A
This
is
the
July
10th
2008
meeting
of
the
Athens
shade-tree
Commission
meeting
will
now
come
to
order.
Our
first
order
of
business
is
Commission
appointments
and
we
have
some
new
faces
on
the
Commission
and
we're
very
grateful
for
City
Council
and
the
mayor's
having
moved
this
through
quickly.
For
us,
we
have
a
new
commissioner
Jared
DeForest,
who
is
environmental
and
plant
biology.
That's
right
assistant,
professor
at
Ohio
University,
and
a
new
alternate
John
Kotowski,
who
is
retiring
from
facilities
management
at
Ohio
University.
Is
that
an
that's
not
quite
accurate?
Was
it
close?
A
Okay
and
then
Lee
Gregg
has
moved
to
an
alternate
position
from
the
full
membership
on
the
Commission
and
David
has
Davidson
cough
has
her
place.
He
was
previously
an
alternate
if
you
can
follow
all
this,
so
we
have
new
blood
and,
and
some
of
the
old
commissioners
are
still
in
place.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
joining
us.
The
second
order
of
business
is
tree
permit
activity
and
a
right-of-way
issues
trees
in
the
right-of-way.
A
B
A
This
I
did
send
an
email
and
a
follow-up
phone
message
to
Ron
Lucas
and
the
streets
department,
who
is
arborist
asking
if
he
could
use
his
diplomatic
contact
with
a
EP
to
perhaps
see
whether
they
could
remove,
since
probably
the
blued
blaze
on
the
base,
something
to
do
with
it.
This
is
seem
to
have
any
sort
of.
B
A
Stunning,
you
know
Virginia
Creeper
and
poison,
ivy
concentration,
the
other
tree,
and
we
asked
Anne
to
look
at
this
one,
two
of
them
actually
at
32,
East,
State
Street,
where
property
owner
Boland
asked
that
they
be
either
pruned
or
removed
difficulty
with
both
the
trees
being
in
telephone
and
cable
lines
and
one
pushing
up
a
sidewalk
so
Ann.
What
was
about
your
assessment?
Please,
okay,.
E
Well,
I
I
did
send
an
email,
they're,
not
great
trees.
This
is
probably
the
third
time
that
we've
been
called
out
to
look
at
these
trees
because,
understandably,
they
their
behavior,
the
sidewalk,
is
not
very
big,
I.
Think
they're
structurally
sound,
you
know
and
I
think
I
kind
of
probably
more
eloquently
send
them
an
email
that
these
are
trees
that
are
not
replaceable
once
they
go
they're
done
and
we
won't
have
any
more
trees
there.
E
It's
just
a
real
high
traffic
site
takes
beating
you
can
tell
by
all
the
soil,
compaction
all
the
other,
compromising
issues
at
the
site.
So
you
know,
as
I've
said
the
other
times
when
this
has
come
up.
I
recommended
that
we
keep
the
trees
and
maybe
explore
some
options
for
fixing
the
sidewalk.
It's
one
thing
to
cut
the
trees
down,
but
then
you
still
have
to
deal
with
a
sidewalk
whether
the
tree
is
there
or
not
and
there's
so
many
technologies
available.
F
Commissioners
Lee
and
and
as
we
learned
at
one
of
your
wonderful
tree
care
conferences
when
sidewalks
heave
up
like
that
or
disturbed,
it
looks
like
the
roots,
but
actually
those
usually
have
reached
the
end
of
the
stress
of
the
sidewalks
life,
spanned
and
they
are
shifting
allowing
oxygen,
and
so
the
tree
roots
do
enter
way.
It's
it's,
not
the
trees,
yeah.
E
Yeah
I
mean
the
tree
certainly
could
be
taken
advantage
of
purely
you
know
in
a
adequate
construction
or
old
agent
side
walker,
but
the
other
thing
too
is
the
damage
is
done.
Those
are
you
know.
Trees
are
like
people
when
they're
young
they
grow
fast,
but
then
they,
hopefully
we
sit
down
and
don't
crews
I've
got
just
an
older
and
so
I.
