A
A
The
arborist
pardon
me,
you
know,
for
the
city
of
Athens
has
assisted
on
these
tree
permit
applications,
and
there
is
one
tree
of
the
most
pressing,
152
Morris
Avenue,
which
I
think
you
reported
also
David.
As
the
matreya
removal.
We
determined
last
meeting
that
that
should
come
out
on
the
next
contract
and
Ron
has
see.
He
said
he
called
total
tree
care
for
a
removal
estimate,
and
so
that
is
in
the
works
at
52
south
Shannon.
This
is
a
tree
that
also
needs
dead
wood
pruning
by
a
contractor
and
that's
under
Ron's
care.
A
Also,
we've
asked
an
Bonner
to
look
at
that.
There
is
a
tremendous
improvement
in
communication
between
the
city
of
Athens
and
American
Electric
Power
online
cleric
clearance,
issues
on
prunings
and
removals
that
are
taking
place
right
now,
largely
on
the
west
side,
Ron
Lucas
again,
the
City
arborist
is
coordinating
with
the
AEP
people
who
are
doing
this
and
he
said
the
heave
used
their
work
as
being
a
much
better
job
than
in
years
past
and
currently
they're
working
in
the
Schaefer
Street
area
at
University
Commons,
it's
in
sixty
Elmwood
place.
A
A
A
She
says
that
these
trees
are
presently
not
really
any
hazard,
they're
very
light
limbs
that
are
to
be
dead
when
pruned
are
lightweight
and
lightweight
and
permian
punky,
and
not
a
terrible
concern,
but
it's
more
of
an
aesthetic
thing
for
the
property
owner.
So
if
people
are
in
agreement
with
hands.
A
And
now
they're
second
order
of
business
is
landscape
ordinance
and
we
have
landscape
ordinance
issues.
One
is
for
property
at
11,
Graham
Drive,
and
this
is
called
integrated
service
system.
I.
Believe
mr.
vallencourt
is
here
and
might
see
we
can
provide
a
an
assessment
at
this
point.
I,
don't
think
we
have
an
awful
lot
of
questions,
but
would
you
like
to
give
a
brief
summary
sure
you.
B
A
C
B
E
Now
isn't:
isn't
it
scarlet
oak
it
yours
I've,
wondered
about
the
availability
of
that.
Do
you
have
a
source
for
scarlet
dogs
well,.
B
E
B
E
E
E
B
B
D
D
D
D
E
B
D
E
B
Yeah
I
just
know
that
the
trees
that
we
picked
would
be
below
the
the
maximum
height
of
the
tree
would
be
below
the
angle
that
would
interfere
with
the
subtlety
son
in
both
summer
and
winter,
because,
if
we're
not
we're
gonna
set
the
panels
on
the
shore.
Third
son
is
doing
the
work.
They
will
set
the
panels
for
the
optimum
collection
without
having
to
obviously
modify
them
from
summer
or
winter,
and
usually
that
means
you're
gonna
set
them
for
more
of
a
winter
exposure
which.
A
A
Given
the
energy
consideration,
the
Kleins
and
cherries
probably
are
acceptable.
Yes,.
B
B
Other
two
elevations
are
it's
grass
and
there's
a
fence
currently,
rather
than
those
the
North
Sea.
The
East
is
a
commercial
and
I
think
it's
residential
on
both
other
sides
and
we're
dealing
with
there
across
the
street
Oh
y'all
in
the
North,
the
North
elevation
and
the
East
elevation
or
residential
properties.
But.
B
C
C
A
F
F
And-
and
so
he
did
all
this
and
and
then
apparently
he
looked
at
the
old
landscaping
ordinance
and
he
had
drafted
or
he
had
drawn
in
on
the
side.
You
know
under
based
upon
you
old
deal,
ordinances
and
something
that
I
was
talking
to
Steve
and
he
said
not
all
changed.
He
said,
but
that's
okay,
he
said
because
he
says
the
new
ones
and
he
gave
me
a
copy
of
it.
F
All
I
said
you
know
they
allow
you
to
it's
based
on
permeable
surfaces,
non
permeable
surfaces
and
he
said
based
upon
his
calculations,
I
needed
six,
big
trees
or
large
trees.
He
says,
but
you're
allowed
to
use
existing
trees,
so
that's
good.
So
what
I
did
is
I
went
up
and
I
guess
he's
giving
you
the
file
and
took
pictures
of
the
trees
there.
Somebody
has
pictures
he
promised
me.
Somebody
had
two
pictures
explains.
E
F
Yeah
okay,
so
this
is
Congress
here:
okay,
the
trees
that
are
I've
taken
pictures
of
are
located
here.
That's
the
six
trees.
Okay,
those
would
all
remain
now.
There's
a
tree
out
here
that
I
didn't
take.
The
picture
of
that
will
have
to
go
Ashley
yeah,
because
you
know
it's
just
like,
even
if
we
were
able
to
work
around
it
initially
it'll
die.
