticed
as
a
violation
that
there
weren't
our
key
blocks
that
are
required,
so
curbing
is
not
necessarily
required
around
a
parking
area
but
sediment
and
erosion
control,
Liz,
and
that's
why
I
mentioned
in
my
letter.
If
he
did
propose
and
Kirby
that
he
need
to
submit
some
plans
for
catch
basins
and
piping.
That
would
saw
several
problems
with
one
installation,
but
again
I've
got
a
response
back.
A
G
D
G
G
E
G
G
C
G
G
E
I
talked
to
the
people
at
the
library
about
the
tree
Islands.
They
said
that
they
had
been
told
by
the
people
putting
in
the
new
paving
in
the
parking
lot
that
it
was
much
easier
to
go
in
afterwards
and
cut
it
out
and
put
in
tree
islands
than
it
was
to
put
those
in
at
the
time
they
were
doing
it.
Yeah.
D
G
G
E
D
G
I
will
I
don't
regularly
drive
up
into
their
front
parking
lot,
but
once
it's
brought
to
my
attention-
and
there
is
a
good
record
of
it
too,
because
the
city
does
do
permitting
under
the
zoning
code
there's
a
lot
of
things
we
can
tie
into
that
to
that
one
permit,
so
anything
they
might
have
to
do
with
subdivision
land
development,
floodplain
development,
water
protection
area,
development,
landscaping,
you
name
it
it's
all
in
that,
it's
all
in
that
one
file.
They.