You
know
I
think
this
would
be
a
perfect
site
to
explore,
maybe
rubber
sidewalks
or
some
of
the
newer
technologies.
E
B
E
E
F
A
E
Misconceptions
about
trees
and
utilities
and
I
didn't
see
you
know.
Maybe
we
could
look
at
that
again.
I
think
right
now,
I
thought
the
bigger
issue:
I
yeah
was
the
sidewalk
I
didn't
see
any
huge,
huge
issues
in
the
crown
you
know,
then
he
hazards
or
anything
like
that,
but
we
could
certainly
look
at
it
again.
It.
C
A
Okay,
yeah,
it
did
doesn't
seem
to
be
necessary.
Any
pruning
really.
Well
all
right,
we'll
send
that
to
service
safety
director's
office
for
action
and
are
there
see
there
was
one
other
tree
in
the
right-of-way
issue.
That
was
the
leftover
from
last
time.
A
man
had
brought
it
to
our
attention
and
it's
on
the
corner
of
Congress
and
Lancaster
near
in
the
mountains
ion
Baptist,
Baptist
Church
and
the
address
is
85
North
Congress
and
it's
a
yellow
wood
frame
house
with
a
oh,
that's,
reclining,
sugar,
maple
and
your
assessments,
or
have.
E
E
E
A
So
if
people
would
go
in
like
the
address
is
85
North
Congress
didn't
have
that
was
before.
Are
there
any
other
tree
perimeter
right
away
issues
that
other
people
have
okay
item
3
on
the
agenda?
The
landscape,
ordinance
issues
and
we
had
one
that
was
sent
by
see
Steve
Pierce,
and
that
was
six
and
eight
current
street
people
have
their
copies
of.
B
B
H
B
B
Believe
that
is
it
in
terms
of
existing
trees,
the
rest
of
it.
It's
gonna
require
new
trees
to
be
planted
and
they
need
I.
Think
two
more.
The
total
of
four
trees
to
each
site
worked
about.
If
they're
separate
sites
and
to
say
there
might
be
a
difference
at
one
tree
in
there,
it
spawn
site
and
the
owner
can
decide
where
to
put
those
trees.
I
think
it
would
be
best
to
put
them
on
the
front
if
possible,
I'm
very.
H
C
B
B
H
I
think,
because
of
the
amount
of
crown
that's
coming
from
the
four
trees,
they're
actually
gonna
have
a
hard
time
finding
that
many
sites,
but
but
clearly
behind
the
houses,
is
the
best
I
didn't
see
any
pus
out
front.
Looking
green.
B
B
B
A
A
E
H
B
A
A
H
A
E
I
A
H
K
A
And
we'll
put
together
recommendation
and
give
it
to
chooses
code
enforcement
office
for
sending
to
the
property
owner
to
buy
or
mr.
Valens
or
I
guess
really
in
this
case
it's
an
architect,
then
we
have,
let's
see
I
distributed
a
large
drawing
which
we
won't
be
able
to
really
take
any
action
on
a
review
of
because
there
there's
more
information
needed.
But
this
gives
you
a
sense
that
some
people
have
gone
and
visited
20
and
22
Oak
Street
not
had
an
opportunity
to
get
down
Kurtz
21
Kurtz.
A
J
B
A
I
B
J
J
A
Though
we
need
a
little
bit
more
information
about
property
lines
and
infrastructure,
I
think
there's
some
power
lines,
some
height
high-tension
power
lines
on
the
north
side
and
there
the
east
side,
which
limits
what
kind
of
what
you
can
plant.
They
have
to
be
under
the
power
lines,
kinds
of
things
in
those
situations,
of
course,
I'm.
Finding
fourth
tree,
are
you
small
money.
B
A
B
That
is
gone
now.
The
calculation
would
quite
a
number
of
trees
depends
on
the
area
of
the
property
care.
There
is
a
requirement
where
possible,
to
plant
trees
at
the
front
as
they've
indicated
on
here,
but
they
are
counted
then,
in
with
the
with
the
trees
that
we're
going
to
use
for
the
whole
site.