Yes,.
F
E
E
A
F
F
F
F
That's
complete
with
it.
Actually
that's
what
Jeff
had
drawn
this
into
plant
shrubs
all
the
way
down
through
here
I
did
a
parking
lot
under
the
old
landscaping
ordinance
at
60,
North,
High
Street.
We
had
to
have
buffers
and
we
had
to
have
whatever
so
yeah
I
mean
I
have
no
problems
with
you
know
whether
it
be
boxwood
or
something
that
we
give
some
height
to.
You
know
you
know
five
or
six
feet
or
something
sorry.
A
F
He's
he
his
bedroom
is
on
the
first
floor.
He
has
physically
challenged
and
it's
very
but
anyways
I
said
I'll
meet
you
there,
any
more
plants
shrubs
there.
I
said.
If
you
want
to
put
up
a
fence
it,
it
didn't
matter
to
me
whatever
he
wanted
to
do
yeah.
So
if
you
want
shrubs,
oh
yes,
yes,
that's
fine.
Do
you
want
them
on
both
sides
or.
F
F
A
A
F
F
That's
why
I
okay
yeah-
and
this
actually
will
have
we're
gonna-
have
a
wall
here,
so
you
know
that
the
soil
will
remain
pretty
much
undisturbed
that
it's
at
the
base
of
that
trees.
Now
my
concern
will
be
if
it
happens,
to
die,
because
not
knowing
the
root
structure.
If
we
cut
into
the
roots
too
much
putting
in
this
wall,
it
might
go
yeah
which
case
I
would
simply
just
come
and
play
in
another
tree.
You
know
so
I
mean
I
love
to
eat,
so
I,
don't
I,
don't
care
whatever
you
want
to
do.

E

C
E
F
D
A
Half
a
good
nursery
like
let's
see,
Albany
nursery
bum
go
tell
or
Mason
chambers,
or
five
Springs
or
green
leaf
yeah
there's
a
couple
of
really
good
islands.
F
F
A
So
we've
got
they're
good
people
to
provide
you
that
information.
Yes,
sir,
are
there
any
other
concerns
about
this.
F
E
D
E
A
D
A
F
D
D
F
F
E
A
D
F
That
isn't
that
isn't
my
question.
My
question
is
that
some
car
hit
the
tree
that
was
in
front
of
that
house
like
about
two
or
three
years
ago,
so
you
had
a
replace
I
mean
broke
it
off.
I
didn't
get
a
tree.
I
got
this
like
little
shrub
thing:
okay,
it's
like
next
time
you
drive
by
me:
I,
don't
want
it
dug
out
yeah,
but
I
just
surprised
a
planet,
not
good.
That's
not
a
Jovi.
C
F
E
D
F
Could
be
transplanted
I'll
pay
for
the
tree
to
be
put
in.
I
was
just
it's
like
the
one
they
put
at
the
end
of
Court
Street
on
the
left.
They
put
this
little
make
the
tree.
Yes,
it's
never
gonna
make
it
then,
on
the
other
side
of
the
street,
there's
there's
a
real
nice
big
maple
tree
I
went
that
way.
You
know
and
I,
don't
know
if
you're
the
ones
that
determine
you,
but
the
little
trick
tree
trees.
You
just
a
lot
ya,
know.
F
D
C
F
E
C
A
F
A
A
Yeah,
yes,
we're
part
of
it,
and
I
have
pointed
this
out.
Ron
Lucas
is
also,
let's
see
involved.
He
was
involved
in
that
meeting
and
he's
see.
He
would
like
to
do
an
inventory
of
all
the
trees
that
have
been
planted,
see
which
is
which
have
survived
and
then
to
talk
with
the
the
group
about
any
future
plantings,
and
so
it's
you
know
finding.
C
A
Tremendously
used,
it
was
just
really
dense
in
terms
of
use
areas,
and
the
number
of
people
are
over
in
there
using
the
park
for
recreation
and
enjoying
the
park.
It
is
an
amazing
thing,
so
it's
it's
not
a
surprise
that
finally,
there
was
perhaps
too
much
of
a
good
thing
going
on.
Let's
see,
we
also
have
something
coming
from
Arts
West.
At
some
point
there
will
be
a
some
landscaping
done
there.
This
last
fall.
The
shade
tree
Commission
had
three
hackberries
planted
along
was
that
the
south
side
of
their
apartment.
E
A
At
some
point
we
might
be
asked
to
provide
a
tree
or
two
in
other
areas,
but
it's
not
part
of
this
current
landscaping
plan.
They
have
problems
with
handicapped
tasks,
access
in
the
front
to
the
back,
and
there
is
also
some
very
odd
drainage
issues,
perhaps
on
one
side
of
the
parking
lot
where
a
tree
planting
would
be
pretty
limited
at
the
moment.