So
if
they,
if
they
think
that
they
should
have
two
trees
at
the
front-
and
we
say
there
should
be
two
trees
for
the
site,
then
it
looks
like
there.
They
are
meeting.
J
Mean
and
talk
to
the
chairperson
about
paving
now
the
city's
position
right
now
is
to
pave
these
Lots
and
the
I
understand
it.
Maybe
there's
not
necessarily
good
in
some
areas
anymore,
because
the
water
table
for
the
underground
water,
wells
and
what-have-you,
but
the
position
right
now
those
would
be
two
paid
spots
and
I
think.
A
We
have
done
that
in
the
past,
there's
a
place
off
of
Elliot
Street
that
we
supported
keeping
the
gravel
parking
light.
If
this
is
paved,
there
are
two
existing
trees
in
the
back
that
would
come
down
and
so
there's
an
even
stronger
argument
and
their
substantial
look
to
be
pretty
healthy,
shade,
trees,
probably
cooling
the
house
and
the
parking
lot.
So
it
would
be
really
worthwhile
to
keep
the
gravel
and
make
it
a
better
gravel
parking
lot
than
to
pave
it.
F
J
H
A
First,
we
do
need
a
more
accurate
drawing
and
in
fact,
my
presentation
of
information
thanks
to
my
understanding
of
Xeroxes
and
mirrors
absolutely
backwards.
So
this
didn't
help
you
I
was
the
person
in
charge
of
the
Xerox
machine.
So
we
need
a
plan
that
has
property
lines
on
the
infrastructure,
about
the
power
lines
and
where
you
propose
to
put
the
trees
out
front.
J
H
A
K
A
B
B
A
And
people
should
all
spend,
we
need
the
same
information
please
for
Kurtz
21
cruise
through,
and
people
should
go
and
look
at
these
sites
in
advance
of
this,
the
the
maps,
the
plans
should
be
given
to
the
code
enforcement
office
a
week
before
our
meeting
so
seven
days
beforehand,
and
mr.
Miller
will
then
give
them
to
to
us.
Multiple
copies
are
helpful.
Five
copies
are
helpful
and
they
need
not
be
sophisticated.
J
A
B
No,
what
we
need
is
the
height.
We
need
the
plat
map
with
the
with
this
best
design,
overlaying
it,
and
then
we
want
the
high-voltage
cables
marking
on
there
as
well.
Also
if
there
are
any
major
city
utilities,
sewer
and
so
on
anywhere
near
this,
because
the
net
car
doesn't
like
us
recommending
trees
to
be
planted
right.
On
top
of
this,
yes,.
A
B
I
think
what
we'd
like
to
do
is
just
introduce
the
Commission
to
a
plan
that
mr.
bias
is
bringing
forward
for
advancement
on
Columbus
Road
called
victory
Creek.
This
is
probably
one
of
the
largest
developments
move
ahead.
Consider
and
it's
quite
a
quite
a
complicated
into
their
site,
so
he
provided
us
with
this
number
of
copies.
I.
B
L
I
thank
the
Commission
for
allowing
and
we're
not
asking
for
any
answers
tonight.
Just
a
beginning
of
the
discussion.
I
know
we
were
kind
of
late
and
getting
added
to
the
agenda.
This
was
something
that
I
thought.
Literally
a
former
architect
and
an
engineer
had
submitted
some
time
ago.
There
were
some
well,
we
won't
even
go
in.
What
you
have
before
you
is
something
I'm
very
excited
to
see
is
finally
coming
to
the
city
of
Athens
on
a
50
acre
site,
you're
going
to
have.
L
And
the
one
way
over
to
the
side
is
an
assisted-living
rings.
Now
the
nursing
home
itself
is
each
room
and
I
say
again
by
the
rooms,
are
400
square
feet
or
right
at
400
square
feet,
so
they
are
quite
large
with
their
own
bathrooms.
The
assisted
living
wing
are
about
800
square
feet
each.
I
straight
remind
yesterday.
L
L
Literally,
it
is
surrounded
by
trees.
Well,
let
me
say
one
other
thing:
the
nursing
home
itself
is
being
raised
or
the
area
that
building
is
on
is
being
raised
out
of
the
floodplain
last
fall.
We
got
about
a
hundred
there's
a
hundred
ninety
five
thousand
cubic
yards
of
soil
that
is
being
moved
and
compacted
to
complete
the
site.
Last
year
we
got
between
five
and
ten
percent
of
having
all
of
them
used
in
contact.
Then
the
winter
caught
up
with
us
and
we
didn't
make
it.
L
We
were
even
mixing
lime
with
the
soil,
trying
to
get
it
done
so
that
we
could
get
the
foundation
of
work
all
winter.
We
didn't
make
it
it's
very
unfortunate
because
we
probably
are
now
laboring
under
the
wettest
spring
going
into
summer
I've
ever
seen
in
my
life
and
the
engineers
there
every
day
that
we
are
moving
soil
down
there.
L
There
is
a
representative
of
geotechnical
consultants
down
there
that
it's
measuring
soil,
moisture
and
the
moisture
has
been
so
high
that
we
have
not
even
been
able
to
start
moving
the
soil
and
yet
this
year
and
we're
into
mid-july
already.
So
that's
more
than
a
little
bit
disheartening,
but
we
anticipate
I
met
with
the
EPA
last
week
that
we
can
be
pumping
out
of
the
borrow
pits
where
the
soil
is
coming
from
to
for
the
left
and
came
up
with
an
acceptable
plan
of
how
to
do
that.
L
So
the
silt
would
end
up
in
the
river.
You
do
see.
The
sediment
pond
mention
there
and
I
would
anticipate
the
play
by
the
end
of
August
at
the
latest.
We
will
have
the
site
complete
at
the
south
end
of
the
site.
We
are
within
one
foot
of
being
out
of
the
floodplain
at
the
north
end
of
the
site.
We
are
about
2.5
feet
of
being
out
of
the
floodplain,
yes
ma'am,
which.
F
L
And
I
would
like
to
point
out
that,
literally
all
the
access
roads
are
being
planned
to
being
out
of
hundred
year,
flood
plain
so
I
would
not
anticipate
any
of
the
problems
at
this
facility
that
we
will
be
laboring
under
that
of
lettuce.
If
we
do
a
hundred
year
event,
so
I
would
anticipate
that
this
facility
would
probably
be
a
triage
site
for
any
type
of
a
huge
medical
emergency
that
would
have
within
the
city
of
Athens.
That's
what
the
state
of
emergency
plans
generally
call
for.
So
it's
going
to
be
certainly
a
state-of-the-art
facility.
L
Now
the
reason
I
before
you
folks
and
how
we
can
make
sure
that
we
do
the
best
job
that
we
can
on
the
trees
that
are
planned
for
it.
I,
don't
know
how
to
and
I'm
sure
I'm,
not
the
first
person
before
you
that
thinks
their
site
doesn't
quite
match
the
ordinance
and
that
there's
always
going
to
be
some
reason
that
it
shouldn't
and
I'm
going
to
look
to
you
folks
for
help
on
the
best
way
of
doing
this.
When
you
look
at
I
guess
page
to
David
with
that,
they
belong
enough.
L
Would
say
that
everything
that
is
somewhat
directly
shaded
or
trees,
because
I
know
the
site
and
there
are
eliminated
wetlands
I,
believe
it's
saying,
1.8
acres
of
delineated
wetlands
that
came
out
of
the
you
know
year
and
a
half
the
week
of
the
working
on
the
site,
and
that
is
almost
all
treed.
Even
that
is
a
new
dotted
lines
outside
of
the
heavy
lines
and
side
of
these
heavy
lines
behind
the
riparian
area.
That
follows
the
river
around
for
the
sediment.
L
Pond
is
most
of
that
area
now
we'll
end
up
linked,
so
that
is
obviously
not
an
area
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
plant
a
lot
of
trees
in.
But
the
view
is
beautiful
when
you
are
on
this
rise
that
we
have
created
looking
in
every
direction,
with
a
possible
exception,
I'm
looking
back
towards
Columbus
Road
and
then
isn't
that
bad,
you
are
literally
surrounded
by
trees
and
meadows.
L
L
You
know
I
definitely
do
not
want
to
fan
so
many
that
people
are
not
going
to
be
able
to
see
the
lakes
and
the
wildlife
in
the
trees
in
the
river
area,
and
all
of
that-
and
he
let
me
know
that
the
small
trees
that
we
were
planting
already
there
need
to
be
replaced
with
a
larger
tree
that
we
will
be
able
to
look
under
a
night.
I
hope.
L
B
B
The
talk
talks
about
permeable,
surface
and
I
think
it
didn't
mean,
like
some
rivers
at
that
point,
and
so
as
the
the
property
line
extends
out
into
the
river
again,
we
should
probably
exclude
the
river
being
in
there
and
the
way
if
we
were
to
go
with
the
new
landscape,
ordinance
or
even
the
old
one.
If
we
start
trying
to
account
for
existing
trees,
then
we
should
use
the
rule
of
thumb,
which
means
the
first
30
feet
between
each
of
the
trees
and
I.
B
L
So
the
riparian
area,
which
runs
all
along
the
river
there,
and
hopefully
at
least
the
former
mayor
and
everybody
I
know.
Hopefully
the
president
administration
are
going
to
support
a
spur
to
the
bike
path
that
will
be
going
back
there
and
the
owner
is
certainly
willing
to
give
any
plight.
The
right
way
that
is
needed
for
that
purpose,
he's
very
excited
about
doing
that.
B
F
L
B
F
C
L
Yes,
there
was
some
slight,
but
all
rules
were
followed.
It
was
literally
a
wetland
that
was
created
when
the
city
of
Athens
repaired
a
sewer
break.
There
left
dirt
piled
up
in
a
certain
way
that
allow
certain
wetland
plants
to
take
hold,
and
that
was
a
$90,000
expenditure
to,
but
the
only
wetlands
that
are
left
on
this
property
I
think
that's
a
1.8
acres
testing.
Wetlands,
that's
kind
of
neat.
L
L
Already
sort
that
expense
all
utilities
coming
to
the
site
are
buried
when
the
city
had
to
redo
their
sewage
pump
station
down
there,
and
we
had
to
get
electricity
to
up.
It
was
another
$25,000
worth
of
expense
to
when
we
brought
that
electricity
and
for
us
to
go
ahead
and
share
the
cost
with
the
city
to
bury
the
power
lines,
then
so
all
power
lines
will
be
buried.
B
There
was
one
small
point
in
the
parking
lot
design.
This
would
be
considered
to
be
an
interior
parking
lot
because
it
isn't
up
against
the
perimeter
of
the
of
the
property
and
as
such
is
supposed
to
have
channel
fuel
of
parking
spaces
continuously
and
I.
Think
if
well
at
least
one
place,
you've
got
12
or
14,
and
that
is
a
say
it's
a
minor
quibble,
but
that
but
that's
it.
But
that's
something
that
under
the
old
landscape
ordinance
towards
people
below
every
three
times,
because
we
have
to
figure
out
ways
around
I.
L
B
L
That
street
is
Circle,
Drive
and
believe
it
or
not.
Prior
to
1950,
you
came
down
Circle
Drive
on
your
way
to
Columbus.
It's
anyone
been
here
long
enough
to
remember
any
of
that
and
underneath
that
and
it's
a
quick
street
and
in
st.
planted
dedicated
Street
in
the
city
of
Athens,
that
we
are
applying
for
access
grant
money
from
lo
dot
too
afraid
that
Street,
because
people
have
spoken
to
the
need
for
two
entrances
when
you
have
a
health
care
facility
such
as
this,
that
is
bringing
well
over
150
jobs
to
the
city.
L
When
you
have
a
chef
change,
if
everybody
is
going
in
one
direction
there
and
you
have
people
backing
up,
and
there
is
not
even
a
streetlight
there
on
throwed
and
you
would
need
to
get
an
ambulance
in
or
out
they
have
a
call.
So
for
all
the
emergency
reasons
that
I
think
everybody
could
understand.
We
are
looking
at
upgrading
and
fortunately
the
there
is
metal
Street.
There
is
some
grant
money
that
is
available
and
last
Monday
I
believe
it
was.
These
are
the
safety
director
made
application?
B
L
Yeah
called
circle
drive,
the
address
of
the
new
facilities
in
circle
drive
the
buildings
that
have
been
built
along
in
front
here.
You
know
what
used
to
be
the
old
Sears
building
office,
building
there
and
a
couple
of
those
they
presently
have
the
Columbus
Road
address
whether
that
space
is
saying
or
not
the
pulse,
as
you
can
see,
even
in
funda,
going
through
the
full
circle,
I
like
that,
it's
a
street
that
has
not
been
used
heavily.
Obviously,.
L
J
L
What
I've
seen
over
the
years
being
at
the
city,
the
right
of
ways
are
all
over
the
place
in
town.
In
fact,
if
you
would
look
at
Washington
Street,
there
are
houses
there
that
many
of
the
front
porches
are
well
within
the
city,
right
ways,
right
ways
and
the
streets
or
in
not
exactly
where
they
ought
to
be.
In
many
many
examples,
and
my
guess
is
the
black
line
is
correct,
and
the
street
probably
should
be
exactly
where
it
is,
and
I
wouldn't
expect
anything
to
change,
because
I
love
Lucas.
So.
L
L
L
L
B
L
L
C
A
G
Set
up
a
meeting
for
the,
and
actually
we
didn't
go
with
the
specific,
but
I
would
also
like
to
talk
to
her
about
what
that
standard
operating
procedure
is
or
when
we,
especially
on
that
first
page,
only
post
new
information
and
events.
What
is
going
to
be
that
procedure?
It
is
going
to
and
then
I'll
type,
that
up
a
little.
G
G
G
G
A
B
Have
we
have
copy
awfully
later
and
I
think
we
need
to
decide
what
how
what
the
next
steps
are.
I
can
use
that
data
to
make
an
estimate
of
the
number
of
trees
that
the
city
is
facing,
removal
and
replacement,
and
so
on.
Clearly
you'd
like
to
do
a
complete
survey
of
the
city.
I,
don't
know
where
we
are
in
terms
of
doing
more
surveys.
B
That's
where
we
are.
We
have
a
certain
fraction
of
the
city
done
predominately
slide.
We
can
then
use
that
to
project
over
the
rest
of
the
city.
What
might
be
able
to
be
done?
It
have
certain
limitations
on
it
as
an
estimate,
but
at
least
it'll
be
an
estimate.
I,
don't
know
how
quickly
wants
to
get
Direction
plan
together.
Previous
mayor
didn't
ask
us
to
do
this.
E
C
B
B
D
And
we
do,
there
is
a
hacking
college
student
who.
E
Have
been
working
with
just
one
day
a
week
and
I'm
the
poor
guy
he
did
get
lost
last
Tuesday
I
couldn't
be
with
them.
He
you
know
cuz
absence,
there's
no
straight
streets,
but
he
so
we
are
trying
to
do
great.
You
know
great
at
a
time,
and
so,
if
you
guys
have
ideas
are
mathematically.
What
when
I
was
trying
to
do
for
him
was
given
was
straight.
E
The
grids
was
straight
through
streets
on
them,
but
I'm
wondering
if
I
should
give
him
like
go
up
to
Canterbury
in
the
south
end,
because
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
ash
trees
up
there.
We
have
not
done
any
right
up
there
and
so
I,
don't
know
I'm
open
to
suggestions
and
he's
good
I.
Think
I've
got
six
more
eight-hour
days
with
him,
so
I.
D
B
C
B
By
these
things,
yeah,
but
you
know
you
can
argue
about
it's
probably
better-
to
get
the
bad
news
and
just
proceed.
Taking
improving
the
survey
as
you
go
along
I
mean
essentially
what
we,
what
we're
doing
is
we're
sort
of
zeroing
in
on
on
a
target
by
covering
more
and
more
the
city.
We're
gonna
get
it
eventually,
a
better
method,
oh
yeah,
towards.
H
B
L
B
I
B
F
Not
just
money
but
we're
removing
small
trees
that
are
not
providing
that
much
shade,
so
their
their
potential
I've
got
another
potential.
What
their
current
oxygen
producing
carbon
dioxide
removal.
It's
not
so
great!
So
in
terms
of
the
urban
forests,
it's
not
such
a
big
impact.
Remove
the
small
ones
now.
B
The
thing
that
the
previous
administration
wanted
to
be
alerted
to
was
this
potential
problem
that
if
investigation
occurred
here,
we
might
lose
a
lot
of
trees
within
three
years,
and
so
they
wanted
to
know.
If
that
happened,
could
they
afford
to
remove
all
those
trees
in
three
years
or
would
we
have
to
start
taking
action
before
the
infestation
is
here
because
they
simply
couldn't
afford
to
do
it
in
three
years?
We'd
need
ten
years
to
do
it,
but
until
somebody
has
a
number
which
hopefully
we
can
have
now
at
least.
B
Should
be
able
to
feed
a
number
into
the
city
and
say
well,
they
can
cost
you
this
much,
and
if
you
can
afford
to
do
this
in
a
three
year
period,
then
it
isn't
really
a
problem
until
it
arrives
in
asking,
at
least
if
it's
going
to
be.
If
this
looks
like
a
ten
year
expenditure,
then
we
may
have
to
take
action
before
relax.
B
D
E
To
say,
you
know,
like
the
more
I've
been
looking
to
ask
you
know
just
since
this
came
to
light
in
a
way,
I
think
some
of
the
towns
you
an
Apple
H
are
better
off,
because
there
is
more
of
a
diversity
in
the
plantings
here
and
frankly,
you
guys
have
done
less
planting
than
most
of
the
developed
parts
of
the
state.
I
mean
there
are
places
in
Finley,
where
they've
got
whole
neighborhoods
line
down
trees
that
they
spent.
You
know
maybe
had.
E
K
E
And
that
there
in
the
inventory
they
were
inventory
so
I
can't
do
it.
If
my
memory
serves
me,
there's
14
of
them,
okay,
some
of
them
have
native
boars
you
know,
and
those
would
be
to
my
way
of
thinking.
Okay
as
Lisa,
let's
get
rid
of
it
now
and
put
some
Oaks
in
there.
Some
Linden's
put
a
variety
of.
E
I
I
I
These
surveys
now,
but
it's
not
here
yet
in
the
air-
settles
in
it's
gonna,
take
a
little
bit
of
time
or
time,
but
it
seems
a
little
bit.
They
did
this
a
lot
of
them
in
Southeast
Michigan
I
was
there.
There
was
a
lot
of
ash.
I
was
in
areas
where
I
started
and
those
ash
trees
of
my
life.
They
were
all
bad.
I
K
I
E
E
E
Annual
Southeast
Ohio
tree
care
conference,
it
will
be
September
25th
at
the
ODNR
headquarters.
I've
got
I.
Think
five
or
six
speakers
lined
up
to
talk
about
a
variety
of
urban
forestry
and
grounds
maintenance
issues.
It's
geared
towards
people
who
are
maintaining
public
space.
You
know
whether
you're
going
to
grass
or
responsible
for
the
trees
or
any
of
the
infrastructure.
I
think
there'll
be
something
of
interest.
A
A
F
A
A
Would
somebody
like
to
move
to
accept
the
minutes
as
well
release
itself
Davidson
moves
into
very
second
a
second,
it's
almost
a
favor
or
minutes
or
except
as
amended,
and
our
next
meeting
will
be
Thursday
August
4
camp
at
7
p.m.
here
in
City,
Council
Chambers.
Please
note.
The
meetings
are
in
the
second
Thursday
of
the
month
at
7
p.m.
and
I
do
have
an
idea
of
a
couple
of
things
on
the
agenda.
Thank
you
very
much.
